You may think 
you know the 
way to go 
on multiple paths
you see,
but might there be a 
better timing that 
unfolds elegantly.

In the midst of change 
it is hard to have faith
in what is not known,
life unfolds in many 
ways,
begin by trusting
you are not alone.

You have what you need
to handle life that 
comes your way,
trust in You,
Here is where Peace says,
I Am Love,
eternally, always.

Bring in patience,
release timelines
so you my Be 
so very clear,
in This Clarity
may you find 
your Self handling 
All that presents here!

A Loving Release

Let Love give you 
space to nurture 
what comes up 
to be released,
you need not judge 
or analyze it,
Love transmutes –
what is left is 
Peace.

There is no penance 
or cost to do this,
Love asks for nothing 
in return,
the magic of unconditional
Love knows what to do
and needs not be earned.

This is You at your
core being,
you have always had 
this power dear,
within you is all that
you long for,
welcome Home to Love,
forever Here!

All You Need

You Are beloved,
Love says gently,
turn away from what
ego says,
your soul’s perspective
knows this,
sees it,
but past and future swirl
inside your head.

In the present,
Presence is the 
Whole of You 
that comes with 
Peace,
shift your focus to 
This Perspective,
This Truth quiets
ego’s needs.

You Are Strength,
secure and safe,
let Gratitude help you
find your way
back to This Awareness,
knowing,
I Am All
I need today!

Exhalation

Yes draw in breath,
Love fills you up,
but also remember 
to truly exhale.

In This release 
You Are transformed,
say yes to eternally 
Be-ing reborn.

In This Now moment
you are shiny and new,
the past and future
are no-thing you 
must do.

Yes breath in Peace,
exhale to know,
Everywhere and between 
is You,
your soul!

Clearly

You have tools 
at your disposal,
parts of you that 
integrate as Whole,
ask your breath 
to relax the body,
say yes to the guidance 
of your soul.

Check in to see
where is your focus,
attention uses a lot
of energy,
you need not suppress
things that come up,
but might your intention
be to see clearly.

Use these tools to 
bring You onboard,
wherever You Are,
Peace goes with you,
from this aligned 
State of Be-ing,
now experience this day
as the Whole of You!

Always Here

Tune into Love,
Here always 
is your Peace.

Yes your mind will
make up stories,
but always Here 
is what you need.

You need not silence
the mind,
but find a stillness 
that allows.

In this surrender,
in acceptance,
in This Presence 
is Peace now.

This is You,
This is Love,
you need not look 
so very far.

With Humility,
Be this knowing,
Love with Peace 
is Who You Are!

Take a break from 
your egoic mind,
just one breath is 
all you need,
with intention,
sense This Stillness,
Here is Love that 
never leaves.

If at times you feel
disconnected,
return Home at 
any time,
here on earth
noise and static 
seem to rule,
but Love calms and
quiets the mind.

In This Stillness
Here You Are,
This vibration 
never leaves,
tune into your 
eternal Home,
Here is All
you ever need!

You as Soul

You need not deny your
human emotions,
but might you observe 
once removed,
your egoic mind
may have reactions,
but You as Soul 
are watching too.

This bit of space 
can be the difference
between feeling lost
or seeing Truth,
yes, life brings myriad 
experiences,
but your Peace need
not be lost too.

As an observer 
there is no judgment
and might you see 
with greater clarity,
looking for happiness 
in the external
may set you up
with many needs.

There is a constant flow
within you,
Here is where Joy 
fully resides,
open to this flow
as Love eternally
is Here inside.

This is not an either-or,
your human self needs 
Love and care,
but You as Soul,
as Love’s observer,
accompanies you
always Everywhere!

You may have judgment 
on what is flow,
based on what you may
currently know,
what if what you need
is not created yet,
are you placing Peace
on what you expect?

Yes it is hard to not 
get your way,
go within to You –
what does your soul
say,
beyond your deadlines 
is what may flow next,
working on its timing,
not quite ready yet. 

Life is a changing 
kaleidoscope,
if resistance appears,
try to let that go,
be open,
be curious
and Be amazed –
what might you 
and life
create today!

You Are Love’s Light,
complete and holy,
see your Self as 
you are seen above,
you are experiencing 
the human condition,
but You Are a shining
Beacon of Love.

As you release the 
ego’s constructs,
may you sense more 
of your natural flow,
the burdens of life 
can feel so heavy,
return to You as 
you let go.

With Grace,
see your Self 
with new eyes,
as Peace,
bring what you can 
to this world,
above all else,
shine in your knowing –
your Light is seen,
beloved,
revered!
