This Strength,

State of Being.
As human,
you construct
walls of protection,
as soul you are free
to move everywhere,

finding your balance,
question what no longer
is True,
your Truth has always
been alive within,
may Love’s Voice speak

purpose your Love,
is this not expressing
the Essence of You,
may your Be-ing
affect your doing,
as you embrace
the Whole of You.
Yes, use your senses,
but build awareness
of the senses of
your soul,
these at first seem
soft or quiet,
but with discernment,
do they not let you know.
You need not know
every minute detail,
let guidance nudge you
on your first steps,
move in directions
that feel open,
knowing you will know
what to do next.
You are part of a
greater orchestra,
the notes you play
are part of the whole,
delight in your song
composed with Love,
rejoice in the harmony
of your soul!

trusting your self,
but you can always
trust Love.
This Love,
This trust
is your foundation,
this below is
All You Are
above.
It is hard to trust
perception,
but beyond that
is soul awareness
Here.
Here is the comfort
that you seek,
Here is the Peace
that flows through you,
my dear.
Love melts the layers
one by one
that obscure your vision
from seeing This Truth.
Your Eternal Self,
whole and complete,
says Trust in Us –
Source, angels

for it is You
that is timeless,
come what may.
Give and receive,

create This Circle
as you live,
this flow connects
the dots for you
to find your way.
This present moment
is not small,
it may feel daunting
to know You Are All,
let Love take your hand
to guide you through
this day.
As this day with Love
unfolds,
you may be quiet,
you may be bold,
know you are cherished
as Love’s Expression
in every way!

with quiet,
needing to hear or
make some noise,
you may perceive quiet
as boring,
needing some action
to see joy.
Look beyond all
action taken,
yes, express yourself
in full,
but may it Be
derived from what
loves to bubble up
in you – joyful.
Let Love Be your
leading cause,
the world offers you
many effects,
when you step away
from usual reactions,
might you tap into
what may happen next?
Tapping into the
stillness of your soul
does not mean you
do not live,
you live fully to
your potential,
when you connect
with All of This.
Embody the fullness
of your expression,
it may be quiet
or it may be loud,
may it Be what is
created within You,
True to your Self,
expressing inside out!

to One,
from the human
perspective,
this may be daunting,
but only when you
see where you are
coming from.
You have resonance,
soulful remembrance,
this is not a place
you travel to,
it is helpful to change
human awareness,

that knows what
is Truth.
In this upside down
world,
you seek the Peace
that you know is Here,
you will not find it
in this world, eternal,
but may you feel it
as you Be it, dear.
Be a beacon of Peace,
do not other souls then
recognize themselves,
as you all speak this
unspoken language,
is This not how Peace
assures All is Well.
Recognize This Peace,
This Love as You,
residing in the souls
of All you meet,
may the powerful resonance

engages quickly,
looking for details
to fill in,
creating stories,
speculation,
asking who
or why or
when.
Let your breath
bring you to
present,
where past and future
do not exist,
Here is Peace
that never leaves
you,
return your awareness
to simply This.
Breath in release,
relieve the body,
from tensing,
waiting for what
next to come,
with Gratitude
look at your surroundings,
this simple moment
is You as One.
Allow burden to lift
off your shoulders,
you place it there
in a familiar pose,
Love asks for no-thing
for you to carry,
your innocence is
what Love knows.
Here You Are,
Love sees you
wholly,
you need do no-thing
for You to Be,
simply return to
your soul shining,
This is Love,
as You,
