Return to roots,
anchor and breathe,
your steady Light
is needed dear,

the turbulent world,
but your Light dispels
the shadow of fear.
Use your tools that
help and guide,
but All you need
flows within You,
align to your innate
Strength and Courage,

any storm?
This is You in any
present moment,
doing what you can
with what you need
to do,
acknowledge the many
challenges you have
faced,
