Be flexible.
Might you be
malleable enough
so that Love
may find a way
to help you
move with
and glide with
ease?

Do you not adjust
to your physical
surroundings,
are you not able
to walk on land,
then in the water
might you float
or propel yourself
with your hands?

You make adjustments
constantly,
based on where your
body may be,
might you tune into
your soul
and make adjustments
accordingly?

Let Love be the ocean
that you swim in,
Love is the air that
you breathe,
is Love not where
you sense Eternity,
do you not feel
the Flow of Love
when there is Grace
and Ease –
why not get comfortable
with Peace,
knowing Love is
where you can
simply Be.

Adapt.
Be flexible,
let Love show you
all ways –
you have infinite choices
to make,
might you choose
with Love,
always,
step away from right
or wrong,
are they not markers
to continue on,
step into the the
Flow of Love,
that always
flows through You!

Love
as the conduit
between you
and
All That Is –
and there is
Truth within
this image,
as you try to
imagine this.

But, dear one,
there is no
here or there,
so there cannot
be an in-between,
there is no space
you need to fill,
or distance that
you need to travel
to Be.

Yes, it is Love
that is your
Essence,
Love is Here
with you
right now,
You Are an
aspect of
Source,
believe this
even if you
know not how.

And soul to soul
does Love not
connect you
to your loved ones
you hold dear –
even if not in
the physical,
are they not always
close as
You Are Here?

You can think of
Love
as a conduit,
but it is truly
Who You Are –
feel with your heart,
breathe in this Truth –
Love Is Here
as
Love Is You.

Rise

sometimes is struggle
not what you know,
is it not familiar,
is there not comfort,
in working hard
to make things so.

Might you lean
into a different
way,
one that is lined
with Grace and Ease,
making choices based
on trust,
not what you demand,
asking “pretty please.”

Life has an ebb
and flow,
it will unfold
no matter what,
does not another door
open,
when it appears
that one has shut.

With allowance
and acceptance,
as you follow
your soul’s pull,
might you line
each path of your
journey,
with the Light of
Love to see
you through.

Take the path of
least resistance,
but do not doubt
your power within,
when Love combines
with Joy,
is that not when
miracles begin?

There is flow
when Love is
leading,
might you join in
with Ease and Grace,
set your intention
for Love,
unfolding You from

sense to retrain
your brain,
so it can experience
what is in
your heart,
as you create
from the
inside-out,
there may be patterns
you may need
to learn about.

What does your brain
tell you,
you cannot do,
what limitations,
does it place
upon you –
know that these
are wonderful
opportunities
to rethink,
to retrain,
to see all
possibility,
soul working
in harmony
with your brain.

Know that your
power
is Here
and always
within,
get your brain
on board,
by diving in
to what thoughts
and beliefs,
you think are
true –
your Truth
is in your heart
and your soul
knows what to do.

Integrate all parts
of Who You Are,
retrain your thoughts,
so that they match
your heart,
as you are an aspect
of the Whole,
You Are a blessed
Divine soul,
create from this
space,
this Truth,
from the Love
That Is You.

That You Are –

express the
Whole

Messages sent,
messages received,
is there not a
constant state
of give and take,
might you find
a balance
as you fine tune
more,
so your mind
and soul
may communicate?

Does your mind not
often
like to talk a lot,
but what of listening –
maybe it is not,
when you think you
have made up your
mind,
might you be closing off
possibilities that
your soul wishes you
to find?

Check in on how
you are listening
with your ears,
and also tune in
to what your soul
wishes you to
hear –
might you be open,
listening with your heart
and All of You,
so you may balance
what your mind
tells you to do.

What do you communicate
to All of You,
might you let Love
be the language
that you use,
find the balance
that supports
and uplifts you –
communicate with your
soul
and believe your Truth!

Does not your soul
work together,
with your body
and your mind,
are you not shifting,
integrating,
yes and changing
all the time,
you may feel
out of sync,
during times of
internal growth,
but when pieces
click together,
do you not rejoice
with renewed
hope?

There may always
be challenges,
things that push
and pull you
along,
if it is comfort
that you seek,
only know it may
not last for long,
so buckle up,
enjoy the ride,
there is a balance
that you will find,
when your soul
dances with you,
integrating with
your body
and your mind.

Be patient,
Be brave,
Be authentic
with Who You Are,
Be compassionate,
Be kind,
embrace You
for the Love
You Are.

Life is an interesting
journey,
that you travel
with parts of you,
and when you
integrate
and work together,
is it not the
Whole
that lifts and supports
You?

Your soul rejoices
when you see the
Truth of
Who You Are,
when all parts of You
work together,
you shine so brightly

Love is motion,
Love is flowing,
it is never standing
still,
you are part of
Love’s adventure,
an expression of
a greater will,
is there not a shift
in energy,
when you align
yourself to Love’s
flow,
are you not infused
with energy,
knowing you are part
of the Whole?

You may feel stuck
at times
or stagnant,
but you can easily
move again,
when you shift to
a higher perspective
and invite Love
to join in.

When life gets heavy,
overwhelming,
when your brain begins
to run amok,
picture floating on a
river,
yes, there are times
you might get stuck,
but keep moving
toward the current,
letting go of what
you may cling,
Love’s flowing movement
is always with you,
is Love not part
of Everything?

Love is motion,
Love is flowing,
you are in
this loving flow,
let Love move you,
let Love lift you,
You Are Love
and
You Are Loved so.

A Perfect Balance

Do you not look for
the perfect balance
between your inner drive
and letting go?
The human side may
wish for certain outcomes,
your knowing soul knows
All Is Well,
if you think you need
to decide
between which voice
you listen to,
might you tune in
into the one
that brings Peace
and calm to you?

There is a rhythm,
there is a flow,
when you trust
that what you need,
is being worked out
even as
your human side
wishes to believe,
there is congruence,
there is coherence,
when the Whole of you
works as One,
know your heart
is part of the plan,
even as you may not
know the outcome.

Let the still, small voice
within you,
be your guide on
what to “do”,
find the sweet spot,
find the balance,
between your soul
and who you call
“you”,
you may look at life
as a puzzle,
that you need to work out
on your own,
but when you surrender,
when you let go,
might you see
you are not alone?

Keep moving,
change is constant,
this is not about
stopping flow –
tap into the ebb and flow
of life –
the perfect balance
between human
and soul.

Alignment

And as you are
an individual aspect
of All That Is,
can you not align
with You,
as you align
with Love?

And it may not matter
which may happen first,
for as you are never
truly separate
from your loving Source,
when you align with
your true nature,
do you not align
with Love?

And during times of
growth or change,
when you may miss
the status quo,
might you welcome
the opportunity
to re-align
with You?

Align with You,
align with Love.

Always back to your
true center,
which is a constant
your whole life through –
you are always aligned
with Love,
now with awareness,
know this is true,
you always work together,
synchronizing with Love’s
constant flow –
when you align with Love –
There You Are,
and welcome Home!
