ebb and flow,
there is a timing 
that is Divine,
in This Surrender
do what you need,
but gently release 
rigidness of mind.

Try this on as 
something new,
but You remember 
and with Joy see –
the exquisiteness of spirit
flowing with You 
so elegantly!

In the night 
when sleep is
fleeting,
during day if 
doubts persist,
when you need 
some reassurance,
Here Love is 
right with you
now.

When you marvel 
at the sky
through treetops 
that are evergreen,
warmed by sun 
though days are 
shorter,
Here Love is 
right with you
now.

Rest in Gratitude 
to center,
Be at Peace upon
each breath,
as your heart fills
with This Knowing,
Here Love is 
right with you
now.

All You Need

Love says gently,
turn away from what
ego says,
your soul’s perspective
knows this,
sees it,
but past and future swirl
inside your head.

In the present,
Presence is the 
Whole of You 
that comes with 
Peace,
shift your focus to 
This Perspective,
This Truth quiets
ego’s needs.

You Are Strength,
secure and safe,
let Gratitude help you
find your way
back to This Awareness,
knowing,
I Am All
I need today!

very best,
you may have thoughts 
of what it should be,
sometimes putting it 
to the test.

expectations 
may cloud your 
ability to see,
your body is a 
life experience,
so maybe see it 
differently.

Tune into your 
present dear one,
dropping past and 
future thoughts,
see your body as 
an dear friend
who is walking 
with you through
it all.

With Gratitude for 
All experiences that
you have shared 
with it,
embrace your body 
with your heart open,
thank this vessel 
for All of This!

in linear cycles,
a day is celebrated
then moves on,
but You as soul
are eternal, timeless,
Gratitude and Love

Home.

No empty chairs are 
at This Table,
Love invites you into
this loving fold,

or time –
You Are a blessing 
to behold.

Be You at Home 
with beloved 
loved ones,
you need not wait 
for time to tell,
surrounded always
you are dear one,

a comforting cup,

blessings abound,

is not onboard 
with what to do,
be patient with 
your human self,
