Here You Are –
standing tall,
the world is challenging
to live in,
some things rise and
then may fall.
A dualistic world is
rife with judgment,
your mind is a
critiquing and comparing
machine,
turning up your heart
with its soul power
can add perspective to
most anything.
Shower your self with
loving tenderness,
tend to the wounds
you have survived
in life,
Be your own amazing
inspiration,
shining and sharing
your much-needed
Light!

A familiar lyric –
but are You not
the sun?
Why wait for a day
or a season,
to open up and
fully shine.
Why not Be the warmest
sun ray,
shining Love’s Light
as you remind.
Do not seeds that
are planted,
need This Light
to help them grow.
Pay no heed to
the timing,
every journey has
its own flow.
But may your Light
help another remember,
opening a door to
let Light in.
Bask in This sacred
remembrance,
as your heart says,
“yes I’m in!”
Here comes the sun,

timelessness,
layers of consciousness
abound,
you experience This
while living life,
as you interact with
All around.
Building awareness
helps you notice
there is much that
you cannot see,
the marvel of nature,
meditation, breath
are all points of entry
to This Frequency.
Another’s words and wisdom
can spark in you
a remembrance of what
You Know,
any creative endeavor,
or connecting with art
is you expressing
with your soul.
Do not music and lyrics
lift you up
as you rise with
what shifts inside,
may you listen to
This Language
of your soul,
that enriches All
experiences in life!

Become aware of
what is uncomfortable,
is this not where fear
likes to hide,
hold close this tender
part of you,
that is protective of you
in this life.
Your soul, angels
and loved ones
cheer you on when
you get scared,
is this not a perfect,
sacred time to shine
more Light in fear’s
shadowy lair?
As This Light of Love
fills you up,
with fresh new eyes
can you not now see –
you have been Here
all along,
claim your I Am Presence
every time you breathe.
Who Are You now
with fear subsiding,
imagine and create with
This natural flow,
re-acquaint yourself
with Gratitude,
dancing with the angels
and your soul!

In life things pop up
before you,
tend to what you
need to do,
with any task
big or mundane –

and choose Love.
Will this not help
when a bigger event
splashes down in
your life,
remember your alignment
dear one –

Why not apply This
to your thoughts
that so often take
energy from you,
apply This Healing Balm
of comfort –
center, breathe
and choose Love.
Honor emotion,
thoughts and feelings,
dive down deep to where
they begin,
apply This Balm to friction,
fear or shame –
center and breathe,

When you feel twists
and turns inside,
are these not asking
to be smoothed out,
these are not failures,
you are not in trouble,
is not looking within
what life is all about?
Do not judge feelings
and emotions,
these are calling cards
to get you clued in,
egoic programs run
in the background,
friction helps you to
play close attention.
Keep diving deeper,
unearth core beliefs,
these come up in so
many ways,
it may be something
you thought was over,
but layers release
on any given day.
Tend with Love to
these familiar aches,
soften your heart and
pull them close,
have soul remind that
You Are cherished,
may all parts of you
believe and know!

plants alive,
it is exactly what
they need,
what would you wish
to shower you,
what nourishes you
beyond what you eat?
What feeds your soul,
what brings you to life,
this can be exciting
or an overdue rest,
you need not push through
but maybe receive,
Be-ing present with You
instead of what is next.
Tune into your heart,
what soothing flow
reminds You Are
This Touch of Peace,
listen to the whisper
of your soul,
guiding you gently
to what you need!

Dare to dream –
your heart is
calling,
what is standing
in your way?
Egoic fear is what
the mind uses
to hide what heart
may have to say.
You are not alone
in this endeavor,
loved ones and guides
are part of This too,
collective healing is
in the air,
is it not your turn
to nurture you?
Shine your Light in
shadowy spaces,
see that there is no-thing
to fear,
experiences in life can
be daunting,
but You, empowered
are grounded and clear.
As you let defenses
release and loosen,
Here You Are –
a soul in your Truth,
tap into Love’s wellspring,
eternal,
You Are This Love and
Love is You!

Forever bonds are never
broken,
you wish to know and
to believe,
the fog of grief can
be so heavy,
the egoic mind may
question all you see.
Trust in your heart,
though it may feel
in tatters,
the body reacts as
it perceives loss,
but your souls are
eternally connected,
your heart knows
loved ones are
never lost.
Return to the heart,
shift your perspective,
you need not look for
Love to appear,
loved ones are ever-present,
breathe this in,
as Love says –
I am always Here!
