to your breath,
Here is where
You Are always safe,
life cannot say
the same thing,
but You as Spirit
always know the way.
Honor every one
of your feelings,
they flow through
creating you anew,
may your experiences
be transformative,
as you arise in
your Wholeness,
True.
Breathe in your
Strength and Courage,
may they remind
you do not walk alone,
do not angels accompany
you Everywhere,
breathe in stillness,
may you hear
Love’s Song!

into your heart,
let emotion wash
over you,
Love cleanses you
and clears things out,
reminding You are
fresh and new.
Stand with Love
be you vulnerable,
feel your Strength
lifting you back up,
Love arises and
sees you there,
reminding you –
You Are enough.
Fly with Love
You Are infinite,
this fearless You
was Here all along,
Love nudges you to
spread your wings,
reminding Here is
where You belong!

may Love’s comfort
surround you dear,
set aside your fears
and worries,
angels and loved ones
are also Here.
May Love warm you
from the inside,
drink from This
loving cup,
let the day unfold
and know that
Love is Here to
fill you up.
Receive the prayers
from loving strangers,
All Are One
in This Truth,
what you give you
receive wholly,
infinite Love is
All of You!

as it calls,
release emotion,
let it express,
Love’s wellspring
of energy,
is Here to comfort
heal and bless.
May your heart
find who to hug,
what hands need
holding,
eyes to be seen,
even as hearts are
always connected,
your humanness
seeks reassurance,
Peace.
May Love be a
healing balm,
does not every human
wish for this,
apply Love daily
as you can,
to you,
fellow Lights,
all are so
cherished!

Be where Love
directs you

for someone,
listen with
your loving ears,

not speaking,
Love flows through
your souls,

Be amazed at
connections that
you do not know
how they transpired,
Love is flowing,
eternal, constant,

as Source,
wholly Love
is always Here,
though your body
may be forgetful,
with every breath,
remember You.
Life can turn you
upside down,
but You as Love
are changeless dear,
Here You Are,
observing everything,
who is watching –
This is You.
The human mind
feels disconnected,
but You, Awareness
see this too,
You Are always of
One Mind,
sacred and constant,
remember You.
Return to Love,
your I Am presence,
you have never left
This Truth,
Here in Love’s Arms,
eternally cradled,
is Who You Are –

and all barriers
that the ego puts
in place,
the world exists with
many actors,
experiencing their reality
upon this stage.
Though the scripts may
be all different
with many conflicting
and disparate views,
Love remains forever
constant,
available to All
as Love is You.
Understanding can be
complicated,
ego works hard to
defend,
Be your Truth
as you find
common ground –
This Love that has no
beginning or end.
Come to This Field
where souls meet
beyond what ego
brings up to
release,
be you fully human
in earth’s experience,
Be You Love
unconditionally!

inside of you,
We Are Everything
We see,
it is easier to smile
at one smiling back,
but all are waiting
to be seen.
Sense This Love
as you look
for This Joy,
know it is Always
Here as You,
with the eyes
of your soul’s
knowingness,
can you not see
it in others, too.
Cherish all of your
brothers and sisters,
are not All looking
for Joy too,
beyond beliefs that
ego uses to separate
is One Love,
One Truth,
