to a beloved friend,
or celebrate a project
that comes to an end,
what calls you that 
is not on your list –
flow with

today.

What kind thing can
you do for you,
breathing with the trees,
seeing sky so blue,
it is so easy to 
Be Gratitude –
when you flow 
with your soul
today!

This Peace

Even as life is constantly
changing,
Love’s Peace is changeless 
in the core of You,
This is accessible in
any moment,
when you shift perspective 
to your Greater View.

May This Peace give you
a firm foundation
to navigate through life’s
rocky roads,
you cannot control 
every experience,
but might Peace steady you
as life unfolds.

May Gratitude open doors
of receiving,
with true Humility embrace
“I don’t know,”
saying yes to Peace that 
passes understanding 
returns you to your center,
your Truth,
your flow!

is beyond belief,
these innate gifts are 
always with you,
as Humility – You Are 
All of This,

To ignite your spark,
breathe in Gratitude,

to help you see,

but soul sees shimmers
of possibility.

Do not let life take 
away your Joy,
You Are as bright as
the glow of moon,
greet each day dawning

create with the Strength 
that flows through You!

You share a longing

you up,
Strength and Courage help
keep you going,
fueled by Gratitude

of your stories
there is a field where
you All meet,
you may not see 
This Field with human
eyes,
but your heart Knows
it with every beat.

Trust your heart
upon This Journey,
Be Here in moments 
of each day,
You Are joined by
All hearts beating
the same rhythm 
of Love always!

call upon Gratitude
to make this shift,

Love has guided you

make up This Whole.

in the clouds,

of Strength,
take care and give you
what you need,

it is hard to breathe.

Pepper your day with 
breaks of Love,
surprise your self with
tenderness,

is the only way,
but soaking up Love 
provides needed rest.

May you Be grounded
in your Loving Truth,

You as wholeness
are what the world
needs,

Holy and Sacred

Ego is tuned to 
worry and dread,
is this not fear 
of the unknown,
often thoughts of future
can cause distress,
ego wants to know 
so it can control.

But does not control 
take energy away
from where your Strength
naturally is,
as you cannot control 
all things in life,
might you place your 
focus on now,
on This.

Return to breath –
breathe in,
breathe out,
This simple Truth
returns you to 
Home,
with Humility,
know You Are This,
in Gratitude,
know You Are loved
so.

May you Be One 
with each step

your path is holy 
and sacred too,
you need not wait 
for a future goal –
All the Love you seek
is Here as You!
