Is not the Flow

weave in and around,
do you not sense
the Love in You?

There is connectedness
you may not see,
but you feel it
oh so strong,
you cannot
not
be a part of this
web,
You Are One
and always
belong.

Your Be-ingness
is where Love
dwells,
let your awareness
of this state
rise,
You Are Grace,
You Are Peace,
You Are always
Home,
when you see You
with your own
eyes.

Let yourself
simply Be Love,
Be This
wherever you go.
Be Light,
Be Hope,
Be You
this day,
in the knowing
You Are Loved so.

Take a breath,
take care of you,
might you make
yourself
a priority –
and take some
time
to be with
you?

In human terms,
you may think it
is “selfish”,
but when you nurture
your beautiful self,
are you not able
to bring your
best self forward,
sharing your Light
with everyone
else?

When you rest
and restore,
can you not feel
your energy
rejuvenate,
you may think
nothing is going on
as you are so focused
on what you create.

But it is important
to take some time,
to let things simmer,
to integrate,
have Faith and Trust
that the quiet
is as powerful
as any sound
you make.

There is a balance
you will find,
when you listen
to body and
soul,
recognize both,
honor the journey,
be it fast or
be is slow.

Take a breath,
honor You,
for every moment
you create,
Be kind,
Be compassionate
with the Whole of You,
Together as One,
in this peaceful state.

What a gift,
is it not time,
now that you see
what is in your mind,
human patterns
you have come to
know,
are they not
opportunities
for your soul
to grow,
no need to fight,
simply understand,
have they not been
part of your
soul’s plan?

With Strength and
Courage
plus Humility,
do you not experience
growth,
for You and All
to see,
when you surrender
to All That Is
Love,
is there not Peace,
that you have been
dreaming of,
when you wake up
from this patterned
dream,
do you not see
Love
is the Source of
Everything?

And the miracle
that you hope
to find,
has it not been
within You,
all of this time –
ask for help,
support,
guidance on where
to turn –
angels,
guides,
Divine Source
is always with you
as you learn,
to go within
when you feel
without,
you are cradled
in the Arms of Love,
in All moments,
Now.

With Gratitude,
accept all of
your gifts,
let Love lead,
let Love guide,

Love you breathe
raise the frequency
so you may feel –
There Is Love
when you are
in rhythm,

when you are
still.

as you give
may you receive,
do you not sense
this rhythm
in You?

There is a balance
within,
as you express Love
without,
Be One with this
flow of Love,
is this not what Love
is all about?

It need not be hard,
sometimes is struggle
not what you know,
is it not familiar,
is there not comfort,
in working hard
to make things so.

Might you lean
into a different
way,
one that is lined
with Grace and Ease,
making choices based
on trust,
not what you demand,
asking “pretty please.”

Life has an ebb
and flow,
it will unfold
no matter what,
does not another door
open,
when it appears
that one has shut.

With allowance
and acceptance,
as you follow
your soul’s pull,
might you line
each path of your
journey,
with the Light of
Love to see
you through.

Take the path of
least resistance,
but do not doubt
your power within,
when Love combines
with Joy,
is that not when
miracles begin?

There is flow
when Love is
leading,
might you join in
with Ease and Grace,
set your intention
for Love,
unfolding You from
this loving space.

With clarity might

You Are Love
and so very Loved,
claim this Truth
as it is so.

Love is the sky
that you reach for,

Let Love be the
Eternal answer,
to the questions
that you seek,

Sit with the comfort

Trust your soul

Your human side
may kick and
flail,
at the friction of
life
it knows so well,
do not automatic
responses
rise up,
in a most familiar
way?

Yes, it may feel
like a paradox,
to sense Peace,
when life seems
like a lot,
but as you are
an Eternal Soul,
is this not all
fertile ground
to grow?

Might you begin
by sending Love
to you,
with compassion
might you encourage
all you do,
you have questions,
you want proof,
but is not Love
the authentic you,
do Peace and Joy
not reside,
in the Miracle
of You?

What you wish to
believe
is part of your path,
there is a knowing
in your heart
that is your map,
with Trust that
Love is the key,
might you unlock
what appears
to Be,
All of You,
All of Love,
and
You Are That.
