is it really new

to play?

All experiences unfolding,
give you opportunities
to find,
how Love is Here
with you –
in every space
and beyond
all time.

Release what you
may think
and let your heart
show you the way –
Be Love in this
present moment,
Love is always Here,
come what may.

there is a space
always for thee,
are there not times
when you wish for
comfort
and for Peace
to Be?

I am your breath,
I am the Light
that you may be
in search of,
I am the Knowing
in your heart,
I Am You,
I Am Love.

share what you have
to tell,
know that Everything
Is Love,
You Are This
and
All Is Well.

When we talk about
surrender,
it may not be
what you think you
know,
is not surrender
when you allow
yourself
to be immersed
into Love’s Flow?

When you feel constriction,
when there is resistance,
is that not when you
are taking control,
might there be
an easier way,
that can begin
when you let go?

If there is struggle
might you believe
a smoother path
is always near,
when there is something
that is perplexing,
know that a solution
is yours to hear.

Old patterns
and old habits
may come up
for you to see,
with surrender
and flow
might you take
a different route
and find yourself
gliding with
Grace and Ease.

Do not be deterred
by bumps that may
present themselves
in your road,
do they not help you
see another way
that your journey
may unfold?

Try on surrender,
loosen your grip,
on outcomes
that you think
you know,
let Grace and Ease
be yours to dance with
as you move to
the rhythm of this
Loving Flow.

find balance,
is not this center
simply Love?
You can always return
to this peaceful space,
does it not feel
so much like
Home?

You may have
loved ones who
help you,
who remind you
of Home,
do they not continue
this dance,
assuring you are

You may at times

but do not helpful
hands reach out,
to remind you
you are so Loved,
is this not what
Love is all about?

You always carry
your true center
wherever you go,
Be Here,

there is no place

You are grounded
with the earth,
does she not lovingly
surround,
you are held,
You Are Loved,
you are the trees,
you are the ground.

You flow like water
be it a stream,
river,
ocean,
waterfall,
water is what
moves within you,
Love flows freely
washing you clean.

You are the air,
you are the breath,
does air not flow
inside and out,
with no beginning,
with no end,
you are a whisper,
you are the wind.

Are You not All
that surrounds
you now,
inside out
and outside in,
You Are Everything,
Everything Is You
and Love Is
All There Is.

Play with your perspective,
do you not have
many ways to see?
You need not always see
the same way,
are there not infinite
possibilities?

Are you not able
to imagine
a turtle,
looking out or
deep in its shell,
might you experience
the world moving
slowly,
when you see what
Turtle has to tell.

In your mind,
can you not soar
like an eagle,
who becomes the air
as it flies so high,
does not this distance
change your perspective,
might you see differently
from Eagle’s eye?

Play with your perspective,
your views are never
set in stone,
you are myriad
possibilities,
within You,
you are never alone.

You are a multi-layered
Be-ing,
why not look with
different eyes,
let your soul,
your spirit show you,
like Eagle’s flight,
may you soar high.

Play with your perspective,
there is no right
or wrong view,
check within your heart
for what is clear to
see,
may you experience
the Love and Peace
That Is You.

Busy.

Is busy not only
a state of mind?

Yes, there may be
times
when your time
is filled,
but you need not
have your mind
focus on how
busy you are.

Might you expand
your awareness
of the space
in between,
are there not pockets
of time
that remain to be
seen,
might you shift
your focus
on not what you
need to do,
but to find Peace in
the space that
is always You?

Peace.

You see it is easy
to switch your
perspective,
for Peace always
resides within you,
let Joy sprinkle
its magic
on whatever comes
your way,
are Peace and Joy
not always with you,
throughout your day?

Love.

In all you do
and the space
between,
is there not always
Love flowing
within whatever you
do today,
Love is always
with you,
around you,
Love Is You –
invite Love,
Peace and Joy,
to walk beside you,
always.
