with a softened
heart,
life can push people to
respond with force,
power struggles keep
distractions high,
might energy be used
for deeper growth.

The human condition
is a push and pull,
might your tender heart
reach another’s today,
still stand up for what
you believe
and allow your heart
to lead the way.

Be a strong Voice of
compassion dear,
sometimes in life a
heart becomes hard,
Love’s true Strength
flows from a softened
heart,
allow yours to meet
another’s –
where they are!

This Journey

Your spiritual journey
is lined with Love,
guides and angels
Light the way,
loved ones accompany
you on This path,
they are always but
a heartbeat away.

May your breath
Be a meditation,
This Journey is not
to be analyzed,
beyond words or
questions is This
Ancient Peace that
you have remembered
so many times.

You walk This Journey
in linear time,
but You Are always,
forever Home,
open your heart,
receive This Love,
in the arms of angels –
You Are Loved so!

Don’t listen for
the quiet –
Be the stillness.

Don’t search for
all the answers –
Be the answer.

Don’t look for
perfect vision –
Be the Vision.

Do lead with
Love and kindness –
You Are This.

Do marvel at
life unfolding –
You Are Marvelous.

Do share your Light
with others –
You Are All Light.

Shine on,
beautiful soul,
shine on!

The Whole of You

Listen as your body
talks to you,
where do you flow or
might you constrict,
fear or anxiety may
give you clues
for you to dive in
deeper yet.

With no judgment
now set a table,
invite in what wishes
to be seen,
parts of you that you
think are shadow,
now seen in Light are
what sets you free.

Ego is a master at
keeping secrets,
it wishes to hide
from you what
You Know,
these parts of you
that you think are
shadow,
is ego hiding the Truth –
You Are Whole.

There is no way to
break up your
wholeness,
use Love’s Light
to see This is True,
with loving eyes,
see what you thought
was hiding,
now in This Light,
welcome the
Whole of You!

It’s ok to be you.

And as you ponder
how that feels,
might you surround
your self with Love,
look in the mirror,
see no judgment,
with Eyes of Love –
Love you.

Life unfolds in
myriad ways,
you cannot control
events in a day,
your warrior self
is survival-based,
release the struggle –
Peace Be with you.

Here is your Strength,
Love is your Power,
you have no-thing
dear to prove,
soak This up
with no conditions –
Believe Love and
Be You!

re-adjustments,
or maybe a major one
comes through,
honor the body-soul
connection,
a miracle of This
incarnation of You.

Embrace your quirks
that express uniqueness,
you are not a rubber
stamp,
you may have scars
from some life struggles,
honor their journey
as you,
I Am.

Give the gift of
rest and restoration,
your vessel is grateful
when you do,
fully charge up
dear beautiful Light
and share this unique
expression of You!

Be Who You Are.

Human and soul,
you are This
AND that,
ego stirs the mind,
stillness brings
you back,
set your judgment
to the side
and dear ones –
Be Who You Are.

You need not squash
one or the other,
life is an integrative
tool,
yes in any moment
you can choose,
but as important –
Be Who You Are.

You hear this often –
begin with you,
this inner journey
is where you find
Truth,
immerse your self
with loving-kindness –
honoring and seing
Who You Are.

Allow friction to show
what is hurting,
a loving response is
to sit with This,
you are not broken,
only tenderly human,
We so Love you as
Who You Are.

With a lightness of
Be-ing,
live your life,
some days feel magical,
some days do not,
but you dear ones
are wholly precious,
in your mystical wonder –
Be Who You Are!

Love’s Gift

Be Love with no
strings attached,
like the sun that
warms the green
of earth,
you rise with sun
and take in all
the colors that
come alive as
day unfurls.

The magical beauty
of nature is always
here for you to see,
you need not purchase
a ticket to embrace
its resonance that
soul and body need.

Be Love that is not
on your list,
share This with no
outcome you seek,
Be Love’s Gift like
the morning sun
that greets the sky –
and says come dance
with me!

Believe in what Love
believes in you,
Love is what you
can trust,
oh the mountains
you can climb –
knowing Love wholly
Loves you.

Stand in your
authenticity,
look within beyond
ego’s blocks,
Here You Are –
able to Be your Self –
accepting Love wholly
Loves you.

Love invites you
to this party,
One with Source,
why not share too,
Be empowered by
your Strength of Heart –
proclaiming You wholly
Love you.

In This Wholeness
are you not Home,
your seeking journey
always ends Here,
Here You Are always
where You belong,
in Oneness –
Love wholly is You!

recalibrate,
consistent tuning helps
your engine go,
make it fun,
treat yourself to
whatever you need
to nurture and grow.

The pulse of life is
an ebb and flow,
as human discern
where energy is spent,
as soul you have access
to Love’s wellspring
that is ever-flowing
to top off any tank.

Take care of body,
soothe the ego
mind,
your Light is needed as
life shifts and moves,
rejuvenate from Love’s
eternal Source,
allowing you to remember
the Whole of You!
