Traveling on a 
rocky road,
may hone your skills 
for struggle and work,
you may ask how much
more to endure,
until you have proven
yourself, your worth.

A road of strife 
is not a test,
there is no-thing
that you must prove,
life brings its challenges
and also gifts,
you may wish to control
what life can do.

Dear one,
release the burdens
you carry,
you need not control 
or fix a thing,
You Are Beloved 
as You Are now,
Love hears your prayers,
You Are cherished and seen.

The road of life 
may be smooth
or rocky,
but you have All 
you need inside,
Be empowered with Love’s
Strength and Courage,
forever surrounded 
with loved ones 
by your side!

Here Love Is

You may ask 
where is Love,
it is in the air
you breathe,
every cell has Love
within it,
Love is your heart
and is between beats.

Beyond the body,
Here Love Is,
and so are You,
eternally,
your soul extends
beyond your view,
you know this deep
within your being.

Yes you know 
the world needs
Love,
it is Here within
you All,
Be This Truth,
this is your purpose,
awakening is answering 
Love’s call.

You need not 
change the world,
Be Love aligning 
with This Truth –
from Love’s wellspring
of compassion,
share Love’s Light 
that flows through 
You!

Love and Strength

Sense your Strength 
when you need it,
will and intention 
are by your side,
be flexible enough 
to notice
when you need to 
adjust the ride.

Maneuvering through life
is not easy,
then you add your own
beliefs and needs,
but You with Love as 
your co-pilot,
can find the path 
through any weeds.

You need not know 
the destination,
Be You,
Be bold,
releasing fear,
Be your best in 
this now moment,
with Love and Strength
flowing through you, dear!

Here, Always

You are never separated
from those you
so dearly Love,
they are integrated 
within you,
not you here and 
them above.

Yes, it breaks the 
human heart,
when they physically 
take flight,
but your souls are 
still together,
every day and 
through the night.

Mend your broken heart,
take baby steps, 
Love honors the 
human life,
and know your 
eternal open heart
opens the door to 
your brilliant Light.

Love is not lost,
it cannot be,
it resides in your
very soul,
loved ones who are
cheering you on
help you to remember 
what you know. 

Yes life may look 
very different,
but know one thing
that does not change – 
Love as your soul
flows forever in you,
with your beloveds
Here, always!

Infinite Bonds

Loved ones are Here 
with you, experiencing,
you are experiencing 
with them too,
infinite bonds are 
truly forever,
forged beyond what 
may be in your view.

But your heart knows
what is Truth,
believe, remember 
what you already know,
hearts united continue 
to create, evolve 
and share connected
as souls.

Walk your path 
that is unfolding,
trust that the timing
is what is should be,
believe the whispers 
in your heart,
loved ones accompanying 
you, eternally!

New Growth

In the midst of change
it may be hard to see
the growth,
take a snapshot 
of you dear one,
you are evolving 
more than you 
know.

There are big shifts
and then baby steps
that you wish would
lengthen their stride,
as time is not 
the focus Here,
check in to your
Self deep inside.

Ego loves to resist 
change,
it is this resistance
that wears you out,
from your Self that
watches this,
notice what the friction
is all about.

You need not change 
all of your ego,
the change is You
emerging Here,
say hello to You
eternal,
This is the change 
you welcome, dear!

What If

If you assume,
building a story,
you may close something
else off,
keep your heart and
your mind open,
do not believe all
of your thoughts.

Open to a greater 
perspective,
you may not know 
what might come next,
there is possibility
in I don’t know,
allow for what has 
not happened yet.

Faith and Trust 
are what is not
seen,
there is so much 
beyond your eyes,
take your focus off 
of your mind,
follow your heart
soaring through 
the skies.

Your soulful intuition,
is at Home in 
spaces of “what if,”
is Here not where 
the magic happens,
when you Trust,
blending with 
All of This!

strong Voice,
is it not fierce,
your power within,
draw upon This 
when you need it,
its clarity cuts through
life’s noisy din.

Love’s vibration has 
a drumbeat,
your heart’s rhythm 
knows this well,
when you need centered,
shift to This Vibration,
that reminds you 
All is Well.

You need not be 
anywhere else,
the Whole of You
is Everywhere,
listen to your soul 
assuring –
as One, together,
We All Are Here!

the physical presence

Grief accompanies you
upon this journey,
as you breathe and walk
the earth,

Precious memories 
bring remembrance,
though as soul you
experience All now,
may your heart 
help you to know –
that always,

Sense This Truth 
in your whole Be-ing,
Love is Everywhere

You Are what Love 
creates each day,

as Love shows the way.

dilemmas,

bathe in the sunlight’s
glint of promise,
as This beginning 
is fresh and clean.

As the sun’s rays 
clear what is foggy,
Love’s Light is always 
Here for you,
give to Love what 
once was heavy,
Love’s Light transforms,
heals and renews!
