A Lot

Through any day 
bring your best
self,
sometimes you are 
rested
or you may be 
not,
the world turns 
with its ebbs and 
flows,
some days feel easy,
others are a lot.

Do your best in 
any moment,
check in with You and
the will of your heart,
first let go of your 
own judgment,
is that not a beautiful 
way to start?

This ripples out to your
brothers and sisters,
as human they may feel
like a bouncing ball –
one day up,
then another
deflated,
the world is a lot 
to take for All.

Hold each other in 
sacred spaces,
your hearts know dear
what to do,
do your best to keep 
your hearts open,
together with Love is
how to pull through!

Steady

Be steady.
Your heart beats 
a rhythm like
a drum.

When you need 
grounding,
guidance –
your center knows 
where you come
from.

In any storm 
you gather in,
aware of surroundings 
and what to do.

Be steady and calm,
look around,
listen to your heart,
a gateway to You.

Life can feel sometimes
precarious,
energy shifts upon
winds of change.

Be steady.
Wholly grounded.
sync with Love’s rhythm,
come what may!

Infinite

Are you not all in
many ways connected,
yes some by birth,
others with free will,
but as You are an
expanded Be-ing,
do not these connections
go further still?

Is this not how 
the Power of Love 
soothes and heals 
more than you may 
have known,
why not send 
unconditional Love
through an infinite loop
that always returns 
Home.

Not all beings on earth
will awaken,
but All Souls do hear
this call,
as you open to receive 
Love wholly,
know the healing of One
is the healing of All!

Moonlight at night,
sunrise at dawn,
You Are This Light 
and never alone.

Breathe in Love’s Peace
that is always Here,
feel the warmth of 
loved ones forever
near.

May you feel supported 
and always sustained,
Love lifts you up when
your energy wanes.

Walk reverently on 
earth’s holy ground,
you represent the sky as
stardust earth-bound.

You Are the Universe
and It Is You,
shine your Light today
in All you do!

The One of You

Are there not chapters
you have lived,
some memories fresh,
some may be a haze,
you may not recognize 
yourself,
you may hold judgment 
for some wayward 
ways.

Dear one,
look beyond the 
details,
with a loving heart
look at your Courage 
and Strength,
life is full of situations,
experiences,
you persevere so you 
may bend not break. 

Honor all chapters 
of your life,
some you would re-read
as others fade from 
view,
know in every moment 
of this incarnation,
you as human 
experience the
One of You!

 

A Loving Observer

Be an observer 
to your beliefs,
what do you hold on
tightly here,
are there not some
so set in stone,
that they fog up 
your vision clear.

When feelings,
emotions are
tied to these,
it is no wonder 
the heart feels
hurt,
as past old scars
come up for healing,
do they not usually
point to your worth?

Your heart can be 
a beautiful filter,
helping you to heal 
old wounds,
what emotions
are asking for
a closer look so
You may help you?

Is not your soul a 
loving observer,
holding your hand 
as angels draw near,
now with a heart 
so full of Love,
behold your self –
shining and clear!

The Strength of Kindness

Keep your heart soft
and care for each other,
loving acts of kindness 
may be big or small,
humanity’s power is in
the Strength of Love,
Love is what unites 
and connects the All.

The world of duality 
can display all sides,
you recognize cruelty
because compassion
You Are,
may your senses be 
fully engaged,
do not look away – 
stand tall and share
your heart.

Your heart is Here 
also for your 
self-care,
gather all the Strength
you need,
flow with the healing 
vibration of kindness,
compassionate Love 
sets All hearts free!

another,
and as they do 
the same for you,
do you not All 
rejoice in This,
behold the Joy of
Love flowing through.

As you rejuvenate 
and ground,
may Love’s foundation 
feel safe and firm,
now try on new ideas
and ponder,
what fits,
what doesn’t,
Love helps you discern.

You are not alone 
upon your journey,
make sacred connections 
along the way,
and always at your
Core of Be-ing,
is You, Beloved,
so loved,
always!

over details,
what to say or
what to bring,
whatever you are doing,
Love is All and 
Everything.

Relationships become 
entangled,
egos know how 
to tie knots,
ask the angels to help
you loosen these –
allow Love to connect
the dots.

fully open,
release past stories,
let them go,
in This Present –
Be Love Wholly,
forever connections 
are soul to soul!

Be in awe of the 
blue sky,
let it teach you

Listen to a beloved 
pet,
Love has no words.

You are not who you
*think*
you are.

You simply Are.
