now set free.

it is okay to

You Are the Master 
of your journey,

that once served you,
you are stronger than
you know,
trust and behold 
your beautiful heart
that beats to the rhythm 
of Love’s flow.

This Flow is every breath
you take,
exhale what you 
no longer need,
your vessel integrates 
earth and sky,
Be You expanded,
wild and free.

Grounded You Are 
to Mother Earth,
you soar beyond the 
stars so bright,
you belong to the 
Universe,
behold and shine 
your beautiful Light!

Here You Are

Meet loved ones tenderly
in your heart,
their resonance is 
always Here,
and as You Are 
also eternal,
the Love you share 
is Everywhere.

You sense their presence
outside in nature,
a rainbow miracle,
a hawk soars high,
ancient trees rise up 
to greet you,
why did they just now
catch your eye?

No matter a task that
seems mundane,
as you relax your 
mind and eyes,
“Here you are” 
you say with wonder,
“our souls are together –
all the time.”

There is no specific day
when this happens,
Love knows no boundaries,
it moves beyond time,
shift to your heart
with soul a-rising,
Here You Are –
sharing your Lights!

for you as human,

but Here You Are with 
Gratitude flowing –
may your heart lead
when it’s hard to see.

To listen for Truth,
stretch beyond your
ears,
tap into your seamless
intuitive vibe,
in This Stillness,
in the Silence,
may your heart lead
when it is hard to hear.

Your own voice may sound
foreign to you,
mind often monitors
what you say,
share your own Truth –
you will not waver,
as your heart leads 
when you now speak.

Believe in you and
what you know,
your expanded Presence 
is Who You Are,
This fearless You knows 
how to navigate – 
as your heart boldly

to be connected,
as human you are
wired to seek this
out,
technology helps to
cross some bridges,
when this is gone –
face to face
wins out.

It matters not
how you seek
connection,
but dive in deep
to what connection
means,
listen to another
with compassion,
see Love’s Light in
every human being.

Power grids
light up towns
and cities,
but You Are a Light
in Love’s connected
web,
no matter the state
of infrastructure
around you,
You Are All connected
and infinitely led!

Here Love Is

where is Love,
it is in the air
you breathe,
every cell has Love
within it,
Love is your heart
and is between beats.

Beyond the body,
Here Love Is,
and so are You,
eternally,
your soul extends
beyond your view,
you know this deep

Yes you know 
the world needs
Love,
it is Here within
you All,
Be This Truth,
this is your purpose,
awakening is answering 
Love’s call.

You need not 
change the world,
Be Love aligning 
with This Truth –
from Love’s wellspring
of compassion,
share Love’s Light 
that flows through 
You!

Love says with 
Joy,
as you reach 
across the veil,
those you Love 
Love to see you,
and to assure that 
All is Well.

Healing is a human 
construct,
that can occur when
you see the whole,
those in spirit are 
in their wholeness,
as wholly Love is
what they know.

May the ripples 
of This Love,
lift you so that you
may see,
You Are deserving of 
All of This,
Your Love to you
will set you free.

Know the angels and
your loved ones,
part the veil to 
let you know,
you are supported 
and always with us,
we feel your Love 
and Love you so!

with an open,
loving heart,
life is made up 
of many stories,
begin this moment 
as the Love You Are.

Bring a fresh perspective 
to any task,
be it small or 
planning ahead,
see what is important 
and keep it simple,
be listening, receptive
to where you are led.

Tell another that 
you love them,
be it in words, 
action or deeds,
someone’s Love tank
may need replenished,
does yours not also fill 
when two believe?

Return to roots,
Love is your purpose,
life will unfold – 
what will you do,
greet each moment 
with Love arising,
it bubbles up through 
This Eternal You!
