Forever bonds are eternal,
these loving connections 
never die,
Love sees through 
the human condition, 
unconditional Love 
is the tie that binds.

Know that Love is 
forever with you,
in your heart you know
this is True,
loved ones find ways 
to make these connections,
to remind always 
they are with you.

Never alone,
you cannot Be
anywhere without 
Love always Here,
the human journey 
may be hard at times,
but Love supports you
and is Everywhere.

You know these 
forever bonds,
they cannot break
with what they are
made of,
Love is eternal,
never ending,
trust, 
know,
and receive
forever Love.

Naturally

Your mind may wish
to jump ahead,
to picture “what ifs”
that haven’t happened 
yet,
yes, there is planning 
in the human world,
but does not your soul
naturally unfurl?

Is there not power 
in this beautiful 
moment,
when you let go of 
past or future tense,
as Love, what do 
you wish to generate,
as One with Source,
you cannot help 
but create.

Start fresh,
start new
in this moment now,
Be at Peace 
in the unfolding –
yes, you will 
know how,
as you regenerate,
outsource what is
within,
a sacred creation –
with no beginning 
or end.

In this moment,
may Love help you
to see,
your creation as Love
happens quite 
naturally,
accept,
allow,
and as Love Is You,
may you create 
from this loving 
and healing Truth!

Cradled

Take a break,
surround with comfort,
let your body
rest with ease,
there are times 
when you extend,
now take time 
to simply Be.

You may do this 
with your body,
but does not ease 
correspond with flow,
might you accept,
allow,
receive
what gently emanates
from your soul.

You may have a 
million questions,
you may wish to 
know it all,
my dear,
knowing is internal,
more is revealed
when you let go.

Take a break,
a breath,
let Peace
trickle down 
like soothing tea,
let Peace and Love 
be your comfort,
cradled by Love,
eternally.
 

A Gift of Surrender

Release to Love,
surrender,
you need not 
in fear resist,
Love is with you 
in this moment 
and in all moments 
following this.

Love is in any 
experience,
even ones you 
would not prefer,
Be at Peace 
within your body,
know your soul 
always 
remembers.

Surrender to this 
remembrance,
may the Peace of Love 
be what you know,
release,
receive
this Gift of Love, 
beyond all measure,
You Are Loved so.

Where does inspiration 
come from,
might there be infinite
ways,
for you to sense
a flicker,
a spark,
as you release 
your mind to play.

You may think 
you know what 
to do,
but ideas often 
come out of the 
blue,
you may think 
you are not 
creative,
but is Love not 
what created 
You?

Inspiration need not
be material,
you need not make 
something to sell,
is not inspiration 
the flow,
the bridge 
of what your soul 
has to tell?

In spirit is where
You always are,
tap into this loving,
breathing flow,
Be inspired by 
your True Essence,
so very loved 
and always Home.

Love is not a dream.

It may be a dream
that reminds you,
or maybe imagination 
is where Love plays,
it may be difficult 
to grasp with fingers,
you may ask,
where is Love today?

Love is your waking
state,
though much of you 
is still asleep,
it may be difficult
to trust,
believe,
in what appears 
to you mystically.

Yes, signs and
synchronicities 
help you bridge 
a loving path,
but as You Are 
omnipresent
as Love itself,
Love is Here 
and 
You Are That.

Love is not a dream,
but might you let 
your imagination 
play,
imagine you,
your loved ones, 
All of Love –
together,
forever,
always.

A Sacred Being

Let your Be-ing
replace your 
doing,
it is the quiet 
voice 
you may not hear,
your doing-ness
looks at lists,
at time,
your Being-ness
draws what you need
near.

You may have flashes 
of insights sudden,
you may experience 
knowing as 
unfolding Truth,
be it a deluge 
or subtle miracle,
the Miracle of You 
is always Here 
as You.

Yes, you have options 
in this world a-plenty,
but tune into 
your simple Truth,
as Love’s precious,
sacred Be-ing,
Be the Presence of Love 
that shines so brightly
in You!

Be The Light

you wish to see.

You need not wait 
or depend on 
what may be 
external to your 
Truth,
Here You Are,
shining brightly,
Be the Light 
you wish to see.

Hope may rely
on future outcomes,
past and future 
are not Here,
Here You Are 
as Love’s presence,
Be the Light 
you wish to see.

As Creator 
in this moment,
strip away 
what dims your
Light,
that is only a 
perception,
see the Light 
you cannot help
but Be.

Shine your Light 
for All to see.

Be the Light,
Who You Are,
eternally.

A Sign of Love

It may be a repeating number,
what is it that snags
your view,
something you read,
or a memory
that pops in suddenly 
to you.

It matters not if your
awareness,
is aware of signs or
misses some,
you are as connected 
as the morning that 
always knows,
here comes the sun!

Rest assured your loved ones 
know and sense these 
connections to you,
Love may be quiet 
or may be loud,
the mind is sometimes 
hard to get through.

Let your heart be 
the instrument
that knows each note
of every loving chord,
let your hearts sing
together as One,
Love exists beyond 
any spoken word.

Yes, look for signs 
to delight,
in the magic 
that is displayed,
but know You Are 
a Sign of Love,
eternally connected,
forever,
always.

Yes, trust in the universe,
but remember,
dear one, 
All of the Universe 
is in You.

the still, small
voice

back to You.
