Remembering Peace

Are there not times
living out your story,
when ego adds a chapter
you may not wish to
read,
you may rail against
a problem
or situation that you
do not need.

As human in this world
there are things
you would rather not
experience,
it may be difficult
to find Peace,
when your surroundings
do not make sense.

Dear one,
the angels sense
your struggle,
and though situations
can be fraught with
hurt,
might you allow Love
to flow through,
any experience
you are going through.

Release the struggle
to find Peace,
you need no defense
to stand in your
Truth,
identify with your soul
to find Peace eternally
is with You.

Yes, life can unfold
with some harshness,
but know that Love
is always around,
angels, guides and
loved ones dear,
cradle you as loving
arms surround.

Here is Peace,
may you breathe
this in,
as you allow Love
to flow through,
beyond your story
is your Truth –
may Love with Peace
bring this remembrance
of You!

Integration.

Let Love be the
common language
that all aspects of
you understands,
does Love not smooth
out any disruption,
does Love not connect
any perceived
loose ends?

You may think you
have many hats
you wear,
but are not all
your experience
of Love,
Love is the foundation
of all expression,
even when a part
of you feels
stuck in the mud.

Let Love flow throughout
your experiences,
let Love be the common
connecting thread,
Love is the super-
conducting platform,
that helps you untangle
all of the wiring in
your head.

Integration is a
simple surrender,
allowing Love to do
what Love does best,
with Gratitude,
Joy and wonder,
answer Love’s
invitation
with a resounding
Yes!

Freedom

What is Freedom?

The freedom to Be You –
this is a shift in your
perspective that
shows up in All
that you do.

You need not wait
for place or thing,
your destination
resides Here,
get to know your
authentic self,
the One that shines
without doubt or fear.

This Shift may be
a catalyst
for change that then
unfolds for you,
but begin in your
internal,
life then aligns
with your Truth.

Be You Freedom
as your foundation,
stand tall and move
from this I Am,
your Light illuminates
your path,
your empowered Presence
says Yes I Can!

Sacred Layers

You need not dive
into your past,
though it may inform
this Present You,
you need not dredge up
all the details,
but it may affect what
now you do.

Deal with these echoes in
the present moment,
you cannot change past
from before,
acknowledge what has
brought you to now,
you may want less or
maybe more.

Resist ego’s urge to
go back to a time
that has already
been,
see your Self in
Present Time,
with no need to re-do
past again.

Your culmination of
experiences
are sacred layers that
make up you,
in This Present Moment Now –
draw from This Wisdom
in All you do!

Just Be You

You do not have
to be perfect.
Just Be You.

At any moment
of any day,
do the best that
you can do.

Some days are glowing,
some are so tough,
the body rises,
the body rests.

At any moment,
you dear shine –
whatever you do
is actually your
best.

Give yourself a hug
and mean it,
pat yourself upon
the back.

Love thanks you for
the experience,
You Are so Loved –
believe in That!

Love Knows

Love knows what
to do.

You wish to release
old patterns that
keep coming up to
be seen or heard.

See with the Eyes
of One Who Loves,
hand it over –
Love knows what
to do.

Release the need
to analyze –
this engages ego
to “fix” what you
think failed.

Dissolve old stories
you no longer need,
trust and believe –
Love knows what
to do.

You may wake up
with a new-found
lightness,
wondering where did
the heaviness go?

Maybe an old story was
lovingly transmuted,
Be Gratitude that Love
knows what to do!

This Clear Now

As human you question
decisions made,
maybe you judge what
happened next,
dear one you cannot
control free will
and life is not a
series of tests.

Might you look at choice
in present terms,
not as a way to
control future time,
what in this moment
makes sense to you,
breathe in intuition
and quiet the mind.

If this, then that
can tie you in knots,
return to present to
release these bonds,
past is the past and
future not yet here,
use This Clear Now
to help you move on.

Yes you still plan and
set goals in life,
but release the weight
of outcomes that you
need,
You Are a new you in
every moment present,
with Grace and Love
now flow with ease!

Your Peace

Clear the air –
your Peace is calling,
release and lighten
your burden dear,
step outside of
the ego mind,
free from judgment
and old fear.

Old paradigms may
try to stay,
but with awareness
you see them now,
they may have served
a purpose way back
when a question needed
a how.

It may feel strange
to sense your
lightness,
but why not try it
on for size,
with new-found wings
fly effortlessly
in Love’s peaceful
cloudless sky!

Release and Reboot

Fear often hides using
many masks,
ego wishes to keep fear
from your view,
you have released many
forms of fear,
but it can still sneak up –
sometimes surprising you.

You need not always
find its source,
but you know its icky
feeling well,
when you feel small,
defensive, unprotected,
is this not fear’s
insidious tell?

Love All your parts that
rise to the surface,
see with the Eyes of
your Soul,
fear uses perceived outcomes
as its weapons,
observe these expectations
and let them go.

You need not push fear
out of sight,
it is a great informer of
what is ready to go,
old programs running may
need an update,
reboot with Love and
step into flow!

This Wild Life

May Love reassure you
dear one,
when life comes at you
so fast,
sometimes predictable
turns topsy-turvy,
call on your angels to
help with tasks.

Call upon those that
you Love,
help or support may
be what you need,
beloved pets are a
pat away,
their Loving presence
is perfect therapy.

You may feel vulnerable
dear as human,
life is a roller coaster
ride,
but You as Soul are
grounded and centered,
Love reassures you in
this wild life!
