You need not hide
obscured by shadow,
You Are eternally
the Light,
step fully into
your true nature,
your Eternal Flame
does shine so
bright.
As your Light casts
away the shadows
that may make it hard
for another to see theirs,
is it not One Light
that is shining,
All part of One Love
Everywhere?
At times it may be you
that needs reminding,
or you may help another
remember and know –
All Truth is Love
Everlasting,
You Are the
Light of Love
and
You Are Loved, so.

Like a plane that reaches
its cruising altitude,
or a hawk that glides
high up in the sky,
may Love lift you up,
giving you wings
to help you fly.
It may be a situation
or any moment
of the day,
are there not times
when Peace and calm
seem to elude you
in myriad ways.
But do you not have
the magical ability,
to rise above to help
find Peace,
might you ask Love
to lift you up,
you have the Power
to truly Be.
Here is Strength,
Here is Courage,
you have the power
to be steady and
glide,
with Love as your
co-pilot,
with Peace and calm,
do you not fly?
Let Love lift you up,
this is your natural
place to Be –
All You Are
Is Love,
soaring strong
and flying free!

With Strength,
welcome in all of
your feelings,
with Courage,
open up your heart
to see,
Love resides in every
moment
that you open up
to Thee.
There is no need
to tuck away
what you may think
is hard to face,
use your emotion
to heal and cleanse,
knowing Love fills up
each and every space.
And as you wash in
this Sea of Love,
is this not remembering
Who You Are,
a drop,
the wave,
the ocean vast,
is You
as your reach is both
near and far.
Does not the Power that
you feel,
help you to embrace
Humility,
You Are Everything
you wish for,
You Are perfect
in the Mind of Thee.
Let your emotion
direct and guide you
to the feelings
that come up to heal,
release and wash
in the Sea of Love,
welcome Home
to the Peace
that is Here,
always,
with You.

You Are Loved,
and in this Truth,
Be reassured.
When you feel separate,
when you feel small,
when comparisons made
put you on a slippery slope,
remember,
You Are Love, now –
there is no need
to wish or hope.
Take a step back
from your journey,
that has you learning
every day,
with Gratitude
in your heart,
might you ask Joy
to step in to play?
Remember,
You Are Loved,
and in this Truth,
Be reassured,
You Are blessed,
You Are Divine,
welcome, Peace,
as the Love in You.

Set the table
for Love,
welcome all who come
to sit,
you may have unexpected
guests,
you may need more room
for All to fit.
Who does not Love
to partake of a feast,
filled with comforting
food for the soul,
come sit,
feel blessed,
at your Table of Love,
let the connections be felt,
as you let Love flow.
Gather around,
come One,
come All,
as Love is served
with tender, loving care,
All are welcome
at the Table of Love,
may you find
Peace and Harmony,
and loving comfort

When there is something
you wish to resolve,
or when your mind
tries to figure out,
take a deep breath
and hold it there,
then surrender
as you exhale out.
When you are able
to let go,
creating space in
your mind Divine,
do not options,
clarity flow in,
has this not happened
time after time?
At any moment
throughout the day,
might you ask to
see another way,
and when you put forth
the Love in you,
do you not open doors
for Love to flow through?
Take a breath and hold
it in,
be aware as you
slowly let it out –
Here You Are,
with this Breath of Life,
reminding you,
Love is what it is
all about.

Love can smooth the edges
when they get rough,
when something feels sharp
to the touch,
your instinct may tell you
to step back,
but might it be Light
that a situation lacks?
Let Love always Light
the way for you,
will Love not smooth
out edges
that bump up against
you,
when you are reminded
of your own rough spots,
will Love and Light
not help you to smooth
things out?
You need not fight
or draw a line in
the sand,
let Love show all particles
make up all of
the land,
see another with the
eyes of All That Is,
might you shine your Light
to see All of This?
Be Light,
Be Love
in any moment
of the day,
the Light of Love
will always show
you the way.

Love does not expect,
or react conditionally,
Love simply Is,
in the Truth of Love,
are you not free?
Bypass the filter
of your mind
and go directly
to your heart,
Peace Is Here
and unconditionally,
Love is Everywhere
You Are.
Truth may feel beyond
as time and space
make it hard to see,
but sense the Magnificence
of Love
that flows through you
so effortlessly.
Love is Who You Are,
in every moment
might you believe,
Love simply Is,
You Are All of This
and always free!

Take a breath
when there is a pause,
you need not push
at any time at all,
you are always part
of Love’s eternal flow,
knowing when to stop
or continuing to go,
does life not pulse
with this ebb and flow,
like the beat of your heart,
as you stretch and grow?
The outside world can
demand and push,
but can you ask Love
to help you let loose
of constructs, beliefs
that may distract you,
you have a purpose –
is it not Be-ing You?
Breathe in,
breathe out
and always know,
your purpose Is Love
and You Are
loved so!
