likes to hide,

that is protective of you
in this life.

Your soul, angels
and loved ones
cheer you on when
you get scared,
is this not a perfect,
sacred time to shine
more Light in fear’s
shadowy lair?

As This Light of Love
fills you up,
with fresh new eyes
can you not now see –
you have been Here
all along,
claim your I Am Presence
every time you breathe.

Who Are You now
with fear subsiding,
imagine and create with
This natural flow,
re-acquaint yourself
with Gratitude,
dancing with the angels
and your soul!

Grace and Ease

Move through fear
and trepidation,
you need not hide
these under wraps,
fear is part of the
human experience,
denying this may make
you feel trapped.

Call back any power
you have given away,
walk calmly through
what comes at you,
your own thoughts
and created stories
often add drama to
what you do.

Within you is
Love’s reassurance,
in every breath
Here is your Peace,
coming Home to Love
takes but a second,
reminding you –
Here is Grace and ease!

In life things pop up
before you,
tend to what you
need to do,
with any task
big or mundane –
center, breathe
and choose Love.

Will this not help
when a bigger event
splashes down in
your life,
remember your alignment
dear one –
center, breathe
and choose Love.

Why not apply This
to your thoughts
that so often take
energy from you,
apply This Healing Balm
of comfort –
center, breathe
and choose Love.

Honor emotion,
thoughts and feelings,
dive down deep to where
they begin,
apply This Balm to friction,
fear or shame –
center and breathe,
Be-ing Love!

Go with flow and
find your stride,
take some tips from
nature dear,
there are times of
expansive growth,
in other moments –
Be right Here.

You need not fight,
you need not struggle,
though life often
sets this up,
dive down into
deeper layers
to see what stories
have been made up.

Question beliefs that
may have served you,
in times when you
felt unsafe,
the world itself is
not a haven,
but You Are lovingly cradled –
come what may.

Release old judgment,
lighten your burden,
relax your shoulders
from gearing up,
trust your soul,
ease into flow,
One with the current
in this Sea of Love!

You, Empowered

In allowance and
acceptance,
is this not where
possibility flows,
ego may try to fit you
in a box,
but your expansion
is how you grow.

Be aware of knee-jerk
reactions,
do these not originate
from deeper fear,
as these layers come up
for healing,
handle them gently as
you lovingly clear.

Your roots continue to
grow and flourish
as you tenderly weed
what can go,
Love constantly helps to
strengthen your foundation,
as You, empowered
expand and grow!

Joy is not a switch
you turn on,
Joy is Love bubbling up
from within,
the ego filter often
gets in the way,
distracting you with
so much noise and
din.

But if you listen
very closely,
are there not angels
Here to assist,
might you lift your Voice,
opening your heart
as your soul sings –
yes I Am This!

Joy may sound like
a chorus of angels,
it may appear when
soulful eyes meet yours,
Joy is innately the
Language of your Soul,
Joy is the Essence of
Who You (really) Are!

Life is meant to be
full of changes,
some are welcome,
others scorned,
when in limbo
or upheaval –
let Love chart a
grounded course.

The old is coming up
for healing,
past heals in This –
your present Here,
forward, onward
is your direction –
let Love chart a
hopeful course.

Emotions rise,
you toss and turn,
shine bright your Light
with Fellow Souls,
a Collective Breath fills
sails of Hope –
as Love charts a
bold new course!

Softly Tending

When you feel twists
and turns inside,
are these not asking
to be smoothed out,
these are not failures,
you are not in trouble,
is not looking within
what life is all about?

Do not judge feelings
and emotions,
these are calling cards
to get you clued in,
egoic programs run
in the background,
friction helps you to
play close attention.

Keep diving deeper,
unearth core beliefs,
these come up in so
many ways,
it may be something
you thought was over,
but layers release
on any given day.

Tend with Love to
these familiar aches,
soften your heart and
pull them close,
have soul remind that
You Are cherished,
may all parts of you
believe and know!

All are needed,

other,
all of your reflections
show a different One,
as you journey with
step unique,
Love walks always dear,
with you.

Relationships are amazing
teachers,
journey within to find
wisdom Here,
extend Love’s kindness
to one another,
All walking their paths,
to Love and Truth!

You are a field
of energy,
life pushes in,
you give and take,
you may try to bend
and flow,
but sometimes you feel
you may break.

You need not solve or
wrap up in a bow
what swirls around
in life,
your body may feel
off-kilter – use this
to regain balance
and realign.

Use your heart and
breath as tools
to return you tenderly
to You,
is not This Moment
the perfect time to
remember You Are
Divine Truth?

Resist the urge to
change all that is
moving externally,
come Home to Peace
by breathing in your
infinite energy!
