A Simple Yes

Open your heart,
say yes to Love,
Love has been Here
all along,
life situations can make
you doubt,
but you have never 
been alone.

You may feel 
battered, bitter,
bruised,
sometimes you are 
hardest on your
self,
with the help of 
loved ones, guides
and angels,
is it not your turn 
to forgive and heal?

Unconditional Love wholly
flows through you,
open and sense what 
this feels like,
does this not spark
what has always 
been Here –
are you not now shining
your beautiful Light?

Forgiveness is an 
inside job,
release the judgments
you place upon you,
believe when loved ones
let you know –
yes We Are always 
Here with you.

A simple yes is 
all you need,
a bit of willingness
to open what is closed,
allow Love to do what 
it does so well,
dear One,
You Are Loved 
more than you know!

A Sacred Grace

As human,
yes you judge,
in a world of 
constrasts, opposites,
differences get 
weighed down 
with meaning,
attached with myriad
attributes.

Might you ponder 
how you judge,
begin with awareness 
of your beliefs,
there may always 
be comparison,
but what do you 
add on to what 
you see?

Your mind is a 
powerful filter,
working non-stop 
to make sense of 
the world,
what if you lessened 
your need for 
absolutes,
letting go of 
being judge 
or juror?

Begin with you and
may you look 
with a loving eye 
that provides safe 
space,
surround yourself with 
All That Is,
and sense Love’s forgiving,
sacred Grace.

And from This 
Seat of your Soul,
do you not see 
what you thought 
was lost,
Here Love Is,
in every Be-ing,
when you see it 
within,
you see Love
in All!

A Choice For Love

Is not each moment 
a clean slate,
try something new 
or keep the old,
you have choices 
always dear one,
it is wise sometimes
to break the mold.

You may feel cornered
by external forces,
but zero in to your
core beliefs,
what limits do you 
place upon yourself,
what keeps you small 
instead of flying free.

We do not speak 
of you changing 
the world,
though if every One 
realized their 
own might,
would not these ripples 
help All to see
their own amazing,
brilliant Light.

Bring the Whole of You 
to every choice 
you make,
Be aware of what still 
makes you doubt,
open any doors that 
you may hide behind,
This Moment welcomes you 
to come on out!

A Loving Release

Let Love give you 
space to nurture 
what comes up 
to be released,
you need not judge 
or analyze it,
Love transmutes –
what is left is 
Peace.

There is no penance 
or cost to do this,
Love asks for nothing 
in return,
the magic of unconditional
Love knows what to do
and needs not be earned.

This is You at your
core being,
you have always had 
this power dear,
within you is all that
you long for,
welcome Home to Love,
forever Here!

Dear Body

Honor your human
emotions, feelings,
welcome them as they
flow through,
they are the body’s 
way of protecting,
but This is not 
the only you.

You as soul 
can assist 
in clearing,
transmuting what you 
no longer need,
dear body,
you need not hang onto
what can be lovingly
released.

Do not suppress
what comes up 
naturally 
in a challenging,
chaotic world,
but your soul is 
secure and ready
for you to Be This 
and observe.

Return to This 
Peace of Mind,
This is your Home
for eternity,
allow your soul to
comfort your body,
experiencing together
with harmony!

Divinely Human

You are divinity,
humanity connected,
you are a node 
in a Web of Light,
you wish to help 
your fellow traveler
as life can be a 
challenging plight.

What you open up
within you,
finds its way to 
the Collective Whole,
transformation within 
your vessel helps to
shift humanity’s 
core.

It is not wholly 
up to you to 
change the world
from its separateness,
but as your Self 
returns to You,
Here You All Are –
One and connected!

You Are Love’s Light,
complete and holy,
see your Self as 
you are seen above,
you are experiencing 
the human condition,
but You Are a shining
Beacon of Love.

As you release the 
ego’s constructs,
may you sense more 
of your natural flow,
the burdens of life 
can feel so heavy,
return to You as 
you let go.

With Grace,
see your Self 
with new eyes,
as Peace,
bring what you can 
to this world,
above all else,
shine in your knowing –
your Light is seen,
beloved,
revered!

Comforted

it may be a sip from 
a comforting cup,
in this moment
blessings abound,
with sacred reverence,
drink This up.

Join Love this moment
even if body 
is not onboard 
with what to do,
be patient with 
your human self,
focus on Love that
flows through you.

May Gratitude 
bring you Home,
when it is comfort 
that you need,
in This moment,
Love surrounds you,
soak it up and 
with Love Be!

Harness Love’s power,
it never leaves you,
in life sometimes you 
may feel drained,
recharge,
reenergize from 
Love’s eternal spring
that does not change.

You may be lifted 
by things external, 
but what lasts and 
is your Truth,
You Are a conduit
for Love,
Love’s Strength and Power
forever dwells in You.

Be Love’s fountain
whilst in this life,
loved ones and angels
meet you Here,
this wellspring 
forever lifts you,
now sense Love 
truly Everywhere!

This Center of You

You may feel 
you are not heard,
but Love hears everything 
you say,
you wish for messages
to be received,
but life shows up  
in different ways. 

You look for affirmation 
to help you know
that you are doing 
fine,
bumping up against 
another may stir up
patterns from past 
times. 

With Love’s help 
create a space
for these emotions 
to feel at home,
you need not analyze 
every detail,
observe and comfort
from your soul. 

Return to the Center 
of You,
releasing judgment
that separates,
from This Wholeness
is not healing 
remembering 
You Are Loved
always!
