You hear of “holding space”
as a compassionate 
act of Love,
to sit with,
to honor,
to Be,
with another, 
sharing Love.

Might you extend,
expand this presence,
filling in space 
that separates,
does not this space 
then become spaceless,
as Love Everywhere 
is Eternity.

We talk of space
in time and place,
as you walk upon 
the earth,
with intention,
connect beyond,
as collective souls,
you are not of 
this world.

Fill the spaces,
bridge the gaps,
begin with you,
whole and True,
there is no space 
where Love is not,
awaken Lights,
to the One 
of You!

What would you do 
if you knew 
how much
you are loved?

This is how your 
loved ones see you,
so very near,
not “up above.”

Would you sing,
maybe dance,
feeling so light 
throughout your
day.

Would you smile 
as you feel them 
nudging you to
let go and play?

You may hear them 
in a melody,
that comes to you 
out of the blue.

You may know 
they are behind 
the bird that appears 
to be watching you.

Go to your heart
and sense – 
here is where 
you can feel them
near.

Your loved ones 
cherish you,
receive and know,
yes, they are 
Here!

A Loving Way

Bring to Love 
all of your 
frustrations,
when you are not
sure of what next
to do,
when plans change,
may you rise above,
transforming from 
victim to Gratitude.

You are flexible,
it is your nature,
knowing there are so
many different ways,
every journey has 
its setbacks,
may this be a gift 
to find another 
way.

Love as your Source 
is infinite in Strength,
Here Peace helps you 
get back on track,
are not all possibilities 
Here for you,
move forward knowing 
Love always has 
your back!

Limitless

You need not limit
your self.
You Are limitless 
Love!

Fear the constrictor,
builds false ceilings,
saying, don’t expand 
or else –
you fill in quickly 
all scenerios,
what might happen 
if I fail?

Every mountain
has many paths,
some are narrow,
others wide,
is there not learning,
flexing, growing,
are you not changed
on the other side?

You may slip,
lose your footing,
you reach out,
Love’s hand is Here,
you remember,
you are not alone,
the path you seek
is Home, my dear.

Set no limits,
free your self,
walk with assuredness
of this Truth,
you are expanding 
your awareness,
but know limitless
is always You!

Surprise Yourself

Be open to surprises,
though you may 
not like these
you say,
yes, you may wish 
to control more of what
happens throughout 
your day.

Be open to new 
moments,
you like the newness
of a new year,
might you relish 
any shiny chance
to create with Love,
my dear?

Try something new,
appreciate the old,
with discernment 
what is ready to 
change,
opportunities come 
your way – 
what is inviting you 
to rearrange?

Yes there is comfort 
in the familiar,
but even that you
can see differently,
see your Wholeness,
Be your Oneness,
surprise yourself
and as Love,
Be!

A Return to Love

or are not sure what 
next to do,
return to your heart
to sense your purpose
and know your Truth.

Let the details of 
the story
fall away as you 
return,
to your Essence,
to your core,
to Who You Are
beyond this earth.

The road may split,
your path may take you 
on a detour with 
many curves,
Dear One,
you cannot be lost,
You Are always Home,
Love reassures.

Be-ing Love is your 
purpose,
it may take on 
many roles,
return Home 
to your heart,
remember what 
you always know!

Grace and ease,
do you not sometimes 
make things hard,
forgetting Love is 
Who You Are?

Yes this world is
full of strife,
it can complicate 
your life,
might you look 
for simplicity,
the release of struggle
is to be set free.

Try out a change 
today,
choosing Love will 
show the way,
this present moment
is wholly You,
may Love be present 
in all you do.

You Are This Peace,
you need not search
for Grace and ease,
in your life you have 
traveled far,
but welcome Home
to the Love You Are!

to greet you,
bringing Light,
a beacon of Hope,
Love is the Light 
that glows eternal,
this your soul 
forever knows.

On a clear day
or one of fog,
in dark of night, 
Love forever shines,
be lifted by the 
break of morning,
Be at Peace as 
Love’s eternal Light.

You Are the wonder 
of the dawn,
You Are the Light 
that forever shines,
the angels sing 
their heavenly song,
recognizing Love’s 
Eternal Light.

and arms receive
