Do not tissue and bone 
hold lingerings of 
the past,
energy and matter 
make up you in life,
but as you are beyond 
the sum of your parts,
what might you release,
what has felt stuck 
inside?

Your body regenerates 
with amazing cells,
consciousness flows freely 
in all matter too,
as you align with Love 
as your Whole Self,
do you not create 
All parts of you anew?

This is not a mental
exercise,
accept you as human 
with quirks and flaws,
think of this as energy 
helping you let go
of past story parts 
that now with Love 
dissolve.

You may look back 
to see where you 
came from,
you may wish for 
future to look a 
certain way,
now embrace your
present Be-ing with 
All the Love You Are –
infusing every cell 
with This today!

A Reverent Release

Walk with Courage 
with each step,
are you not lighter
with what you release,
Love calls on you to
create, express –
with new-found Vision,
Here is clarity.

Reprogram old beliefs 
to now support,
reclaim your power 
you once gave away,
ego controls with its
self-judgment,
let life flow through you – 
come what may.

Walk with reverence 
upon your journey,
Love cherishes you with
every step you take,
your soul dances in 
the company of angels,
channel This Love,
let loose,
create!

Radiant

Bathe in the moonlight,
be it full or waning
to new,
You Are part of 
the cosmos,
stardust is what 
makes up You.

Soak up the sun’s 
pure radiance,
let Light permeate 
your cells,
you are not only
a Light receiver,
your soul beams 
This Light as well.

Recharge your celestial 
body,
beyond rest and refueling – 
align with Light,
your energy expands 
in this radiance,
increasing connection,
clarity, insight.

Nature carries this 
energy,
tune into the earth,
listen to the trees,
You Are Love’s vessel 
of earth and sky,
Be Love, Be Light,
Be You, Be free!

Be grateful for your 
Strength and Courage,
have they not been 
with you through all,
they have held your hand
through darkness,
sometimes helping to 
erect a wall.

Now with eyes that 
see more clearly,
you see the Light 
was always there,
you thought you needed
some protection,
Strength and Courage 
helped with care.

You have always had 
this power,
it is within you 
eternally,
Love and Joy are 
always with you,
as you now walk 
so fearlessly.

Bathe in This Light 
of pure awareness,
receive This Gift that 
blesses you,
You Are Love’s gift 
as your True Be-ing,
Love’s holy Light 
shines within you!

Is laughter not
a letting go?

When you need
to disengage
from the day to day,
when taking yourself
too seriously
keeps you attached
to the fray,
can you not find
humor,
be it silly
or part of play,
to help you surrender,
let go,
letting laughter
have its way?

If not a laugh,
it may be tears,
they too can
stop you in your
tracks,
but releasing is
a balm,
that can bring your
focus back,
demonstrating you are
to feel,
to Be,
in this present moment
now,
fully human,
but not just
“me”,
a part of
Everything,
somehow.

Let laughter or
tears,
open you up
when your mind begins
to numb,
or your heart
feels closed,
or you are ready
for some fun,
it can be exhausting,
being human,
sometimes you feel
you need a break,
can you let laughter
or tears flow,
separate or together,
for your sake?

Let go,
let it Be,
let yourself
off the hook –
succumb to
Be-ing You,
perfectly human,
yet always wrapped,
in your Magnificent
Divinity.

A Masterpiece of Love

You may not see 
the bigger picture,
from your perspective 
as the painted scene,
but as You Are 
the creative Artist,
are you not always 
able to create again?

Beauty is in the eyes 
of the beholder,
might you have faith
and trust in the 
Eyes of Love,
accept, allow – 
you need not struggle 
against 
what bubbles up 
to be let go of.

As creative art 
are you not constantly 
changing, 
transforming, 
transmuting 
to Love’s perfect 
vibe,
allow All to see 
your outside beauty,
as it reflects eternal 
Love inside.

You are not an 
isolated portrait,
you are All colors 
in this Palette of Love,
mix, blend and 
play with All of 
Love’s Creation,
the Masterpiece of You 
is a miracle of 
Love!

Where You Are

When waiting for 
the fog to lift,
you may wish for it
to move along,
might you find Grace
in slowing down,
sometimes in-between
creates your next aha.

Your human self may not
like being in limbo,
so focused are you on 
where to go next,
do not great dishes 
need time to simmer,
are not sweeping vistas
worth all of the steps?

Caterpillar cocoons,
trusting in the timing
that is needed to 
fully form,
butterfly emerges,
grateful for its journey,
drying its wings
in sun’s rays – 
re-born.

As sun is ever-present
in the sky,
Love’s eternal Light 
always lights your way,
in This Moment,
You Are Where You Are,
so loved and cherished,
eternally, always!

This Wave of Love

smile at a neighbor,
help a stranger –

of Love.

What are your passions,
how do you express,
share your unique talents
with all the rest,
now is not the time
to be silent – 
come ride the wave 
of Love.

Dear artists,

oh mystical souls,
channel All the stars,
help humanity build 
connection,
together now ride
the wave of Love.

Simple moments are 
the way to start,
behold what touches you
in your heart,
Love’s innate Strength 
is Here and ready – 
lifting you up as

dear precious child,
there is no-thing for
you to prove,
let go of expectation,
performance,
life is not a test
for you.

Sometimes a path shows up
as rocky,
this may not mean that
it is wrong,
might it be an invitation,
to change an instrument
or song.

Return to presence,
Be Home with This,
let the future come
to you,
Love walks with you
with every step,
follow your heart,
trust in your Truth!

Steady

The human body reacts
to energy,
you are energy yourself,
you may sense discordance 
in your field,
be it yours or others – 
it is hard to tell.

When your steadiness 
gets rocked,
you may feel untethered,
on shaky ground,
ground your self in 
Mother Earth,
sense your energy as
infinitely bound.

Feel your Strength and 
Courage returning,
the stars and Universe
are your True Home,
You Are connected to 
this Web of Love,
your heart steadies to
the rhythm of your soul.

When feeling small and 
tossed about,
expand and visualize 
This Infinite Web,
cradled by the wings 
of angels,
Be steady,
Be grounded –
One Love,
One breath.
