Are there not chapters
you have lived,
some memories fresh,
some may be a haze,
you may not recognize
yourself,
you may hold judgment
for some wayward
ways.

Dear one,
look beyond the
details,
with a loving heart
look at your Courage
and Strength,
life is full of situations,
experiences,
you persevere so you
may bend not break.

Honor all chapters
of your life,
some you would re-read
as others fade from
view,
know in every moment
of this incarnation,
you as human
experience the
One of You!

A Loving Observer

Be an observer
to your beliefs,
what do you hold on
tightly here,
are there not some
so set in stone,
that they fog up
your vision clear.

When feelings,
emotions are
tied to these,
it is no wonder
the heart feels
hurt,
as past old scars
come up for healing,
do they not usually
point to your worth?

Your heart can be
a beautiful filter,
helping you to heal
old wounds,
what emotions
are asking for
a closer look so
You may help you?

Is not your soul a
loving observer,
holding your hand
as angels draw near,
now with a heart
so full of Love,
behold your self –
shining and clear!

Soul to Soul

In life you worry
over details,
what to say or
what to bring,
whatever you are doing,
Love is All and
Everything.

Relationships become
entangled,
egos know how
to tie knots,
ask the angels to help
you loosen these –
allow Love to connect
the dots.

With your heart so
fully open,
release past stories,
let them go,
in This Present –
Be Love Wholly,
forever connections
are soul to soul!

Being Awareness

Be you connected
to your Light,
send This Vibration
far and wide,
life is tumultuous
as duality,
may Loving Awareness
Be a rising tide.

Invite Love to Be
a grounding force,
commune with nature,
marvel at a tree,
a single flower is
a miracle,
knowing how to Become
from only a seed.

Be Love,
Be Light,
Be hope in a world
that is often harsh
to humanity,
step outside and
look around,
One with earth and sky –
breathe in and Be!

The Whole of You

Listen as your body
talks to you,
where do you flow or
might you constrict,
fear or anxiety may
give you clues
for you to dive in
deeper yet.

With no judgment
now set a table,
invite in what wishes
to be seen,
parts of you that you
think are shadow,
now seen in Light are
what sets you free.

Ego is a master at
keeping secrets,
it wishes to hide
from you what
You Know,
these parts of you
that you think are
shadow,
is ego hiding the Truth –
You Are Whole.

There is no way to
break up your
wholeness,
use Love’s Light
to see This is True,
with loving eyes,
see what you thought
was hiding,
now in This Light,
welcome the
Whole of You!

It’s ok to be you.

And as you ponder
how that feels,
might you surround
your self with Love,
look in the mirror,
see no judgment,
with Eyes of Love –
Love you.

Life unfolds in
myriad ways,
you cannot control
events in a day,
your warrior self
is survival-based,
release the struggle –
Peace Be with you.

Here is your Strength,
Love is your Power,
you have no-thing
dear to prove,
soak This up
with no conditions –
Believe Love and
Be You!

re-adjustments,
or maybe a major one
comes through,
honor the body-soul
connection,
a miracle of This
incarnation of You.

Embrace your quirks
that express uniqueness,
you are not a rubber
stamp,
you may have scars
from some life struggles,
honor their journey
as you,
I Am.

Give the gift of
rest and restoration,
your vessel is grateful
when you do,
fully charge up
dear beautiful Light
and share this unique
expression of You!

Be Who You Are.

Human and soul,
you are This
AND that,
ego stirs the mind,
stillness brings
you back,
set your judgment
to the side
and dear ones –
Be Who You Are.

You need not squash
one or the other,
life is an integrative
tool,
yes in any moment
you can choose,
but as important –
Be Who You Are.

You hear this often –
begin with you,
this inner journey
is where you find
Truth,
immerse your self
with loving-kindness –
honoring and seing
Who You Are.

Allow friction to show
what is hurting,
a loving response is
to sit with This,
you are not broken,
only tenderly human,
We so Love you as
Who You Are.

With a lightness of
Be-ing,
live your life,
some days feel magical,
some days do not,
but you dear ones
are wholly precious,
in your mystical wonder –
Be Who You Are!

Your Source of Peace

Ego is a master
of overwhelm,
it can take your mind
on an endless loop,
as human yes doubt
is part of life’s story,
but do not let ego
take your power
from you.

You wish for answers
to ease your mind,
but might you take
a different tract,
ego uses questions
to keep you running
on its wheel of this
or that.

To stop the wheel
of fear and doubt,
return to Center –
your Source of Peace,
this is not a retreat
to avoid or hide,
this is re-aligning –
asking Love to lead.

Here is where your
breath pulls in
what you may have
errantly thought
was lost,
Love’s Strength and Courage
is your power-source,
return Here to your
sacred Home.

You remain plugged in
to the world,
but Here sense wonder
with Grace and Ease,
continue on your journey
as it unfolds,
empowered always with
Love and Peace!

Divinely Joy

You may harken back
to an innocent age,
when Joy surrounded
and filled you up,
This is a state of
unfiltered spirit –
your soul flowing
effortlessly as Love.

As life unfolds and
egos collide,
your protective warrior
finds ways to cope,
this wariness helps
you to survive,
but sometimes walls
may also squelch hope.

Dear one,
time is but an
illusory line,
Joy cannot ever be
lost or gone,
yes life is full of
noise and static,
but does not your soul
still know your
Love Song?

Reclaim This Connection
to your innate Joy,
it is beyond time,
ever-present and clear,
as human you may not
always be aware,
but the Joy of your soul
is how You Are Here.

Condense linear time –
You Are This as soul,
now see how your Joy
need not travel far,
Here It Is –
in your every breath,
This Divine Presence of
always Who You Are!
