Take a break from 
past or future,
how much time do 
you spend there,
you create from 
this now moment,
breathe in Love’s 
infinite fresh air.

Clear the cobwebs 
of winter’s layers,
be inspired by 
lighter days,
You Are always this 
bright Light shining,
but in linear life,
sometimes you think
it fades.

Love sees You, 
strong and effervescent,
this is your most 
natural state,
and as human you are
ebb and flow,
ask what your body needs
to navigate.

Your own Light 
is the hope you 
seek,
might you see
your Self as We 
see You,
You Are eternal
spring-time blooming,
bask in the Light 
of This Magnificent
You!

A Precious Present

Patience is the way 
of flower,
before each pedal 
gently unfolds,
do not roots spread 
out below it,
getting stronger, 
taking hold.

There is a rhythm 
to each season,
you need not speed 
transition up,
yes, the hope of what
lies before you,
may make you wish 
future hurries up.

Take a lesson from 
precious flower,
it is perfection from 
seed to bloom,
its journey is a cycle 
of growth,
each step as important 
as it is new.

Allow your journey 
to unfold,
you are perfection 
at every phase,
behold You in this 
precious present,
a creation of Love 
in every way!

Your Knowing Heart

The thinking mind 
wants a connection,
that makes more sense
free of all doubt,
but with matters 
of the heart,
are there not connections
beyond what mind 
can figure out?

Much like learning 
a new language,
you search for meaning 
word for word,
but when you are able
to grasp the wholeness,
does not your heart know 
what it has heard?

Allow your soul to 
guide you gently,
your loved ones are 
part of this master plan,
new doors are opening 
up for you,
in ways you may not
know or understand.

You are a wholly 
sensory being,
always connected 
to your Source,
all those you miss 
on this physical plane,
walk with you always 
upon your course.

Yes, the heart may 
feel the burden,
of what you believe 
only with your eyes,
but allow belief 
in the Truth of Love,
to be felt by your heart,
beyond your thinking
mind.

Love exists,
Love is eternal,
the bonds you have 
always connect you,
let your heart open 
to This Truth,
always together
are your loved ones
and you!

close and dear,
forever in their 
hearts,
Love eternal never 
fades,
even when physically
you are apart.

Yes, you miss the 
hugs and kisses,
the knowing smile,
the twinkling eyes,
but the very Essence
of those you Love
is forever vibrant 
and never dies.

Love ensures you 
are connected,
they too, Love this 
eternal bond,
do you not sense 
their loving presence,
or see the signs that
they are around.

Forever, always 
your hearts are 
connected,
know This Love 
expands in all ways,
your loved ones 
know This forever,
joined at the heart,
You Are, always!

Arising Hope

Believe in Light,
yes longer days,
invite a clearing
of winter’s haze,
release the layers 
you no longer need,
with hope and wonder,
yes, in You believe.

It lifts you up 
to hear bird song,
your heart,
your soul joins
to sing along,
in this emergence,
may you feel light,
you rise as the sun
kissing stars goodnight.

Embrace Love’s flow
clearing out the old,
bless every moment
as your path unfolds,
as newfound green
always gives you hope,
You Are Love’s spring,
a wonder of infinite
growth!

A Simple Return

Say yes to a path
of ease,
in its simplicity – 
Here is Peace,
you need not struggle,
you need not work,
to know your Truth,
what you are worth.

Life can set up ways
to make things hard,
you may give and give 
until you are tired,
say yes to Love 
holding you so close,
rest in This Truth –
You Are Loved so.

What do you wish 
to release,
begin anew with 
Grace and ease,
open the window 
to your soul,
Here is Everything 
you need to know.

Return to Home,
return to You,
there is no-thing 
that you must do,
your path has led you 
to This Truth,
breathe in This Peace,
say hello to You!

Your Strength and Courage

Be patient with 
old feelings stirring,
do they not come up 
to be seen,
you have all you need
within you,
to recalibrate past 
core beliefs.

Stand in your power 
are you not fearless,
you need not ever
run and hide,
Love is Here with 
Courage and Strength,
supporting you wholly
upon this earthly ride.

Ask for help,
make your connections,
here in this life and
with angels above,
relationship is acknowledging 
there are myriad expressions
of This One Love.

With compassion for 
your journey,
accept Love’s Grace
as you are not alone,
walk with purpose 
on Love’s foundation,
steady, strong and 
forever at Home!

This Presence of Peace

Love’s gift to you,

that you may do,

where Peace helps time

May Grace be your 
companion today,

get to play with wonder,

in your every breath,

comes next,
You Are empowered 
with All that you need,

Say yes to You.

Ego wishes to distract,
not wanting you to 
grow and bloom,
but do you not hear 
spring calling,
say yes to Love,
say yes to You.

Your soul has planted 
many seeds 
that come to life 
when timing is right,
nurture All that is 
within you,
say yes to Love,
say yes to You.

Patience is a gentle 
reminder,
some things take time 
to unfold,
with compassion for 
your journey,
say yes to Love,
say yes to You.

Cultivate these seeds 
with tenderness,
tend to them with 
loving care,
there is new growth
in every moment,
saying yes to Love 
is saying yes to You.

May Love Be the spring

as you breathe in 
hope and Truth,

take a breath,

when you bump into 
what may not feel
right,
release this grip,
return to wonder,
may you sense an answer,

Time and space are 
part of life,
know Love will work 
with what is Here,
fill your heart
with pure intention,
and Be aligned,
Here with Love.

Be patient with life

as you take each step

in each breath,
Peace gifts you gently,
Here You Are,
