In the quiet,
in the still,
can you sense
the rhythm
of your breath,
your heart beats
in time
for you to feel
You,
in the quiet,
in the still.

And these quieting
times
need not be
in absolute silence,
sitting,
meditating,
can you not take
a moment here,
a breath of air,
even when driving
somewhere,
can you pause
to center,
to come back to
You,
in the quiet,
in the still.

And though your
mind,
may not ever feel
still,
is there not space
between
the thoughts that
fill,
may you find Peace
in this Space of
You,
let this Peace,
with Love,
tell you
All Is Well,
your breath,
your heart,
beat the Rhythm
of You –
in the quiet,
in the still.

With Ease

Ease into your day.

Might you be aware
when you arise,
to be present with
Gratitude,
might you hold off
thinking
of what you must do –
wondering if the day
will be good to you,
with Ease and Grace,
can you let Love lead,
and fill this morning
space,
with your innate Love
and Gratitude?

Relax your shoulders,
take a loving breath in,
let each breath you take,
remind you of the Love
within,
there is Strength and Courage,
ready at your beck and call
today,
turn up your Light,
shine from within,
will Light not reflect
off another,
as Love shows you
the way?

Ease into your day,
begin with You,
send Love to yourself,
it is a loving thing
to do,
give yourself a pat
on the back,
acknowledge you
for Be-ing You,
in your heart,
you hold the key –
the Key to Peace
is loving you.

What a blessing
to give Love,
and is it not
equally powerful
to receive Love?
It is not something
that you own,
you need not
hold it in –
is it not meant
to be shared,
moving without
and within?

This can be a
shared experience,
or one you can
feel on your own,
does Love not beat
within,
All hearts as
One,
be a part of the
flow,
that resonates
with Love,
can you feel it,
can you sense it,
as above
so below?

Be a loving switch
that can turn on
a Light,
to help bring lightness
to a sometimes
dark night,
when you connect
with another,
can they not see
their Light, too,
do you not support
each other,
when you share
the Love in You?

What a blessing to
give,
and to receive
in Love’s Flow,
you are part of
Love’s magic,
You Are One,
You Are Whole.

Healing Is Here

Healing is here.
In the comfort
of angels,
in the heart
that may feel
broken,
with Love and
words spoken,
healing is here.

Healing brings together
what separates you,
when you are brought
together
with Love,
is it not the Love
that unites you,
healing is here.

When you feel
you are separated,
from loved ones,
from You,
does Love not
bring you together,
healing is here.

Let Love gently
surround you,
let Love fill your
beautiful heart,
You Are Whole
in This Presence,
healing is here.

Healing is here –
in the comfort
of angels,
in the heart
that knows Love,
You Are One
in Love’s perfection,
healing is Here.

Purposeful

There is purpose
in any and all things,
when the purpose
Is Love.

Whatever the work
you do,
or situation you
find yourself in,
might it not
be purposeful,
when the purpose
Is Love?

And in any relationship –
it may be smooth,
or get under your skin,
you need not change
the other person,
but might it help you
to find the purpose
of Love?

And though you
may not know why,
(yes, you have questions
in all you do) –
might any question
have an answer,
when the purpose
Is Love?

Whether you do things
on purpose,
or react to what
life can give,
can you let Love
guide you back
to center,
as you find
your purpose
Is Love?

Be purposeful,
Be present,
Be at Peace
with Who You Are.
Let your heart
tune into your
Essence,
your Soul’s purpose
Is Love.

Receive the Light,
from the moon,
from the sun.
Be the Light,
Be a beacon
when darkness comes.
It only takes
a sliver
to remember
Who You Are –
there is hope
in Light,
reminding you
Love is never
far.

Receive Love’s glow,
from loved ones
you hold dear,
Be Love’s promise,
to yourself
when you need
to hear –
All Is Well,
find Peace
when you know,
you are surrounded
with Love and Light,
You Are Love
and You Are Loved so.

Receiving,
giving,
is there not
a constant state
of flow,
find yourself
in any moment –
Be Love,
Be Light,
and you will
know.

You may wish to
find more balance,
in the state
of duality
that life is –
the pendulum’s
arch
can be far-reaching,
swinging this way
and then that,
with balance
may come Peace,
but as You Are Peace
at your core,
even when you feel
“out of balance”,
can you not
find Peace
behind any door?

You may feel
the range of emotions,
is this not why
you are in this life,
but underneath
the sensitive layers,
is not your soul
experiencing
with delight,
what brings you Peace,
what fills you with Joy,
is it not Love
that makes your
soul sing,
and when you touch
your innate Essence,
does this not help
to balance
everything?

Be a Moment of Joy,
feel the balance
of inner Peace,
no matter your
story,
you are the keeper
of All of This –
go here in meditation,
find this space
in what you Love,
you can be doing,
while you are Be-ing,
are you not
a magnificent
Expression of Love?

Call on the Peace
that resides within you,
welcome in Joy
when you need a lift –
Love is with you,
always within You,
You Are One
with All of This.

Create space.

This could be
in a moment,
or in the
physical space
you are,
are there not times
when self-care
means,
to observe life
from afar –
step back,
observe,
does not this
distance
help you to
see,
when you create space
do you not see with
greater clarity?

With different eyes,
another perspective,
might you experience
a different view,
is it not hard
to understand,
when something is
so close to you,
have you not experienced
a greater Truth,
when you contemplate
from here –
when you can
create space
in your life,
or in your thoughts
that tend to gravitate
toward fear?

Create space
with your breath,
be aware of the
space between,
find the balance
in your doing-ness
and in Be-ing
your Shining Light,
when it is Peace
that you long for,
can you not find it
in this space –
that feels like Home,
that comforts you,
surrounding you
in any place.

Create space
for Love,
that is never
far away.
Let Love fill
all of your spaces,
Be a place
for Love
today.

sit with,
connect with
Love.

Is there not Peace
when you open
to it,
it is always
a breath away,
when you need
to simplify it,
breathe into
Love.

If it is balance
that you wish for,
when the scales
are tipping you,
is there not
instant centering,
when you remember
Love?

Breathe.
Be.
In this moment
do you not know –
your heart will
always remind you,
You Are always,
always Love.

Love Is Here.

It is not going
anywhere,
ask Love if it
is around,
it is in the
quiet,
it is in all
sound,
if you experience
fear and doubt,
let Love show you
what Love
is all about,
Love is here,
around,
by your side,
when you need
lifted,
can Love not give
you a ride?

Let Love embrace
you
with angel wings,
Love Is Everywhere
and in everything.

Love Is Here –
and with Love
may you always Be,
where Love is –
is where You Are
Eternally.
