craves connection,
yes human nature

these familiar echoes
of your life,
they pop up in various
iterations,
often stirring up doubt,
worry or strife.

As part of a Collective
priming for healing,
do your part and
clear the air,
with no judgment,
hold old hurts close,
honor and witness with
tender loving care.

From your soul –
a loving observer,
see your self as
Love sees you,
thank your self
for navigating life –
see Who You Are –
This Amazing You!

what is uncomfortable,
is this not where fear
likes to hide,
hold close this tender
part of you,
that is protective of you
in this life.

Your soul, angels
and loved ones
cheer you on when
you get scared,

sacred time to shine
more Light in fear’s
shadowy lair?

As This Light of Love
fills you up,
with fresh new eyes
can you not now see –
you have been Here
all along,
claim your I Am Presence
every time you breathe.

Who Are You now
with fear subsiding,
imagine and create with
This natural flow,
re-acquaint yourself
with Gratitude,
dancing with the angels
and your soul!

Move through fear
and trepidation,
you need not hide
these under wraps,
fear is part of the
human experience,
denying this may make
you feel trapped.

Call back any power
you have given away,
walk calmly through
what comes at you,
your own thoughts
and created stories
often add drama to
what you do.

Within you is
Love’s reassurance,
in every breath
Here is your Peace,
coming Home to Love
takes but a second,
reminding you –
Here is Grace and ease!

This In-between

Is there not Peace,
in-between.

There is space between
the clamor,
in between raindrops
that fall in spring,
what is present
between breath –
Here is Peace –
in-between.

This is not a timed
event,
it is not measurable
in this life,
but You as soul
know well its Presence –
breathe and expand
This in-between.

This is You –
your innate Essence,
let it rise for you
to see,
look not at what
life is showing –
your Presence knows
This in-between!

You may have plans,
expectations, goals,
which path to choose,
how will you know,
as you live life
don’t forget dear one –
to Be Where You Are.

Center in your Truth,
in stillness listen,
your still, small Voice
has things to say,
return, remember and
in surrender –
Be Where You Are.

Is not This Presence
where life Is,
This Hub of body,
mind and soul,
integrated now
clear is your next step –
Be-ing Wholly
Where You Are.

Let go,
release,
surrender,
you may hear this
on repeat,
you may choose to
hold on tightly,
but it is flow that
sets you free.

You will still make
decisions dear one,
there are choices
to be made,
but when you soften
your mind’s grip,
what might your
intuition say?

Set aside your perceived
deadlines,
dance with body –
your partner in life,
may your Wholeness
come online,
body, mind and soul
now come alive!
