Where You Are,
your roots are earth,
your heart a star.
Be All of This and
kindness too,
compassion is a
gift for you.
Be tender in the
harshest of times,
your Strength is
Wholeness –
You aligned.
Expand your heart and
your Light too,

Love’s Simple Truth!

feeds you and
nurtures,
may your soul
fill up your
heart,
tender moments of
sharing feelings
honors and aligns
with Who You Are.
You need not walk
through the world
alone,
angels and loved ones
have your back,
sharing with others when
you feel vulnerable
gives permission for them
to answer back.
Live life as a shared
experience,
You Are All made of
stardust,
may remembrances bring
echoes to longing
hearts –
as you remember
Who You Are!

Be your own inspiration,
Here You Are –
standing tall,
the world is challenging
to live in,
some things rise and
then may fall.
A dualistic world is
rife with judgment,
your mind is a
critiquing and comparing
machine,
turning up your heart
with its soul power
can add perspective to
most anything.
Shower your self with
loving tenderness,
tend to the wounds
you have survived
in life,
Be your own amazing
inspiration,
shining and sharing
your much-needed
Light!

For forward motion,
sense your desires,
feel the movement
begin to flow,
you need not have
all of the answers,
have Faith and Trust
until you know.
Winds may shift
as you set sail,
adjust as needed
to stay upright,
sometimes you need
to change direction,
or you may need
to increase your
Light.
This ebb and flow,
this give and take,
might be baby steps
or leaps and bounds,
your life’s course
is yours unique,
you are never lost
with Love always
around!

Your Essence Is
an eternal Be-ing,
This Is You –
within this body
here,
in all phases of your
life on earth,
This Presence has seen
all that you have dear.
Might you shift to
the Eyes of the Soul,
to see beyond and behind
stories made,
This You is the same Force
bringing awareness
that has been with you
at every age.
Align with This to see
beyond the mind,
sense You, empowered
and no longer small,
breathe in This Essence
that is You eternal,
helping and guiding you
through it all!

Let each day unfold
for you,
the egoic mind keeps
looking ahead,
ego uses fear to keep
you small and safe,
it wants you to hide from
what is not here yet.
Your soul chooses Love
over ego’s fear,
you wish to align more
with your soul,
yes it is helpful to
heal old wounds,
but might you also shift
to what your soul knows.
Changing your mind can
be a daunting task,
but why not expand
what is already Here,
as ego gets used to
support from soul,
might it then choose
Love over fear?
Trepidation and dread
are ego unsure,
let ego know –
you are never alone,
your soul dances with
All you Love,
believe Love’s forever promise –
We All Are Home!

Have patience when
you are restructuring,
building anew may
take some time,
know your foundation
is strong and sturdy
as you create –
bringing in more Light.
Transitions in life may
be exciting,
but it may also bring
up fear,
change may have you
questioning your identity,
but You are You –
infinite and clear.
Behold new wings that
unfold slowly,
you need not know
all destinations now,
Be present Here in
times of transition,
possibility arises when
you allow!

Become aware of
what is uncomfortable,
is this not where fear
likes to hide,
hold close this tender
part of you,
that is protective of you
in this life.
Your soul, angels
and loved ones
cheer you on when
you get scared,
is this not a perfect,
sacred time to shine
more Light in fear’s
shadowy lair?
As This Light of Love
fills you up,
with fresh new eyes
can you not now see –
you have been Here
all along,
claim your I Am Presence
every time you breathe.
Who Are You now
with fear subsiding,
imagine and create with
This natural flow,
re-acquaint yourself
with Gratitude,
dancing with the angels
and your soul!

acceptance,
is this not where
possibility flows,
ego may try to fit you
in a box,
but your expansion
is how you grow.
Be aware of knee-jerk
reactions,
do these not originate
from deeper fear,
as these layers come up
for healing,
handle them gently as
you lovingly clear.
Your roots continue to
grow and flourish
as you tenderly weed
what can go,
Love constantly helps to
strengthen your foundation,
as You, empowered
expand and grow!

Life is meant to be
full of changes,
some are welcome,
others scorned,
when in limbo
or upheaval –
let Love chart a
grounded course.
The old is coming up
for healing,
past heals in This –
your present Here,
forward, onward
is your direction –
let Love chart a
hopeful course.
Emotions rise,
you toss and turn,
shine bright your Light
with Fellow Souls,
a Collective Breath fills
sails of Hope –
as Love charts a
bold new course!
