Ego is tuned to 
worry and dread,
is this not fear 
of the unknown,
often thoughts of future
can cause distress,
ego wants to know 
so it can control.

But does not control 
take energy away
from where your Strength
naturally is,
as you cannot control 
all things in life,
might you place your 
focus on now,
on This.

Return to breath –
breathe in,
breathe out,
This simple Truth
returns you to 
Home,
with Humility,
know You Are This,
in Gratitude,
know You Are loved
so.

May you Be One 
with each step 
you take,
your path is holy 
and sacred too,
you need not wait 
for a future goal –
All the Love you seek
is Here as You!

With beloved family,
the dearest friends,
your heart is full 
with Gratitude,
may every experience
find you present,
soak it up and 
Be Here now.

A sweet return
to your familiar,
may you see with 
fresh new eyes,
You Are Home 
in every moment,
as Love is present,
Be Here now.

Take a breath,
pause to reflect,
but past and future 
are in your mind,
Be Here with Love 
in your full heart,
your presence shines
always Here now!

Beyond any dream,
Love Is You.

What do you 
wish for,
or blessing 
to be bestowed,
what miracle 
awaits you,
maybe in a sleigh
through fresh-fallen
snow.

Precious child,
sense the wonder
of your heart’s 
loving call,
the Miracle of 
Love lies 
within you,
surrounding you,
One and All.

Let Love lift you
if your heart 
is heavy,
celebrate Love 
with Gratitude,
may you know 
that Love’s eternal 
blessing,
showers infinitely 
upon and through 
you.

Upon this day 
and all that follow,
may you awaken 
from your sleep
and know that 
You Are Love’s 
blessed gift,
You Are the miracle 
to believe!

This Eternal Moment

Focus on what 
is right before
you,
something warm to 
sip,
a perfect sky,
when talking to 
a friend or family,
Be present,
see their 
true Light.

The things around you 
need not be perfect,
your perfection is 
You as Soul,
sprinkle the magic 
of Love in every 
crevice to see
all things as 
Whole.

Move forward as 
flow allows,
pause when nudged 
to stay in place,
do not base your 
growth on what 
you see,
you evolve beyond 
time and space.

Love is not a stagnant 
entity,
Love is in Everything 
you see,
look lovingly with 
the Eyes of Love,
This Moment is 
eternity!

for Be-ing You.

There are no strings 
attached to This –
a blessing given 
for you to receive,
soak up All the Love 
that flows –
Love’s Gratitude says
thank you.

You Are This 
simple blessing,
there is no-thing 
that you must do,
wherever you are
open your heart,
wholly seen and 
cherished,

flow through your heart,
begin with the smallest 
of things to start.

This moment before you
and all that unfolds,
invites you to Presence,
stepping into Love’s flow.

Your heart may be aching
from losses you feel,
but your heart flows
with Love,
that washes and heals.

May Gratitude, Strength 
and the Courage of Love
sustain and encourage with
support from above.

Sing with the angels,
believe in This Truth,
when clouds try to darken,
turn up the Light in You.

May the miracle of Gratitude
help you see what is clear – 
You Are This Truth,
so precious and dear!

you do not expect,
when rivers rise 
and trees fall down,
you may feel unsteady
and out of breath,
your human self may
feel frail and worn.

Does not humanity 
rise to the top,
All souls and angels
make themselves known,
tender hearts grow
strong together,
sharing stories of 
Strength and kindness
shown.

Miracles abound,
the smallest blessings
too,
Gratitude becomes 
a way of life,
All tapestry is made 
of single threads,
woven as One 
in Love’s eternal 
Light!

today.

Little miracles
and big ones too,
need not be an
answer asked
by you,
Be open and
look for the
amazing,
today.

A comet in sky
can set the tone,
what may delight you
in your home,
with your soul eyes
look for the
amazing,
today.

Set aside your ego
with its plans,
flow as an ocean
moving sand,
as a conduit
for spirit –
look for the
amazing,
today.

In troubled times
help smooth a
path,
celebrate all angels
in any aftermath,
look and rejoice
in the amazing
Love today!

A Quiet Reflection

Take time to rest,
in quiet reflection
find your Peace,
find blessings
to numerous
to count,
even in chaos,
You Are This Peace.

Even in fearful
turmoil,
human kindness
rises above,
when the usual
is stripped away,
in desperate moments –
Here always is Love.

Life may return to
its usual ways,
comparing, contrasting,
separating me and you,
but the Heart
never forgets,
in All Present Moments,
Love is flowing through!

your hope and
Light,
circumstances
may seem
daunting,
but Love rises
as sun breaks
night.

Hearts together
are much stronger,
connect and serve
as best you can,
see Love’s Light
in one another,

Share the promise
of Light dawning,
You Are never alone
you see,
even when darkness
obscures your vision,
Love’s Light shines on
eternally!
