Behold flowers that bloom
be it storms or drought,
they find a way to Be,
their innate perseverance 
is a magnificent Strength,
may you Be 
This Strength 
of Love.

A new-born fawn 
struggles mightily 
to stand,
but once it finds
its feet,
it expresses Joy 
as it runs and leaps,
may you Be 
This Joy 
of Love.

A caterpillar eats and
finds its home,
though it will not 
stay for long,
with Humility it grows
its magical wings,
Be Humility 
in your growth
with Love.

A lake serene,
an ecosystem alive,
does not swan glide 
in graceful Peace,
no matter the tumult,
return to This – 
You Are 
the Peace
of Love.

Free to Feel

Be free today,
let laughter out to
dance and play,
does this not raise 
your vibration,
bringing you to present
in every way.

This is not a directive 
to be happy,
in life happiness 
is up and down,
your innate Joy 
is You as Love
and laughter is one
of Joy’s sounds.

Be free to let soulful
music move you,
your tears speak from
deep within,
as Love’s presence 
touches tenderly,
Here is where your
connection is.

Tap into your emotions
dear one,
sense support and comfort 
from above,
even as the human world 
is chaotic,
your soul is anchored 
in Peace and Love!

is This not how Love
speaks through you –
share your gifts,
use your Voice,
let Love inform all 
that you do.

Be it decisions,
where to turn,
or simply an exchange 
with someone new,
flow from your heart
in This groove,
This expression of Love

Love believes in you
dear one,
your soul and you 
are a perfect Team,
trust that Love has 
your back,
now with no burdens,
You Are free!

The ego judges with 
critical eyes,
you perform your best 
to see,
is this good,
did I do well – 
let your creative flow

No-thing is permanent,
you can change your
mind,
but do this from your
untethered Self,
Be the artist from
your Soul – 
let your creative flow
be free.

Enjoy this process,
free of angst,
you have no-thing
you need to prove,
life is your palette,
Be in wonder – 
your creative flow 
is You,
so free!

beautiful Light,
Love beckons you 
to step on out,
are you not lighter
when you release
what has made you 
question what 
you are about.

In your soul and 
in your heart,
you have a knowing  
that believes This Truth,
this authentic You that 
is filled with Joy,
wishes to express 
the fearlessness 
in you.

You need not run 
from your past,
let the future unfold –
you will know what 
to do,
lean into All possibility,
say yes to your heart,
your passion,
You.

walk with your Light
illuminating your way,
fellow Lights acknowledge 
and see you,

You may have judgment 
on what is flow,
based on what you may
currently know,
what if what you need
is not created yet,
are you placing Peace
on what you expect?

Yes it is hard to not 
get your way,
go within to You –
what does your soul
say,
beyond your deadlines 
is what may flow next,
working on its timing,
not quite ready yet. 

Life is a changing 
kaleidoscope,
if resistance appears,
try to let that go,
be open,
be curious
and Be amazed –
what might you 
and life
create today!
