Strength and Courage – Page 43

Your Natural Center

9/07/23

And always,
Love is Here.

Days may fly by
at great speeds,
full of busyness
and needs,
in your breath
and rhythm of
your heart –
always,
Love is Here.

The day may slow down
to a crawl,
the perception of time
is a constant here,
leave time behind,
return to your Wholeness –
and always,
Love is Here.

Use time as friction
to take notice,
what other layers
need released,
this smoothing out
is true awakening,
believe that always,
Love is Here.

Use every day
to evolve dear one,
may you use time
in life to find
your natural center
in any moment,
rejoicing always,
Love is Here!

Love’s Possibility

8/31/23

Here You Are.
Bring this part
through.
This clear perspective
is the
Whole of You.

Your chattering thoughts
only wish to be
heard.
With compassion and
wisdom,
bring comfort to
what hurts.

The Whole of your
mind
is available to
you,
aligned with your
soul’s purpose,
there is no-thing
you cannot do.

See what is before
you,
what does life bring
today,
with Divine resources,
you will find
your way.

In this clarity,
be fearless,
your not knowing
is your Strength,
You Are Love’s
possibility,
Trust Love
showing you
the way!

With No Resistance

8/25/23

Notice your resistance,
you know this feeling
well,
sense where you feel it,
where do you tighten,
what is your body’s
consistent tell.

You try to counteract
this feeling,
but this can be
resistance too,
better yet –
release it fully,
so it has no place
to cling to.

Your body is a
communicator,
letting you know
the beliefs you hold,
as you dive beneath
the surface,
see what doesn’t serve you –
and let it go.

Life brings its challenges,
but You Are Strength,
do not waste energy
on what you resist,
face life fully as a
powerful soul,
tap into your Truth
as All of This!

You Are

8/22/23

See your self
as Love sees you,
believe it true
You Are This Love,
you are a tender
flower blooming,
nurtured by sun
and sky above.

Yes you grow where
you are planted,
seasons change –
life can be hard,
but You Are Light
beyond this world,
as bright as a
thousand twinkling
stars.

Stay yes to Love,
soak up This Truth,
feel Strength and Courage
flowing through,
Here is Peace
within your Be-ing,
You Are This Love,
This Love is You!

Shining

8/21/23

Be open to all
possibility,
be patient as life
continues to unfold,
be grateful for the smallest
act of kindness,
Gratitude aligns you
with your soul.

Be present with every
step you take,
you know you never
walk alone,
angels bring comfort
when you need it,
loved ones are sharing
soul to soul.

You Are part of
Love’s tapestry,
woven with Strength,
may you sense This
Here,
your Light adds to the
Whole of Everything,
shine on,
Peace be with you,
dear.

Courageous

8/13/23

Be bold,
Be You,
let your fearlessness
come through,
may you see with
eyes wide open,
no-thing can
take away
from you.

You need not carry
burdens forward,
take a break and
leave them here,
Love transforms
and transmutes
what you no longer
need to bear.

You continue to
evolve,
as human and
as soul,
your loving journey
is connection,
remembering what
your soul knows.

With angels and
beloved loved ones,
forever by your
side,
you never walk
this journey alone,
Love invites you
to soar and fly!

A Shift to You

8/10/23

Life is a roller coaster
ride,
one thing goes up,
another down,
you may be looking
for a way to keep
both feet upon
the ground.

But you are more than
this human self,
you know this deep
within your soul,
you cannot talk ego
into this,
but shift to the You
that always knows.

It is hard not to
try to fix
what the external world
brings to you,
yes you will do and be
in this world,
but your power is from
a different view.

Surround your self
with grace,
compassion,
as you shift to see
your Truth,
from the Self
that is eternal,
holy,
know This Home
is forever with You!

Here is Peace

8/09/23

In the quiet,
Here is Peace.

Your mind may run,
you wish to walk,
when you loosen
what you need,
release distraction,
let go of noise,
in the quiet,
Here is Peace.

Honor the body and
what life brings,
but this is not the You
that is Everything,
when you connect to
this Truth of You,
in This quiet,
Here is Peace.

This is your center,
find your Strength Here,
your purpose,
This Love,
makes all things clear,
receive and give
and thus receive,
in This Knowing,
Here is Peace!

True Will

8/06/23

Follow what moves you
creating fuel,
may this passion
ignite you,
allow the details
to unfold,
momentum builds
as your will comes
through.

This is a co-creative
process,
the alignment of soul
and human merge,
set perfection to
the side,
there will be moments
when you are not sure.

Might you move forward
with less analysis,
trusting your gut with
what comes through,
follow the nudges and
what feels powerful
enough to express
This You.

You may be out of
your comfort zone,
but does not discomfort
indicate new growth,
co-create with trust
and knowing,
Strength and Courage
are you and your Soul!

United

8/01/23

See your Self with
your True Eyes,
detach from what
others may do,
the human experience
is full of tangled knots,
you have within
a way to release,
smooth.

You need not untangle
every knot,
but as you gaze upon
stories told,
question your own
story that tries to keep
you full of doubt,
masking what you
Know.

Open to see others
in This Light,
separated beings
trying to survive,
with Eyes of Love
may you see through this,
may you glimpse Oneness,
and as Love, unite.

Begin with you,
You Are not
alone,
may your heart fill
with what is always
Here,
your soul as Love
forever reassures,
Love sees you
wholly,
completely, dear!
