Question your thoughts.
Do they not
only know
how to talk
“about” you?

Now, listen to You.
Is this not a feeling,
a sense,
something you breathe
with,
lean into,
are there usually
no words,
but a knowing,
a feeling,
that This Is You?

Yes as human,
you wish to
understand You –
and words,
even thoughts
are ways to
define you.

But you are
so much more
than a definition
that can be placed
in a box,
with a label,
a description,
yes, the human mind
wishes for structure –
and is there not
a beautiful structure
to the miracle
of You?

You may love words,
the language of
this existence,
there is much beauty
in what they can
convey.

But you are beyond
words,
or thoughts,
your Spark of Light
invites you to
dance and play.

This freedom
Is Love,
your Essence
Is your heart,
your Truth,
your soul
knows All
of This –
hello,
Here You Are,
magnificent You!

A Masterpiece of Love

You may not see
the bigger picture,
from your perspective
as the painted scene,
but as You Are
the creative Artist,
are you not always
able to create again?

Beauty is in the eyes
of the beholder,
might you have faith
and trust in the
Eyes of Love,
accept, allow –
you need not struggle
against
what bubbles up
to be let go of.

As creative art
are you not constantly
changing,
transforming,
transmuting
to Love’s perfect
vibe,
allow All to see
your outside beauty,
as it reflects eternal
Love inside.

You are not an
isolated portrait,
you are All colors
in this Palette of Love,
mix, blend and
play with All of
Love’s Creation,
the Masterpiece of You
is a miracle of
Love!

Unfolding

Unfoldment is eternal,
there are no limits
to you,
this need not mean
you look to future,
All is happening
at once,
as You.

Evolution is not always
time-based,
there may be no
beginning, during
or end,
yet layers continue
unfolding,
as you experience
Love,
in time,
again.

Do not place limits
on your unfoldment,
as you open to
All That Is,
All of Love
is All of You,
inviting you to see
You Are
All of This!

A Loving Return

With rest,
with ease,
return,
relax
into the
Arms of Love.

These arms
are always
with you,
is it not Love
that you are
made of?

Remember,
rejoice
in your innocence,
let judgment
fall away.

May You see you
with the Eyes
of Love,
knowing you are
loved,
always.

Release,
let go,
may you set aside
what is not Love,
my dear.

Begin with you,
with Grace,
your heart,
always lovingly
returns you
Here.

Foundational

Love is your foundation.
And Love supports you.

You may have added
on more layers,
different floors upon
which to walk,
these are temporary
structures –
it is Love that
supports you.

You may not see
the Whole of You
as walls and rooms
you may construct,
you need no limits
to define you –
it is Love that
supports you.

You may wish to add
nice window treatments,
you may decorate
to create and play,
but even as you
rearrange,
remodel –
it is Love that
supports you.

It is Love that
welcomes you
Home,
and Here is Home
within your heart,
walk with confidence
upon Love’s foundation,
it is infinitely Love
that supports you.

When you are tired,
weary from
holding up yourself
in this linear world,
ever-present,
forever glowing,
Love holds a Light
always for you.

Take this prayer
into your heart,
Here is where
you always
belong,
know you are forever
safe and held,
Love holds a Light
always for you.

Release your struggle,
your worry,
your fears,
My arms are wide,
let Me carry you –
there is no-thing
that comes between Us,
Love holds a Light
always for you.

Say this with Me,
precious child,
believe and know
that This is True,
I Am This Light
eternally burning,
Love holds a Light
always for you.

Imagine, Love

Imagine Love.

And in This moment –
are you not
Love?

You may think
Love is but
a dream,
but as all
is not as
it seems,
sense the power,
Strength and
beauty,
as you imagine
your Self to Be.

Yes, you may walk
in a world of
outcome,
if you do this
then this comes
next,
why not expand
this loving moment
and imagine Love
in its limitlessness.

You have made up
many stories,
your mind is powerful
in its grasp,
let imagination
free your mind
and help you
embrace this
loving task.

Imagine Love –
yes, you can
do this,
as You Are Love,
it flows through you,
awaken and see
all That You Are,
imagine and know
This Love
is You!

Be Love’s purpose
where you are.

Does Love not connect
the Whole of You?

Yes, the body
may feel at times,
that it is struggling
its purpose to find,
as you rejoin as
One with Love,
do not all parts
of you,
reconnect,
align?

Allow the body
to help you sense,
where flow has been
bottled up –
ready to dispense,
with Love, with Faith
might you lovingly
release,
transmuting all
that is asking
for Grace and Ease.

Your purpose is
experiencing
all Love
that is You,
may loving Grace
lovingly remind
that Love’s miracle
is You!

Becoming Light

You Are of This Light,
we are always with
you,
though you would like
Light to shine in front
to see,
dear one, as Light
is what becomes You,
in every Now moment,
this Light shines so
brightly.

Embrace Faith
to sense
this Courage,
your innate Strength
powers each step
you take,
Light shines through
all Eternal moments,
trust in You
all along the
way.

Be it journey or
destination,
you cannot ever
lose your way,
above, below,
You are One
with Light,
This Light of Love
is you,
connected,
always.

so you may know
You
as Eternity.

It may seem like
pieces of a puzzle
to solve,
or that life is
testing your resolve,
but as a whole
and sacred soul,
in this wholeness,
what could you
not know?

This Love breathes
life into you,
and Love continues
when this you
is through,
but You as Love
simply still exists,
This Love as You
is present Now –
Is This.

Clear off the window
that makes it hard
to see,
in your reflection,
might you see
that You are Me?

Sweet Child of Love,
this is what your
heart knows,
whole and complete,
Precious One,
You Are Loved, so!
