A Deeper Peace

Realign with your 
breath,
when you need to 
come back Home,
you may sense scattered
parts of you,
but in your wholeness
you are not alone.

Honor your feelings 
as they surface,
but check the origin 
from where they come,
if there is strife 
or disconnection,
remember chaos is 
what ego loves.

Look with your eyes 
that have Vision,
thank the ego for 
what is here,
there is no-thing 
that Love can’t handle,
to see,
to heal with loving 
care.

Though roads may sometimes 
become rocky,
Love helps you find 
the flow to glide,
dive deep into more 
peaceful waters,
You Are Peace
and Love inside!

As Faith, With Trust

Open the door,
see what awaits you,
Faith has brought you 
to this place,
now with Trust 
may you step through,
with loving service,
come what may.

Love builds its purpose
within you,
it may look this way
or change to that,
what drives,
ignites,
what brings you Joy,
and is not Peace 
a result of that?

Be as Love’s flow,
follow the breadcrumbs,
in your wonder 
is not Joy released,
Trust in You,
precious child,
may you discover,
Here always is Peace.

In This Allowance

Don’t run ahead,
you may miss something
that is beautiful 
in your view,
pause a moment,
take a breath,
in This allowance,
what would Love do?

Cherish this moment,
this You right Here,
in your wholeness
with Gratitude,
past or future 
are merely shadows,
your I Am presence 
is Love embodying
you.

Yes, life unfolds 
and it is tempting
to write the script 
so you may know,
but Peace is in 
this moment now,
trusting and following 
Love’s perfect flow.

Be with your breath,
embrace this moment,
receive,
allow what Love gives
to you,
in your receiving,
are you not giving
All of your Light 
that shines in You!

Allowing Peace

There is Peace 
no matter what 
appears to swirl
around you,
with an intention 
to find it,
does it not lead you
back to You?

Does not acceptance,
yes allowance,
help you to navigate
your way,
there are times you 
rail against it,
but Peace shows you
a smoother way.

As you release 
perceived control,
may you,
with Peace,
enjoy the ride,
you always have 
choices to make,
but let your soul,
with Love,
decide.

Here is Peace,
always with you,
it is the eye
of any storm,
at your center,
Love centers you,
in this allowance,
may you soar!

Acceptance

What rises up 
within you,
what wishes to 
be heard,
honor all emotions
gathering,
so Love may 
witness unspoken
words.

In your mind 
you need not 
figure out
all questions you
may have,
Love accepts,
allows and 
nurtures,
Love is beyond 
all good or 
bad.

Love creates space 
for exploration,
in this world 
you experience,
now look with Love
beyond your 
judgments,
set yourself free 
so you may 
dance!

Dance with Love’s
blessed forgiveness,
may this flow bring 
Grace and ease,
Love holds out its hand,
accept it,
hand to heart,
Here is Love’s 
Peace!

A Joyful Flow

Does flow not
flourish in the
unknown,
in the spaces
yet to Be,
flow is the movement,
carrying you,
to All possibility.

Flow is at your
very core,
and when you let it
out to play,
does it not dance
and sing along,
what Joy,
what Peace
will be revealed
today?

Flow can also help
clear out,
what you resist,
what may block
you,
remember blocks are
only pockets
of what is asking
for forgiveness too.

Join with Flow
throughout your day,
Trust helps create
this playful stage,
set expectation
to the side,
may Joy with Love
flow with you
today!

A Willing Release

Is there not growth 
in transformation,
when you unhook 
from what you think,
be aware of your 
own labels,
that may be limiting 
what you see.

The Universe creates 
within you,
to express how vast
All Is,
the human mind may 
have a hard time,
understanding You Are 
All of This.

With Joy,
with flow,
may you begin
to integrate 
perceived parts 
of you,
integration is the 
knowing,
All Love is the 
Whole of You.

Let Love help with 
transformation,
what might you 
willingly release,
Love is Here 
with You always,
flowing,
joyfully,
as Peace.

Effortless

Effortless.

As butterfly
lights upon 
flower,
as wings of 
bird catch 
perfect air,
might you release
into Love’s flow – 
Be-ing effortless.

Give up,
let go 
of constant 
struggle,
you are part 
of Love’s eternal
stream,
discard the paddle,
turn it over,
trusting,
effortless.

Discern,
see what 
may be 
constricted,
allow breath
to open with 
gentle ease,
your Light shines 
in This Truth
of Oneness,
Be You well,
flowing 
effortlessly.

All Hearts

Are not All hearts 
beating as One?

This makes no sense
in a world
that celebrates 
separateness,
but even as the 
costumes change,
All hearts are beating
as One.

Hurt and pain 
may feel unique
to one’s story 
as it unfolds,
but what unites
in shared compassion – 
All hearts beating 
as One.

Ego sets up many 
struggles,
pitting “us” against 
“them,”
might you begin 
to see beyond – 
where All hearts 
beat as One.

Release the need 
to know all answers
to questions that 
honor separateness,
share your Light,
embrace This Truth – 
All hearts are beating
as One.

Be a beacon of 
compassion,
spread Love as 
a healing balm,
may Grace remind you
Here is Peace,
as All hearts beat 
the Truth of One.

Forever Flowing

Let Love be the boat 
you glide on
over sometimes rocky 
seas,
may you feel the 
Strength of Love,
helping you navigate 
with ease.

Be open, receive
Love and support,
coming from old
and new alike,
sometimes a change 
may shake things up,
providing new ways 
to see Love’s Light.

Look with Love 
upon the horizon,
You Are as infinite 
as what you see,
You Are cherished as
Love experiencing life,
forever flowing with
Love and Peace!
