There is beauty
in this world,
soak it up and
experience it all,
but at the core
of each experience –
know You Are Love
in every way.

If chaos shakes your
very foundation,
know you are rooted
like majestic trees,
this sense of Self
cannot crumble or
fade –
my dear,
You Are Love
in every way.

Share This Peace
and calm with others,
is not everyone
wishing to be
seen,
see This Love
in every heart,
All Are One Love
in every way!

This Stillness

Is there not a flow
that you can sense,
Be still and listen
as you breathe,
sometimes it is
so soft –
but its vibration
calls you to heed.

You as a vessel
are tuned to This,
even as life has
ups and downs,
you are a connector
in This cosmic web,
Love flows within you
and all around.

This Presence assures
you are not alone,
Be comforted and
pass this on,
All fellow Lights
know this melody,
your harmony is needed
to sing Love’s song!

The shift to new
possibilities,
may feel like you are
walking on sand,
you may be unsure
of your footing,
you may wish for a
secure helping hand.

Dear One,
you have traveled
this road before,
yes there may be
new adventures
ahead,
but your foundation
is always stable,
Love walks with you
where you are lead.

Sense your innate Peace
as change is constant,
know your inner anchor
is safe and secure,
Love is your touchstone,
always with you,
soak up experiences,
open and sure!

Relax when you sense
constriction,
Love helps you expand
when you feel tight,
begin by breathing in
Love’s breath,
exhale knowing All
will be alright.

Your egoic body
communicates,
but it is not the center
of the Whole of You,
the Essence of your Soul
exists beyond what
your story tells you.

Do your best in
every circumstance
and do not judge
with a critical eye,
ask Love to guide you
through this life,
your expanded Self
is ready to soar
and fly!

big or small or what

sounding board,

Answers may come
from another source,
you may know to wait
trusting your Self more,
either way you are
not alone,

sense Love’s vibe
within,
go to Love’s stillness
to quiet the din,
Be open to what you
may sense or feel,

Be patient with
no outcomes in
mind,
let go of your perceived
timelines,
in This Now moment
you have All you need –
Love is forever listening
and always Here!

for all you have done
through all of this
and that,
the world is not
an easy place,
this is why you long
for a peaceful space.

Life is a puzzle of
cause and effect,
then add on what
has not happened
yet,
all of these stories fueled
by your beliefs,
can make it challenging
to find sweet relief.

Dear one there is a
deeper dive,
you as explorer
no longer wish to
hide,
Love is not the prize
to win at the end,
life’s twists and turns
are where you begin.

Begin This Now and know
Love Is You,
do not wait for life
to tell you what to do,
keep letting go of layers
that hold on,
see with Love’s Vision
that helps you look
beyond.

Embrace your self –
the one that feels
small,
dear blessed child,
you have not failed
at all,
Love’s path assures

Love’s safe haven
is within.

This is You.
You Are This Love.
Your human mind
questions and doubts.
You do get glimpses,
breaths of Peace –
Love’s safe haven
is within.

When out of balance,
when the world is
loud,
when your own thoughts
tend to run the show,
instead of seeking,
return Home –
Love’s safe haven
is within.

When you release,
bit by bit,
your core beliefs
that build up walls,
your return is simply
Be-ing,
Here You Are –
This Love within.

You do not travel
to This Place,
This Peace reveals
itself as You,
Here all along,
no longer a mystery,
Love’s safe haven
is You within!

Effortless

struggle,
Love is truly
effortless,
it is not obtaining
but in letting go –
that is the key to
your peacefulness.

This is not giving up
on life,
this is a path to
greater flow,
by becoming clear
in the releasing,
you will absolutely do
what you know.

The past dissolves
as it transmutes,
you need not worry
about what may come,
as a fully-embodied
soul,
in any moment,
You Are always
Home.

Embrace this now,
Be effortless,
trust in the unfolding
of You as Love’s gift,

is there not more
than you can see,
surrounding you

We Are You,
yes, You Are Us,
your angels,
guides and loved ones
too,
these connections
are as real,
as the sacred breath
that breathes you.

Love is Eternal,
what does this mean –
eternity exists beyond
time,
there is no place that
you are not,
You Are Everywhere
with All Divine.

May your heart,
with Love,
be full,
may you sense
Love’s comfort Here,
beyond skies of blue,

are the depths
of your Peace,
when you release
your surface thoughts,
is there not a stillness
underneath?

You need not
travel far
or go to great
lengths
to experience
this –
your soul remembers
what you forgot,
Here You Are,
yes,
All of This.

If you need a
visualization,
let your imagination
soar,
you may travel
to the stars
so vast,
you may dive deep
to the ocean floor.

But all of the
Universe
exists completely
in the Soul of You,
for beyond imagination,
is the Truth
of the eternal You.

You need not
understand,
but know your soul
contains All of Truth,
Here is the Peace
that passes all
understanding,
nestled so softly
in the Soul of You!
