Love all parts that 
make up you 
in the world where
you reside,
seeking wholeness in 
the body can feel 
quite challenging
inside.

Love these parts 
and yes the body,
with the Love that 
flows through You,
resist the urge to 
make quick fixes,
with no conditions
simply observe.

With compassion and 
with Grace,
soothe and Be Here 
for what you feel,
old paradigms and 
core beliefs may wish 
to be seen, heard 
and heal.

Ego can help with 
what to do,
but Be-ing You is
where to start,
with forgiveness 
and with Love,
immerse yourself with
your Whole Heart.

Wholeness is your 
natural state,
This resides in You
as soul,
reassure your beautiful 
body –
We Are One,
forever Whole!

All You Need

You have All you 
need within
your beautiful body 
and your soul,
you cannot control 
external events,
but Peace is what 
You know.

Return Here to 
your Home,
when the road 
gets too steep,
you have tools at 
your disposal
that may help with
comfort or sleep.

You need hope upon 
the horizon,
as human this may 
feel hard at times,
hope but lives inside 
you dear one,
it is as constant as 
the sunrise.

Invite your soul to 
see your humanity,
bundled up at times
in knots,
Peace and Love will 
smooth you out 
as you let go of 
old fearful thoughts.

Believe in You 
as soul and human,
you make up a 
most Divine Team,
in your Wholeness 
may you sense 
your Power,
You Are cherished,
needed and seen!

Love is Here

Love is Here,
precious child,
though sometimes 
this is hard to see,
the world,
the body 
is a lot,
sometimes it is difficult
to move with ease. 

When you are weary,
Love is Here
to help you rest 
and rearrange,
there are times 
in ebb and flow
when you fly high
and then need
reprieve.

Release judgments 
that you have,
you are doing the
best you can,
give Loving space to 
check in with the body
that may need a hand.

Love is Here –
you are not 
left behind,
in life,
you are part 
of the Whole,
but in Truth 
You Are never 
separated,
All of Love 
is Here within 
your Soul!

This Breath

Breathe in deeply 
with no time or 
place to be but 
in This Breath,
merge yourself into
This Moment,
past is not here 
or future yet.

Take this break 
throughout the day,
when place or time
has you in knots,
You Are Here in
This Presence,
in this world you 
may have forgot.

Breathe in deeply,
softly, gently,
sense This Love 
that cradles you,
loved ones, angels 
meet you Here,
sense All Peace 
that flows through 
You!

Love’s Tender Dance

Be Here for each other,
share your heart,
give a hug,
remember you walk 
together,
One below as 
You Are above.

What you give 
do you not 
receive,
this is Love’s 
Infinite Loop,
see your brother,
hear your sister,
All Are Love 
and 
This is You.

Be tender with 
each other,
may compassion and 
kindness flow,
in This Womb of 
preciousness,
all sentient Beings
dance in Love’s flow!

In the Flow

Be-ing open 
means less 
resistance,
does this not open
you to flow,
you may not realize 
you are closing,
awareness helps you 
see and know.

If you sense protective
layers surrounding,
what might be there
that needs support,
you need not question
or analyze,
simply ask Love 
to open doors.

Acceptance and allowance 
is not about you 
giving in,
it is You,
strong and empowered,
experiencing what unfolds
without, within.

Here is Peace 
in openness,
release the struggle 
that craves control,
in the flow of 
Grace and ease,
your Trust and Faith
dance with your Soul!

Your Courageous Heart

Let Love connect perceived
scattered parts,
reminding you that 
You Are Whole,
the world, your ego
create distractions,
set your intention
to breathe and flow.

When worry dwells 
in thoughts of future,
you may be in protective 
mode,
find your safety 
in your breath,
your Strength,
All Peace is 
within your soul.

Letting go of past 
persistent layers
may increase your
thoughts of old,
with the Courage of 
a thousand angels,
trust in what beauty 
now unfolds.

Stay the course
of your hero’s 
journey,
though know Now
You Are This Peace,
transform, transmute
what once made you
fearful,
your courageous heart 
is unchained and free!

The Whole of You

To achieve coherence 
bring All online,
all parts of you that 
make One Whole,
at first you may 
feel very separate
as your awareness 
of parts grows.

Is one part running 
your human system,
you may feel your 
balance shift,
your emotions and 
your body are 
finely tuned to 
all of this.

Break up some patterns,
programmed thinking,
refresh, restart,
question your beliefs,
releasing fear that 
ego latches onto brings
you instant and
welcomed relief.

Handle life’s problems 
one by one
without the stories 
ego may spin,
bringing the Whole 
of You onboard,
returns you to balance,
at Peace, open!

A Service of Love

Be of service,
Be This now,
Be This with every 
breath you take,
you look for changes
in the world,
but You Are changeless 
in This State.

Sense All of Love
that flows through 
you,
share This freely,
within, without,
there need not be 
cause and effect,
simply that Love 
is what it’s all
about.

This Love is forgiveness,
begin with you,
there are not any strings
that are attached,
This is Love’s Service,
Be This Now,
say yes,
receive,
pass it on,
give back!

Come sit beside me,
Love says gently,
come and rest
your weary head,
when you tire of 
looking, seeking,
return to Here,
your Home, 
instead.

Even in this world 
that struggles,
All of You are
All of Me,
We Are One,
beyond description,
words fail to grasp
the beauty of this
harmony.

You sense Love 
in nature Be-ing,
Here it is in music 
that moves,
in the stillness
your heart beats 
the Truth that 
returns you 
back to You.

You know surrender 
is a pathway,
think of release as
empowerment,
when you let go of
cumbersome armor,
might you now see
your soul’s embodiment?

Here You Are,
Love reminds,
dearly,
rest a moment,
remember Peace,
now with the Light 
of a thousand stars,
shine brightly, 
dear One,
Home and free!
