can be a challenge,
call on your Strength

see with the Eyes

return to You,

The past is heavy
and out of touch,
you need not fear
the future dear,
bring All of You
to This Moment,
Here is your Strength –

what is not broken,
the body does the
best it can,
honor it with Love
and Compassion –
