Lend a hand to
your neighbor,
you are part of
a community,
a simple smile is
a connection,
beginning here helps
humanity.

Hatred and fear are
false connectors,
though in the world
they have a stage,
might Love be a
rallying cry
to build a network,
lighting the way.

Tribal instincts are
humanly inherent,
you may be looking for
where you fit in,
take Love’s hand and
join All Fellow Lights –
in any moment,
choose Love again.

In a world full of
Love and fear,
with eyes wide open
you will see both,
honor all emotions
stirring,
Be steadied and guided –
You Are Loved so!

Building With Love

The world may seem
on fire,
but Love is cooling
as it soothes,
No-thing can take away
your compassion,
let it be your Strength
from the heart of You.

Point of view may
at times feel limiting,
Love invites you
to expand,
yes your story has
identification,
but are You not
Everywhere across
the land?

It is human nature
to push against,
but extend your arms
to open wide,
the human experience
may require some
boundaries,
but keep compassion
and empathy alive.

Allow all emotion to
flow like water,
now cleansed,
return to your
inner Strength,
when walls feel like
they may soon
crumble,
might a new foundation
be what Love makes?

With building blocks
of Love and compassion,
are You not a builder
of what is True,
the world cries out for
Love and Comfort,
Love’s Carpenters are
All of You!

Burning Off

When a virus appears,
the story is to fight,
body seems to put up
a good defense,
might you view fever
with body aches,
as fuel for transformation
in the body dense.

Even when the body
is uncomfortable,
is it not a miracle –
this vessel of You,
honor, pamper it
with kindness as
you flow together
in all that you
go through.

In most cases,
yes this too
shall pass,
give your body all
the Love you can,
lean into what needs
to burn off,
body creates anew
to house This –
I Am!

Freedom

Let Love lift what
may feel heavy,
may angels show you
how to fly,
belief and faith
in Love are powerful,
you need not even
try.

Open your heart,
open your hands
from what you clutch
and hold on tight,
the flow of Love
is not containable –
it cannot help but
take flight.

As you release what
is not true,
Here is All
that you need,
buoyed by the Love
of angels, loved ones,
believe This Truth –
dear, You Are free!

Everywhere, Love

And Love is Everywhere.

Be One with All
around you,
be it concrete or
forest lush,
Love’s vibration marks
no difference –
and Love is Everywhere
You Are.

It may be easier to
feel when peaceful,
on bumpy roads yes
you cry out,
no matter what life
throws at you dear one –
Love is Everywhere
You Are.

So yes, surround yourself
with what you need
to tune in to this vibe,
but always Now presents
This Moment –
yes Love is Everywhere
You Are!

Infinite

Are you not all in
many ways connected,
yes some by birth,
others with free will,
but as You are an
expanded Be-ing,
do not these connections
go further still?

Is this not how
the Power of Love
soothes and heals
more than you may
have known,
why not send
unconditional Love
through an infinite loop
that always returns
Home.

Not all beings on earth
will awaken,
but All Souls do hear
this call,
as you open to receive
Love wholly,
know the healing of One
is the healing of All!

Grounding

Chaos is energy
not grounded,
be the antidote
to this,
Be You in any
present moment –
Love grounds you.

Tune into vibration
of a cat’s purr,
stroke the head of
a grateful dog,
watch the strength
of a deer bounding –
animals ground you.

Behold the trees as
seasons begin
their transition of
letting go,
marvel at abundant
perennial’s persistence –
nature grounds you.

You Are always
holy connected,
the world is not meant
to make sense,
find your Peace
in Love eternal that
grounds your body –
loving you!

The One of You

Are there not chapters
you have lived,
some memories fresh,
some may be a haze,
you may not recognize
yourself,
you may hold judgment
for some wayward
ways.

Dear one,
look beyond the
details,
with a loving heart
look at your Courage
and Strength,
life is full of situations,
experiences,
you persevere so you
may bend not break.

Honor all chapters
of your life,
some you would re-read
as others fade from
view,
know in every moment
of this incarnation,
you as human
experience the
One of You!

A Loving Observer

Be an observer
to your beliefs,
what do you hold on
tightly here,
are there not some
so set in stone,
that they fog up
your vision clear.

When feelings,
emotions are
tied to these,
it is no wonder
the heart feels
hurt,
as past old scars
come up for healing,
do they not usually
point to your worth?

Your heart can be
a beautiful filter,
helping you to heal
old wounds,
what emotions
are asking for
a closer look so
You may help you?

Is not your soul a
loving observer,
holding your hand
as angels draw near,
now with a heart
so full of Love,
behold your self –
shining and clear!

Beloved Beacon

You may be waiting
for what will come,
but Be You fully
present Here,
You are needed in
This Moment,
Love is This Now,
This You,
my dear.

Some moments in life
are sublime,
some you wish that
you could forget,
go deeper still to
your True Nature,
not dwelling in past
or what may happen
next.

Here You Are,
beloved Beacon
of Light,
with Presence flow
with Grace and ease,
Your Light shines here –
one of many,
but as One Love
Here is All Peace!
