Be open to Love’s
guidance,
it may show you
another way,
yes you like routines
as human,
but You as Spirit
also likes to play.
Stepping outside your
comfort zone
is one way to see
with new eyes,
but also notice any
walls constructed
you think keep you
safe inside.
You Are an eternal,
expanded Be-ing,
keep yourself anchored
when life is hard,
but do not see yourself
as small,
You Are as limitless
as the stars!

to navigate any of
life’s storms,
join with All Hearts,
Love’s fellow Lights,
as One you never
are alone.
A dualistic world
is full of chaos,
but in each story
there still is Truth,
you need not change
all that you see,
but friction is polishing
all inner pearls.
Any change in You
is a change for All,
as you arise with
what you believe,
sometimes in life
you may feel helpless,
dear shine your Light –
see where it leads.
In a darkened sky
can you not see
one twinkling star
or comet bright,
your eyes do not dwell
in the darkness,
your Vision is primed
to see what is Light.
Shine your Light –
for you,
for others,
release your Joy
with Gratitude,
no-thing can take away
your power,
Love’s Guiding Light
forever shines in You!

Bathe in the moonlight,
be it full or waning
to new,
You Are part of
the cosmos,
stardust is what
makes up You.
Soak up the sun’s
pure radiance,
let Light permeate
your cells,
you are not only
a Light receiver,
your soul beams
This Light as well.
Recharge your celestial
body,
beyond rest and refueling –
align with Light,
your energy expands
in this radiance,
increasing connection,
clarity, insight.
Nature carries this
energy,
tune into the earth,
listen to the trees,
You Are Love’s vessel
of earth and sky,
Be Love, Be Light,

Season of Change,
embrace what comes up
to evolve,
change may make ego
a bit nervous,
but your Soul steadies you
through it All.
You have asked to see
differently,
and this new Vision
may come with new
beliefs,
you may not have all
pieces of the puzzle,
might you create these
with timing perfectly.
There is much unfolding
in life and the world,
lean on your Soul’s Strength
and foundation true,
as you excavate what you
no longer need,
You Are filled and nurtured
with what is always You!

the fog to lift,
you may wish for it
to move along,
might you find Grace
in slowing down,
sometimes in-between
creates your next aha.
Your human self may not
like being in limbo,
so focused are you on
where to go next,
do not great dishes
need time to simmer,
are not sweeping vistas
worth all of the steps?
Caterpillar cocoons,
trusting in the timing
that is needed to
fully form,
butterfly emerges,
grateful for its journey,
drying its wings
in sun’s rays –
re-born.
As sun is ever-present
in the sky,
Love’s eternal Light
always lights your way,
in This Moment,
You Are Where You Are,
so loved and cherished,
eternally, always!

is very noisy,
opposites careen
and crash,
life is full of
egos shouting,
return to stillness,
Here is Peace.
You need not run away
and hide,
though respite is a
welcome rest,
in any moment you
can remember –
return to stillness,
Here is Peace.
Feel Gratitude for
what is simple,
a sip of tea,
a stroke of fur,
in the rhythm of fall’s
cricket symphony
is stillness and
your Peace.
Your quiet breath
aligns you with
Love’s Source that
flows through you,

of any storm,
is You as stillness,
forever Peace!

that bid farewell
to beloved trees,
their colorful splendor
is to behold –
the Beauty of Love
is in Everything.
Do not grieve the leaf
ready to release,
buds reappear in
the magic of Spring,
a cycle can feel like
ending, beginning –
but the Circle of Love
is in Everything.
When so much change
is in the air,
Be grounded like Tree,
behold your Strength Here,
cycles are circles of
Infinite Truth –
You Are This Love
