Trust that the
Ripples of Love
always flow out,
you are always
part of
Love’s flow,
even if you do
not know
exactly how,
there are synchronicities,
there are miracles,
that happen everyday,
even if you are not
aware of them,
do they not continually
show up to
play?

Believe that Love
always flows
where you are,
Be open,
Be aware,
when Love is
knocking at
your door,
the Love You Are
is always communicating,
loud or soft,
when you let Love
fill you up,
are you not ready
to take off?

Know that Love
is Who You Are
no matter what,
there is not need
to judge you
or think you
are not “enough”,
let Love fill your
heart
until it cannot be
held in –
share the Love
That You Are
and let the Ripples
of Love
begin!

Love is infinite,
never-ending,
and you are part
of this miraculous Flow,
Love is Who You Are,
trust,
believe,
and with Peace,
know.

In the Quiet

When day is done,
or has just begun,
in the still,
quiet moment
such as this
one –
look around,
Be as One,
sensing Love
that surrounds
you now –
in every precious
moment,
You Are Loved.

Can you not
recreate this
moment,
throughout the day
or when you play,
or when stress
gets in the way,
take a breath,
look around,
listen for Love’s
soothing sound –
it is in your breath,
every beat of your heart
and also beyond,
as you are never apart –
in every still,
quiet moment
such as
this one,
can you feel
the Love –
You Are Love
and so very,
very Loved.

What can you Be,

If you are not sure,
let your heart show
you how.

Love is beyond each
breath you take,
Love Is You
and Love Is Here.
From this moment
to the next –
be amazed,
be delighted,
Be All of It.

In your natural state
You Are
All of This.

Be Here,
sense your Eternalness.

Be.
Be Love.

that You Are.

Finding Love

Love has a beat
that you can hear.
It may be subtle,
you may not believe it,
but yes,
Love Is Here.

Be still.

Love has a presence
that you can feel.
You may be missing
who is not present,
but yes,
Love Is Here.

Look.

Love has a picture
for you to see.
It may be a memory,
or might you see Love,
in someones else’s eyes,
do not doubt
that you can see it,
for yes,
Love Is Here.

Believe.

Love has a place
in your heart,
within all of You,
Love is always ready
with what you need,
and yes,
always yes,
Love Is Here.

Know.

Love Is You.
Love Is All
that you see, too.
Might you bask
in Love
to Be it,
yes,
dear one,
Love Is Here.

Speak from the heart,
let Love help
make your voice clear,
let it come from a
place of Love,
no matter what
another hears,
you need not always
say it,
but when you lead
with a heart of Love,
can not another
feel it,
as Love is what All
are made of?

Be true to Who You Are,
as you reveal
this to yourself,
your soul knows
all about you,
even as you peel
your layers off,
your heart will
let you know
what resonates,
what does not feel
good,
when you lead with
your heart,
can you let go
of any “shoulds”?

Live from the heart,
sharing precious moments
of Love,
in any present moment,
can you Be the Peace
that you dream of?
You may change
your surroundings,
things may change
everyday,
but as Love is
never-ending,
You Are Always
You
in every way.

Be You
from the heart,
resonate with Love
as Who You Are –
shine your Light
so brightly,
as magnificent as
the sun
and stars.

The Comfort of Love

Comfort shows up
in many ways,
you know what makes
you comfortable,
pillow or blankets
that surround you,
warm fleece
or gloves
when you are cold,
childhood food
with loving memories –
something made
just for you,
is comfort
not caring,
a gift of compassion,
is comfort not
when you feel
o so Loved?

Does it not feel good
to give another
comfort,
do you not feel
Loved
when you receive it, too?
Might you pamper
and give yourself comfort,
is it not a gift
when you can
comfort you?

You need not earn
love or comfort given,
comfort and love
is always here with you,
can you not wrap
yourself in it,
giving yourself
a hug,
seeing the beauty
in You.

You can receive it
when it is offered,
but you can also
extend this to you –
what can you do
for you
to feel it,
what helps
you feel Loved
and comfortable?

Wrap yourself up
with Love and
Comfort,
let it help you
feel safe and warm.
You Are Loved,
a cherished Be-ing,
surrounded by
the Comfort of Love.

The Road to Peace

From 1/14/17

The road to Peace
is steady
and still –
like driving on
a near-deserted road,
driving at night –
when the night
envelopes you with
its star-studded blanket
and you drive on –
freeing your mind,
not looking for
your destination,
just happy to be
right where you are –
in the still of the night.

And is that not
a way to think
about the stillness of Peace –
that is not always still –
as your car rolls along,
past painted white lines
that beat a steady rhythm
as they tic tic by –
yes you notice
you are moving –
but it is movement
with no rush,
no hurry to get
where you are going –
is there not Peace
that flows
in this moving solitude –
when your mind is free
to dance with the stars
while your body
is content to
hold the wheel?

Is Peace not found
in this balance of
earth and sky –
within your body
and your spirit –
when both can work together
to find the stillness
in the movement,
it is not a paradox –
it is where Peace lives
and You Are That.

Peace lies within You.
It is not a destination –
it is a state of mind;
when your mind
is free to be
Who You Are –
no matter
Where You Are.

You Are Peace –
for You Are Love.
Be in the
moving solitude
of Peace.

In the quiet,
in the still,
can you sense
the rhythm
of your breath,
your heart beats
in time
for you to feel
You,
in the quiet,
in the still.

And these quieting
times
need not be
in absolute silence,
sitting,
meditating,
can you not take
a moment here,
a breath of air,
even when driving
somewhere,
can you pause
to center,
to come back to
You,
in the quiet,
in the still.

And though your
mind,
may not ever feel
still,
is there not space
between
the thoughts that
fill,
may you find Peace
in this Space of
You,
let this Peace,
with Love,
tell you
All Is Well,
your breath,
your heart,
beat the Rhythm
of You –
in the quiet,
in the still.

With Ease

Ease into your day.

Might you be aware
when you arise,
to be present with
Gratitude,
might you hold off
thinking
of what you must do –
wondering if the day
will be good to you,
with Ease and Grace,
can you let Love lead,
and fill this morning
space,
with your innate Love
and Gratitude?

Relax your shoulders,
take a loving breath in,
let each breath you take,
remind you of the Love
within,
there is Strength and Courage,
ready at your beck and call
today,
turn up your Light,
shine from within,
will Light not reflect
off another,
as Love shows you
the way?

Ease into your day,
begin with You,
send Love to yourself,
it is a loving thing
to do,
give yourself a pat
on the back,
acknowledge you
for Be-ing You,
in your heart,
you hold the key –
the Key to Peace
is loving you.

What a blessing
to give Love,
and is it not
equally powerful
to receive Love?
It is not something
that you own,
you need not
hold it in –
is it not meant
to be shared,
moving without
and within?

This can be a
shared experience,
or one you can
feel on your own,
does Love not beat
within,
All hearts as
One,
be a part of the
flow,
that resonates
with Love,
can you feel it,
can you sense it,
as above
so below?

Be a loving switch
that can turn on
a Light,
to help bring lightness
to a sometimes
dark night,
when you connect
with another,
can they not see
their Light, too,
do you not support
each other,
when you share
the Love in You?

What a blessing to
give,
and to receive
in Love’s Flow,
you are part of
Love’s magic,
You Are One,
You Are Whole.
