Do you not
know Love
when you feel it,
is there not knowing
in its simplicity?
Judgment need not
be a part
of any equation
you figure out,
as the answer
is Love,
is that not what
any question
is all about?

guide you,
when given the chance,
you know the way –
knowing Love
brings loving clarity,
find Love,

In between past
and future moments,
there is this moment
now,
is this not your human
awareness,
seeing a timeline
and wondering how?
Yes, time unfolds
with shadows around
what has transpired
or what is to come,
but is not this moment
now,
where your soul
and you
are always One?
Your Soul Awareness
is always Here,
it cannot exist in
another place,
time and space are
not its keepers,
it is both no-thing
and beyond all space.
You, now – in this
moment,
contain the Truth and Peace
that you dream of –
in this moment,
beyond this dream,
You Are Here
and
You Are Love.

what can you do today,
to touch Love as
you work or play,
is it All not One and
the same,
as you “do” with Love?
Feel with your heart –
what can you sense today
as all hearts beat
as One,
might you join in the
chorus of this song,
as you breathe with Love?
Gaze with your eyes –
and look around today,
there are miracles
that abound,
with Gratitude for bounty
surrounding,
is there not clear vision
with Love?
Bless your body –
that is a window to the
beauty of You,
sense the Magnificence
in it All,
You Are One
with Love.

Relax,
rest,
know that Love
is in the still,
when you stop
to catch your breath,
is this not when
you sense
your loving will?
Yes, you love
the forward momentum
when you see what
Love creates,
now also relax
into Love’s rhythm,
and let your vessel
rejuvenate.
Like water flowing
in a river,
there are sections
that build up speed,
then a pool begins
to form,
allowing the water
to gather and be.
As you are fluid
like the water,
might you be aware
of what you need,
and know Love always
flows within you,
it is not about the
time or speed.
So relax,
rest,
when your body
tells you to –
enjoy a time of
integration,
as your soul
aligns perfectly
with you.

awareness,
for your heart to expand

you need not “try”
to make this happen,
it is as normal
as your breath.
Your mind has many ways
that it wants you
to listen,
but when you quiet
do you not feel,
understanding comes
from Love,
listen and receive Truth
from your heart’s will.
So loosen your grip
on perceived control,
tap into intelligence
that is Here with you –
This Love that is your
very soul,
is holding your hand
as life you walk through.
You can decide in
any moment,
to free up this space
for you to see,
beyond all perceived
space and time,
You Are This Love

there is no need to
run and hide,
your breath connects you
with All That Is,
yes, you are part
of this cosmic ride.
Let your breath
ground you,
and fill you up,
with all the Love
that you can feel,
Love is with you
in every moment,
when your mind
is racing,
or when you are
still.
You Are Divine
within each breath,
honor and hold sacred
this breath of You,
restorative energy
for well-being and
healing,
are contained in
each precious
Breath of You.
You may take it for
granted,
Love is this way,
no strings attached,
All of This for you –
the miracle within
each breath is
magical,
and that miracle is
the Breath of You.
Stay with the breath,
it is your connection
to the earth and
the shining stars,
bless each breath
in its perfection,
it breathes the Truth
of Who You Are.

gets tied into knots,
patiently your soul

when you lead
with your soul,
might you see
more clearly
and understand?
Your soul is always
Here
with you as you
try on new things,
the journey that you
share
is full of surprises
with what life brings.
Your soul will help
you glean
many insights and
meaning from
this life,
and when you
step back a bit
to trust,
might soul help
you deal with
perceived strife?
Let your soul be
your comfort,
as You remind you
Who You Are,
you have a built-in
connection to Source,
as your soul is the
light
of a million stars.
Let your soul lead
the way,
as you take your
cues from Love,
let your Light shine
so brightly,
illuminating all
that you dream of!

within you
that makes you
want to push
or defend,
what strikes a chord
that no longer
reflects the place
you are in.
The more attuned
you are,
the more you notice
the sharper notes,
but as all notes
make up the
Scale of Life,
might you dig
deeper into what
you notice most?
Might all of these
Songs of Life
help you to develop
your own tune,
when you harmonize
with Love,
does not Joy
fill up the room?
There are sharp and
flat notes
that are needed to make
up a scale,
find a key that resonates,
but know there are
others you can experience
as well.
At your core you are
an instrument
that is able to play
many songs,
and when you join
with others,
as an orchestra,
is not a Joy to
play along?
Keep tuning and
keep experimenting
to find what resonates
within you,
and remember there are
infinite notes that
can combine to play
a beautiful tune.
Explore the songs in
your heart
that speak the Truth
of Who You Are,
and experience all of
the limitless ways
to sing with Love
as the Love You Are!

Get to know
All of You.
In this linear world,
yes, you can go back
to what has happened
in the past,
situations, experiences,
memories
have made impressions
on you that last.
But is not your Strength
in this moment
and while your journey
has brought you Here,
you are not only
the integration of
this lifetime,
You Are a soul
with vision clear.
So get to know
the Whole of You
and do not limit
what you see –
with clear vision
might you see
beyond any walls
you think there
may be.
Allow your soul
to introduce you
to the You
you are getting
to know,
get to know
All of You,
believe and listen
to your soul.
Keep pushing beyond
your comfortable boundaries,
rise above any walls
that you may see,
there is a purpose
to this journey,
let Love lift you
and set you free!

when you find
the spirit within?
Is not Love
the Living Force

creation

and knowing is
working,
might you trust
and allow

The inspiration that

that lifts you up

is the Force
that reminds you,
on Wings of Love,
