Are you not part of 
something greater,
that your eyes 
may not see,
yes, you play roles
in this life,
but you are woven 
in Eternity.

There may be moments
you experience
that have you asking 
the question why,
you may not know 
the role you play 
is a small slice 
in a greater pie.

You need not take 
responsibility 
for all that happens 
around you,
other life journeys 
are unfolding – 
you do the best that 
you can do.

Trust spirit,
talking daily,
to your soul 
who understands,
being human in 
this life can feel 
like a stranger 
in a strange land.

May you sense 
Love and support
that is always Here 
for you,
beyond the role 
that you play,
dear one,
is All of Love 
that so Loves you!

Love’s Innocence

Love is innocent.
And You Are This.

Your human self 
rises up against this,
pointing fingers 
in and out,
there are so many 
definitions of love,
that artists love to
write about.

Unconditional Love has
no definition,
is This Love not 
beyond all words?
It is captured in
moments, blissful,
when time stands still,
as precious moments
unfurl.

All worldly things 
placed upon Love 
may make it hard 
to see at times,
but your soul knows 
its effervescence,
connecting, rejoicing 
with fellow Lights.

Life is not a loss 
of innocence,
it is remembering 
Love’s Eternal Truth,
when you tune into 
your soul shining,
rejoice – Love’s Innocence 
shines in You!

Perfect Timing

Ease your mind 
about perfect timing,
might you step back 
and watch it unfold,
allow Grace and Love 
to do their magic,
there may be more beyond
what you know.

Release the outcomes 
you think are needed,
set expectation to 
the side,
experiences may be 
neat and tidy,
or they may be part
of a wild ride.

Accept, allow the
messiness of life,
be amazed when pieces
fall in place,
some things take years
to come to fruition,
some things may feel
unsettled in this 
time and space.

Invite Love into 
each experience,
in This Moment,
what shall you do?
Turn up your Light 
as Love reminds,
This Moment is 
Love’s perfect timing 
of You.

Be You

Bring to Light
what may be 
unspoken,
let Love’s Light 
dispel all shadows
here,
sharing experiences
helps others to 
know,
hope and healing 
reside Everywhere.

Be Love’s acceptance 
in human form,
may you with angels
encircle, surround,
holding space for 
another’s experience,
honors their journey
as it circles around.

Return as Light,
rejoice in no more 
shadow,
see Love’s Truth 
in all that you do,
trust in your soul,
forever guiding your
journey,
Be you Love 
that shines forever 
through You!

The Integrated You

Find the sweet spot,
here is balance,
as you wrestle with 
control,
yes, you as human
make decisions,
but you are also 
an integrated soul.

There is no one or
the other,
but who has control 
of the reins?
Your letting go may 
have you frightened,
your human self 
wants to control 
change.

Your soul is not
off in the distance,
it is at Home as 
the root of You,
as your ego takes 
a back seat,
Love navigates this
vessel of you.

You need not take on
all of the burdens
that ego wishes 
for you to hold,
extend your hands
palms up,
receiving,
ask what shall we 
experience today,
dear soul?

Reframing for Rebirth

Is there not a picture
in your past,
that comes up time
and time again,
your human brain uses
this for fodder,
to keep you distracted
in an endless spin.

Might you let go 
of specific details
and sink into the 
emotions here,
what is familiar 
in this story,
what repeats now 
that takes you there.

The human mind will 
search for reasons,
looking for fault or 
who to blame,
you may point at yourself
or outward,
your ego looks at these 
the same.

Might you give Gratitude 
for feelings 
that come up to be 
seen and heard,
you have all you need 
within you,
to create a story 
of your re-birth.

Might you reframe 
any of your pictures,
may you now see with 
awakened eyes,
may forgiveness create 
the space 
for you to know 
and realize.

May you take the hand
of loved ones,
angels, guides that are
Here for you,
see your Self in 
Love’s perfect picture –
this is how Love 
always sees you!

The One of You

Look beyond 
the forms before
you,
see with the clarity 
of your soul’s 
eyes,
what you look for 
is within,
and exists in All 
as eternal Lights.

Be the eyes 
of one who 
cannot see,
Be the heart 
of one so lost,
there are no 
separate ones
as You Are All 
This One 
who then forgot.

Human reactions 
will occur,
in a world that
makes no sense,
but see the bigger
picture,
every judgment 
erects a bigger
fence.

Love is the healing balm
to pain and hurt
that separates you all,
send Love with no 
strings to you,
then extend this to
any who have taken
a fall. 

You cannot change 
the outside world,
yet Truth is always 
Here with you,
return to your soul,
always connected
to One Love,
the One of You.

Your True Nature

You have a natural way 
to reset,
to return to balance,
return to Peace,
let your breath be 
your director,
surrender wholly to
This State of Peace.

With intention,
redirect your focus,
if something knocks 
you out of sync,
your True Nature is 
steady, stable,
connected to Love,
forever linked.

With your breath 
you realign
to what vibrates at 
the core of You,
let your heart,
with its natural rhythm,
sing Love’s Eternal 
song to you!

Knowing Peace

Find Peace where 
you least expect it,
let your expectations
go,
Peace may surprise you 
with its ordinary 
ways to let you 
know.

Does Peace not love
to fill the moments,
when time stands
still,
when resistance 
ends,
when you need not 
any-thing,
is This not then where
Peace begins?

May Peace accompany you 
in the moments
that are between what 
you focus on,
when your focus is 
on acceptance,
does Peace not enfold
you in its arms?

Peace is not an 
expectation,
it lives not behind 
nor in front of
you,
Peace is now,
Peace is eternal,
Love knows This Peace
and dear,
Love is You!

Recognizing You

You are a multi-dimensional 
Be-ing.

Is not the You who
recognizes You,
at any time
of your life,
is This not due 
to the Awareness 
of You?

And do not others 
draw near,
wishing to connect
as fellow Lights,
is there not so much 
communication 
that moves beyond 
what is seen here?

May you be comforted,
reassured,
the You that Love 
so loves to observe,
is eternal,
multi-dimensional,
experiencing All 
that life unfurls.

Tune into This 
expanded Self,
let your brain take 
a well-deserved rest,
All is Well
with your soul,
the One who always sees
Love’s Light 
in You!
