You have within all
that you need
to navigate any of 
life’s storms,
join with All Hearts,
Love’s fellow Lights,
as One you never 
are alone.

A dualistic world
is full of chaos,
but in each story 
there still is Truth,
you need not change
all that you see,
but friction is polishing
all inner pearls.

Any change in You 
is a change for All,
as you arise with 
what you believe,
sometimes in life 
you may feel helpless,
dear shine your Light –
see where it leads.

In a darkened sky
can you not see 
one twinkling star
or comet bright,
your eyes do not dwell
in the darkness,
your Vision is primed 
to see what is Light.

Shine your Light –
for you,
for others,
release your Joy 
with Gratitude,
no-thing can take away
your power,
Love’s Guiding Light 
forever shines in You!

Centered and Grounded

Begin this day,
centered and true,
ground yourself,
take care of you.

Life is unfolding,
often a wild ride,
buckle up for safety,
but don’t dim 
your Light.

Be what you feel 
is important to you,
allow compassion and 
empathy to flow 
through.

Be a catalyst 
for new change,
Be bold,
Be open to things
not the same.

You stand on Love’s 
solid foundation,
centered and grounded 
through transformation.

Drawing in Love’s
breath,
what might you do?
Be Love,
Be curious,
Be free,
Be You!

Strength,

virtue that you always
give away.

Be a beacon of 
compassion,

to some,
Be your true authentic
self who stands tall
and does not run.

the world gives you
and with Love 
rise up again.

Be Love’s Voice when
yours is shaky,
Be Love’s heart that 
beats with yours,
Be Love’s Peace – 
This is your purpose,
Be Love in All that

Navigating With Heart

ahead is foggy,
your destination may
not be clear,
but Here You Are with 
Gratitude flowing –
may your heart lead
when it’s hard to see.

To listen for Truth,
stretch beyond your
ears,
tap into your seamless
intuitive vibe,
in This Stillness,
in the Silence,
may your heart lead
when it is hard to hear.

Your own voice may sound
foreign to you,
mind often monitors
what you say,
share your own Truth –
you will not waver,
as your heart leads 
when you now speak.

Believe in you and
what you know,
your expanded Presence 
is Who You Are,
This fearless You knows 
how to navigate – 
as your heart boldly
leads the way!

where is Love,
it is in the air
you breathe,
every cell has Love
within it,
Love is your heart
and is between beats.

Beyond the body,
Here Love Is,
and so are You,
eternally,
your soul extends
beyond your view,
you know this deep
within your being.

Yes you know 
the world needs
Love,
it is Here within
you All,
Be This Truth,
this is your purpose,
awakening is answering 
Love’s call.

You need not 
change the world,
Be Love aligning 
with This Truth –
from Love’s wellspring
of compassion,
share Love’s Light 
that flows through 
You!

The world of duality 
is very noisy,
opposites careen 
and crash,
life is full of 
egos shouting,
return to stillness,
Here is Peace.

You need not run away
and hide,
though respite is a 
welcome rest,
in any moment you
can remember –
return to stillness,
Here is Peace.

Feel Gratitude for
what is simple,
a sip of tea,
a stroke of fur,
in the rhythm of fall’s
cricket symphony
is stillness and 
your Peace.

Your quiet breath 
aligns you with 
Love’s Source that 
flows through you,
Here in the eye 
of any storm,
is You as stillness,
forever Peace!

In Everything

as do the leaves,
that bid farewell 
to beloved trees,
their colorful splendor 
is to behold –
the Beauty of Love 
is in Everything.

Do not grieve the leaf
ready to release,
buds reappear in 
the magic of Spring,
a cycle can feel like
ending, beginning –
but the Circle of Love 
is in Everything. 

When so much change 
is in the air,
Be grounded like Tree,
behold your Strength Here,
cycles are circles of 
Infinite Truth –
You Are This Love 
in Everything!

dear precious child,
there is no-thing for
you to prove,
let go of expectation,
performance,
life is not a test
for you.

Sometimes a path shows up
as rocky,
this may not mean that
it is wrong,
might it be an invitation,
to change an instrument
or song.

Return to presence,
Be Home with This,
let the future come
to you,
Love walks with you
with every step,
follow your heart,
trust in your Truth!

Life in the world
sometimes feel heavy,
your shoulders may carry 
some burden here,
you wish to fix what 
may seem broken,
you do not walk

Be responsible for 
your own actions,
but know the limits 
of perceived control,
life unfolds as a collective
rumbles and

Reach out to friends,
check on one another,
reassure and listen
close,
heart to heart share 
Love so freely –

Listen to the trees 
that whisper –
come take respite 
I have seen it all,
One with the rhythm 
of Mother Earth –

with guides,
say hello to angels 
here to help,
