make you notice,
some of these are
hard to miss,
pay attention to 
your balance,
you ask how to 
return to This.

What within is 
crying out,
this is not a 
punishment,
all the separated 
parts of you want
to Be Whole 
again.

It requires not 
wishful thinking,
do not emotions 
hold the key,
when despair dims
your Light,
remember beloved,
your Home and 
breathe.

Connect with You,
your soul,
your touchstone,
let Love nurture 
your tender self,
wrap you child with 
full compassion,
sense in your soul 
that All is Well.

Listen to your 
emotions,
give them what 
it is they need –
to be seen and heard
and cherished,
yes Love is Here,
trust and believe!

Awakened

Seeing with new eyes 
awakened,
fills a longing you
once held,
now you See with 
your whole Vision,
a remembrance that 
All is Well.

Here is Love 
you thought was 
missing,
pieces of the puzzle 
now seem to fit,
Here no analysis 
is needed,
simply that 
You Are All
of This.

Take your seat 
at Love’s Table,
angels, guides,
loved ones 
are Here,
your Soul rejoices 
as you remember –
You Are so Loved
and cherished dear!

A Path to Peace

During times of change 
or transition,
you may wish for feet
on firmer ground,
my dear,
your roots are firmly 
planted,
your branches extend
beyond the sun.

The human mind craves
familiar patterns,
it likes routine to 
feel more secure,
your true foundation 
is much more stable,
Love is always Here 
to reassure.

Embrace these times 
to keep returning 
to your True Self that
does not change,
your experiences here 
create new growth,
but your Essence of Love 
remains the same.

Nurture your self with
true compassion,
mix in some laughter 
as you now See,
what may come up 
for you as human
is a Path to Peace
as you choose to Be!

A Simple Return

Return to breath,
return to heart,
when the mind 
is on a roll,
may the present
help you tune in,
bridging your above
to you below.

Waters may be choppy 
upon the surface,
change and transition
are part of life,
find Peace and solace 
diving deep,
this remembrance reminds
You Are This Light.

When you crave 
simplicity,
when you need a break
from the tumult here,
return to breath,
return to heart,
Here is your wholeness,
fresh and clear!

your ego’s mind,
this would take up 
all of your time,
Love and support is 
what it needs 
and know you can choose 
from which perspective 
to see.

Yes there is another
You that is Here,
This One is connected,
to All and near,
ego may think that 
it will be lost,
but You integrated 
connects all of 
the dots.

Ego will take all of 
your energy dear,
place your Faith and Trust
on This You,
right Here,
Be lifted by Love’s 
eternal flow,
it is Here always,
This is You,
your soul!

Transformation

When emotion comes up
to greet you
and you are not sure 
where it is from,
welcome it,
set it a place,
sitting with it 
until it is done.

Energy is constantly 
in motion
and the body wants 
to hold on,
these releases are 
a natural way 
to let go of what 
is ready to move
on.

Laughter, tears 
are so very healing,
your inner child 
wishes to be seen
you may have worked 
things out in your head,
but your emotion says
what about me?

You need not understand
all of the whys,
simply create space
for All of You, dear –
sense the lightness 
of a loving release,
that is now transformed,
integrated and clear!

Like the patient bulbs 
of winter
that emerge with 
a hint of warmth,
your heart leaps when 
you see growth –
and Love rejoices 
as you rise.

Hope of spring stirs
deep within you,
yes each season 
shares its Truth,
your Gratitude builds
for All of it 
and Love rejoices 
as you rise.

May a new beginning 
Be This Moment,
This You is All 
Love asks you to Be,
at every step along
the way dear,
You Are Love rejoicing 
your growth,
your rise!

your power away,
though it is
not yours to keep,
You Are empowered 
by your True Nature,
This infinite Love
flows naturally.

All Gifts of Love 
are given freely and 
do not take anything
from you,
there is no lack of Love
in anyone,
you forget All Love 
is All of You.

Let Love’s wellspring
bubble up
to remind you of
Love’s eternal flow,
soak up This Love 
and freely share it,
remaining centered,

on what you see,
set aside beliefs you
thought were true,
with a fresh slate 
now to start with,

this new you.

You have helpers 
ready to support,
you do not do 
anything alone,
knowing your thoughts 
are of the Universe,

You Are always Home.

Breathe in deeply from 
This wellspring
to find All energy 
you may need,
take in All possibility,
dear one,
as you create from 
this Place of Peace!

of moon and stars,
reassure you loved ones 
are not far,
your heart and soul 
know This is True,
but yes you wish they
were still with you.

Dear one,
you are always 
together,
souls wholly united
are forever,
journeys may vary
but always dear,
Love is in your heart,
your breath,
so near. 

May the hope of 
a frosty morning sun,
remind that Love 
is never done,
a bright Light never 
can grow dim,
Love that is shared
shines forever within!
