Remember,
You.

You may remember
many memories,
that you have created
along the way,
but you may not
have a memory in
your mind,
as you
remember,
You.

Beyond a memory,
is it not a feeling,
a knowing you are
more than meets
the eye,
instead of seeing,
might you sense it,
as you
remember,
You.

You exist before
your beginning,
you live on after
your story is through,
it is not in the
remembering,
it is in this
moment –
that you,
remember,
You.

Everyone you have memories of
are also present,
with Love there can
truly be no end,
All those you Love
are with you
in this moment,
as you
re-member,
Them.

Remember with Gratitude
Who You Are,
remind yourself with Love
when you forget Who,
throughout the day
might you check in
often,
as you
remember,
You.

Love’s Present

Be present
with Love.

Are there not many
possibilities,
that Love can take
you to,
with Love,
through emotion,
are all not available
to you?

You are part of
a greater web,
that connects you
to those you
Love,
are they not with
you in any
moment,
when you are
present
with Love?

Yes, you can
go back to
moments in time,
to remind you
what you were
thinking of,
but does your heart
not remind you now,
that All are present
with Love?

Let Love
take you now
to All you Love
Here and
Everywhere –
your hearts together
form the bond
and the present
Is Love.

*On a personal note, I first experienced presence sitting in a boat on a lake with my Dad. On this Father’s Day, I know he is always with me.

Trust Love

You are conditioned
to be wary,
in the linear world
you live,
but there is one thing
that never wavers –
yes,
you can
Trust Love.

You may question all
around you,
that is part of the
here or there,
but beneath what
may look different,
yes,
you can
Trust Love.

When your heart
feels this connection,
be it within you
or with someone else,
even when you no longer
can see them,
yes,
you can
Trust Love.

Begin with you
to sense this presence,
Love is in your
every breath,
might you believe
you are always
with it,
yes,
you can
Trust Love.

Trust your heart
in its innate
knowing,
tune into
what moves you,
what gives you
the sense
that You Are Loved –
yes,
Trust
You Are,
always,
Love.

Listen, Feel, Know

Listen.
Feel.
Know.

You may be aware
or you may be not,
but have you not
been guided
all along,
awareness helps,
but are you not
always a harmonic note
in a greater song?

You may look back
with open eyes
to see what has dropped
into your lap,
the choice is yours,
you may then proceed
or set aside
any of this
or that.

But is it not a comfort
that you are not alone,
when challenges you face,
yes, you may “phone Home”,
Love awaits to lift,
to help you to see,
it is not only You,
there is a supporting case
of We.

Listen.
Feel.
Know.

If you are not sure,
know that your
soul knows,
you cannot separate
what is always together,
this is the Flow,
angels,
guides,
your loved ones
are Here always,
You Are Loved,
You Are supported,
in every way.

Listen,
feel
with your heart
and know –
You Are Love,
and You always
Are Loved, so!

Forever Bridge

Is not your heart
a bridge,
to those you hold
dear,
with emotion,
with Love,
do you not draw
them near,
there is truly
no separation,
though in your life
you sense this
loss,
might you build
a bridge
with your loving heart,
letting love lead
you across?

With Love you are
always connected,
yet your five senses
may question this,
life around you looks
oh so different,
and there is so much
that you miss –
but your heart
knows the Love
story,
that has no beginning
and thus no end –
is it not Love
that draws you close,
and with Love
do you not meet
again?

Love is the bridge
that connects your
precious ones
to you,
there is no need
to cross any chasm,
that you think may
separate you,
you are always together,
feel with your heart
that this is True,
through emotion
and with Love,
are they not One
with You?

Once you are aware
of this Forever Bridge,
do you not delight
to see –
the bridge is always
in your heart,
together, yes,
you will always
Be.

And Love

Time may stretch
before you
or behind you,
but does not Love
stretch across
all time?

All Love is with you
in this moment,
and All you Love
are with You
now.

Your heart,
your soul
knows this is true,
even as your companion
grief reminds
you are human, too.

And Love Is Here.

Love Is present
in this moment
or stretched across
all space and
time,
Love Is Eternal,
never-ending,
All Is Love
and
All Is Divine.

When the days
begin to fill
with what is
happening in
your world,
when you feel
you may have
lost your Light –
remember.

It may be music,
it may be a tone,
for you to know
you are not alone,
your loved ones
are always with you,
You All are Home,
let Love invite you
to remember.

You have the key
always
within your heart,
expand a memory,
that is the start,
as you sense Love
you know you
are never apart,
does Love not remind
you to remember?

You are both human
and soul,
trust what your soul
already knows,
you are always
connected to Love,
with Light,
as All Is Love,
remember, dear,
Love Is You.

You may visualize
Love
as the conduit
between you
and
All That Is –
and there is
Truth within
this image,
as you try to
imagine this.

But, dear one,
there is no
here or there,
so there cannot
be an in-between,
there is no space
you need to fill,
or distance that
you need to travel
to Be.

Yes, it is Love
that is your
Essence,
Love is Here
with you
right now,
You Are an
aspect of
Source,
believe this
even if you
know not how.

And soul to soul
does Love not
connect you
to your loved ones
you hold dear –
even if not in
the physical,
are they not always
close as
You Are Here?

You can think of
Love
as a conduit,
but it is truly
Who You Are –
feel with your heart,
breathe in this Truth –
Love Is Here
as
Love Is You.

Return to Love.

As life takes you
on a journey,
some steps planned,
some are a surprise,
are you not always
on a path of
Discovery,
to see anew
with fresh,
loving eyes?

With this awareness
do you not see
a cycle,
two steps out
then walking always
back to you,
this Dance of Life
is often full
of surprises,
but do they not all
lead to a
Return to You?

You may at times,
think you have lost
your way,
but with Love are
you not
Forever Found,
go within to
your heart
to hear its rhythm,
Love is always
and will always Be
your favorite song.

Be brave,
Be strong,
Be courageous –
embrace All
that life has to
give,
when there are times
that you think you
are separate,
know Love is in
every moment
that you live.

And when you know
Who You Are,
do you not sense this –
you have never lost
Love
or part of You,
no matter what
path you walk,
do you not discover,
a Return to Love
is always a
Return to You.

You Are Peace,
when there is
balance,
when you look
with the eyes
of your
soul,
you may be
aware
or you may have
Faith,
to sense,
to know –
All Is well.

If there is
closure
you are seeking,
or answers to the
questions
that you have,
no matter
what unfolds
with time –
in the Now,
know
All Is Well.

Sit with the comfort
of your soul,
Be with the Love
that connects
you to
all that you Love
with all your
heart,
All Love is
within You –
All Is Well.

Trust your soul
when you are
uncertain,
when life appears
to make no
sense,
the part of You,
in loving Wholeness,
knows
Love Is Here
and
All Is Well.
