What limiting bars do
you put up
and then throw away
the key,
constriction is of
your own making,
your expanded state
is One of Peace.

Release the layers
that you often
find yourself
hiding behind,
you do not need
to be afraid –
you and your soul
are doing fine.

Break up old familiar
patterns,
find your comfort
with Love Here,
accept the help of
angels and your guides
who are cheering
you on dear.

Love says let Us
do together
what you thought
you had to do
alone,
step into This
Loving Truth –
Here is Peace,
with You,
at Home!

Your Courageous Heart

Let Love connect perceived
scattered parts,
reminding you that
You Are Whole,
the world, your ego
create distractions,
set your intention
to breathe and flow.

When worry dwells
in thoughts of future,
you may be in protective
mode,
find your safety
in your breath,
your Strength,
All Peace is
within your soul.

Letting go of past
persistent layers
may increase your
thoughts of old,
with the Courage of
a thousand angels,
trust in what beauty
now unfolds.

Stay the course
of your hero’s
journey,
though know Now
You Are This Peace,
transform, transmute
what once made you
fearful,
your courageous heart
is unchained and free!

During times of change
or transition,
you may wish for feet
on firmer ground,
my dear,
your roots are firmly
planted,
your branches extend
beyond the sun.

The human mind craves
familiar patterns,
it likes routine to
feel more secure,
your true foundation
is much more stable,
Love is always Here
to reassure.

Embrace these times
to keep returning
to your True Self that
does not change,
your experiences here
create new growth,
but your Essence of Love
remains the same.

Nurture your self with
true compassion,
mix in some laughter
as you now See,
what may come up
for you as human
is a Path to Peace
as you choose to Be!

The Wave of Life

Ride the wave of life
unfolding,
you will handle
what you can,
but true control
is an illusion,
you struggle when
things do not go
as planned.

Loosen up your
expectations,
release the burdens
of your control,
you will interact
with life fully,
but release the stress
that you should
always know.

Allow discomfort
that ego brings,
be comfortable knowing
that life unfolds,
do your best in This
present moment,
you with your Team,
loved ones and
your soul!

the human mind will
work to keep
all separated –
but You know, dear.

Even as human
you can blend
All parts of You
into One whole,
this is your experience
here –
to see what you
can now let go.

that are in This world
and also beyond,
as an eternal Be-ing
you have access to
All that is around.

Step into your
Wholeness,
open to what unfolds
for you,
as a fearless expanded
Be-ing,
surrender to This
Magnificent You!

this would take up
all of your time,
Love and support is
what it needs
and know you can choose
from which perspective
to see.

Yes there is another
You that is Here,
This One is connected,
to All and near,
ego may think that
it will be lost,
but You integrated
connects all of
the dots.

Ego will take all of
your energy dear,
place your Faith and Trust
on This You,
right Here,
Be lifted by Love’s
eternal flow,
it is Here always,
This is You,
your soul!

with your
surroundings,
you may ask what
does this mean,
with no separation
from Love,
You Are One
with Everything.

Your human perspective
in this life
is full of detail
and what to do,
but your soulful,
whole perspective
is your center
where Peace flows
through.

When you feel so
very scattered,
reacting quickly to
this or that,
re-align with your
True Source,
this helps smooth out
what seems to catch.

Honor your human side
with Love,
observe the strife
that bubbles up,
Here is a perfect time
to soothe and Love
all that you are
made of.

Be as One with
your surroundings,
say hello to trees
and sun,
shine your Light
of a thousand stars,
center and expreience
This You as One!

take a step,
do this throughout
your day,
each precious moment
in This Now
is Love honoring you
in every way.

Hand Love your fear
that brings up past,
no need to doubt
what future brings,
Be Here cradled
in Love’s womb,
Be present,
Be You
with Everything.

Breathe in Strength,
sense your Courage,
a wave of Gratitude
invites Peace Here,
breathe in deeply,
take a step,
sense Love eternally
with you, dear!

Sweet Respite

Find sweet respite
in your breath,
yes your mind may
race ahead,
when there is so
much to do,
take little breaks
soulfully led.

Overwhelm comes
when you think
that a whole day
arrives at once,
let it unfold and
live each moment,
inviting new ways
to get things done.

Dance with Love
no matter if the
tempo seems a
little fast,
when you slow
your breath
is Here not eternity
that forever lasts?

Be present during change,
this may be an experience
of greater growth,
savor life always
unfolding,
all journeys await
you and your soul!

A Foundational Peace

Here is Peace
in between moments,
things get busy in
the ego’s mind,
This Peace can expand
so that you can
call on it any place
or time.

You need not talk
ego into Peace,
but This can Be
your foundation
strong,
from This Perspective
you gain clarity,
pieces of the puzzle
fall where they belong.

Ease off struggle
when it arises,
give ego the space
that it needs,
but know This Peace
is Here always present,
one breath,
one remembrance
is All that
you need!
