Here I Am,
Love says with 
Joy,
as you reach 
across the veil,
those you Love 
Love to see you,
and to assure that 
All is Well.

Healing is a human 
construct,
that can occur when
you see the whole,
those in spirit are 
in their wholeness,
as wholly Love is
what they know.

May the ripples 
of This Love,
lift you so that you
may see,
You Are deserving of 
All of This,
Your Love to you
will set you free.

Know the angels and
your loved ones,
part the veil to 
let you know,
you are supported 
and always with us,
we feel your Love 
and Love you so!

Love Arising

Greet this day as
sun arises,
with an open,
loving heart,
life is made up 
of many stories,
begin this moment 
as the Love You Are.

Bring a fresh perspective 
to any task,
be it small or 
planning ahead,
see what is important 
and keep it simple,
be listening, receptive
to where you are led.

Tell another that 
you love them,
be it in words, 
action or deeds,
someone’s Love tank
may need replenished,
does yours not also fill 
when two believe?

Return to roots,
Love is your purpose,
life will unfold – 
what will you do,
greet each moment 
with Love arising,
it bubbles up through 
This Eternal You!

 

A Simple Breath

A simple breath,
a quiet moment,
relax and take a beat
to Be.

Tune into heart,
with no questions,
Be Love this moment,
forever free.

Give you this break,
This Is your Essence,
Be still and hear your
own heart’s song.

Beyond words is 
your Truth singing,
your soul invites you
to sing along.

Be simply You,
throughout this day,
this is All you 
need to do.

A simple breath,
quiet reflection,
Love says Beloved – 
I Love You!

Wholeness,
open your heart with 
Gratitude,
Here You Are as 
Love so precious,
Home is in this
Heart of You.

You may be critical,
you may have judged,
your humanness is 
of the world,
beyond belief is 
your True Knowing –
believe and trust 
this Heart of You.

You need not look 
in other places,
the Universe flows 
within you dear,
comfort your self – 
eternally cradled,
Welcome Home to 
this Heart of You!

May Love show up 
as Gratitude,
might you add this
to all you do,
smile at a neighbor,
help a stranger – 
ride the wave 
of Love.

What are your passions,
how do you express,
share your unique talents
with all the rest,
now is not the time
to be silent – 
come ride the wave 
of Love.

Dear artists,
share your art,
oh mystical souls,
channel All the stars,
help humanity build 
connection,
together now ride
the wave of Love.

Simple moments are 
the way to start,
behold what touches you
in your heart,
Love’s innate Strength 
is Here and ready – 
lifting you up as 
a Wave of Love!

A Lot

Through any day 
bring your best
self,
sometimes you are 
rested
or you may be 
not,
the world turns 
with its ebbs and 
flows,
some days feel easy,
others are a lot.

Do your best in 
any moment,
check in with You and
the will of your heart,
first let go of your 
own judgment,
is that not a beautiful 
way to start?

This ripples out to your
brothers and sisters,
as human they may feel
like a bouncing ball –
one day up,
then another
deflated,
the world is a lot 
to take for All.

Hold each other in 
sacred spaces,
your hearts know dear
what to do,
do your best to keep 
your hearts open,
together with Love is
how to pull through!

Steady

Be steady.
Your heart beats 
a rhythm like
a drum.

When you need 
grounding,
guidance –
your center knows 
where you come
from.

In any storm 
you gather in,
aware of surroundings 
and what to do.

Be steady and calm,
look around,
listen to your heart,
a gateway to You.

Life can feel sometimes
precarious,
energy shifts upon
winds of change.

Be steady.
Wholly grounded.
sync with Love’s rhythm,
come what may!

Infinite

Are you not all in
many ways connected,
yes some by birth,
others with free will,
but as You are an
expanded Be-ing,
do not these connections
go further still?

Is this not how 
the Power of Love 
soothes and heals 
more than you may 
have known,
why not send 
unconditional Love
through an infinite loop
that always returns 
Home.

Not all beings on earth
will awaken,
but All Souls do hear
this call,
as you open to receive 
Love wholly,
know the healing of One
is the healing of All!

sunrise at dawn,
You Are This Light 
and never alone.

Breathe in Love’s Peace
that is always Here,
feel the warmth of 
loved ones forever
near.

May you feel supported 
and always sustained,
Love lifts you up when
your energy wanes.

Walk reverently on 
earth’s holy ground,
you represent the sky as
stardust earth-bound.

You Are the Universe
and It Is You,
shine your Light today
in All you do!

you have lived,
some memories fresh,
some may be a haze,
you may not recognize 
yourself,
you may hold judgment 
for some wayward 
ways.

Dear one,
look beyond the 
details,
with a loving heart
look at your Courage 
and Strength,
life is full of situations,
experiences,
you persevere so you 
may bend not break. 

Honor all chapters 
of your life,
some you would re-read
as others fade from 
view,
know in every moment 
of this incarnation,
you as human 
experience the
One of You!
