from majestic tree to
a blade of grass,
is that not why nature
is a mirror,
to help you see You
looking through the
glass.
Trees are a wondrous
filtering system,
but not only to help
you breathe,
is nature not a
healing womb,
a sacred refuge when
Peace you need.
May you sense You
in This alignment,
holding favorite rock
or having crystal near,
may ancient knowledge
nature lovingly shares,
help you remember
Who You Are Here!

are there not shifts
in the air,
this is a time of
revelation,
old wounds coming up
for Love and care.
Love has no hierarchy
of power,
Love is equal for
Everyone,
you may still label
and delineate,
but your soul knows
You All Are One.
This Shift of Love
declares no winner,
do include All –
leave none behind,
tend to those hurting
with Love and kindness,
see Love’s spark in
Everyone, Divine!

of superpowers,
Love and compassion
are but a few,
the world is always
in need of kindness,
might you sprinkle This
in all you do.
Yes you can still
take a stand
against injustices
that occur in life,
your innate Strength
and your true Courage
allow you to shine
your steady Light.
Be proactive with your
superpowers,
be ahead of the change
you wish to see,
some shadows of life
want to distract you,
but your Light shines
infinitely.
Lead with Love and
compassion,
your brothers and sisters
see This too,
is This not a rallying
cry for humanity to
remember This Truth.
Do not let your heart
be hardened,
there is Strength in
a heart so soft,
wield your superpowers
with kindness
and answer humanity’s
call for Love!

up boundaries,
you do not have to
save the world,
in life paths can
intersect,
you may reach out or
to another path turn.
Be aware of choices
made,
do these not reflect
upon your self,
the more awareness
you have of you –
keeps you from
hiding you on a
shelf.
With eyes wide open
see you with Loving Eyes,
This grounds you to
your inner Strength,
now interact from Here
in life –
authentically You in
every step you take!

in a world of
separateness,
but do you not
harmonize together,
aligning frequencies
from uniqueness.
Does this not produce
a richer sound,
one that encompasses
a spectrum wide,
add your Voice to
a chorus of angels
that wish to join
This spectacle
of Light.
Stay engaged with
your heart of Love,
it beats a rhythm
that others can
feel,
life is full of ups
and downs,
but souls together know
All is Well!

dear one,
All of This is
All of You,
experiment with
every sense,
turn up the volume
with Gratitude.
What we mean by
going within
is to light up your
energy field,
You Are a node
in the cosmic web,
already connected,
complete and Real.
Reclaim the body as
part of This Wholeness,
it is the vessel upon
which you ride,
it is a mirror of earthly
imperfections,
but it said yes to You
for this life.
You need not trust
all roads to be smooth,
but believe in This
Wonder of You,
may you trust in the
Love that animates
This Miracle that is
Wholly You!

an ebb and flow,

off any box,
there is no “correct” way
for you to talk,
bring All of You to
this life of wonder –

Make another smile,
help someone be seen,
if one is unsure,
loan them your belief,
now turn to you and
delight in This Truth –

sense Love’s Strength
as awakened Light

seem dark.
Love connects you with
brothers and sisters,
do not leave anyone
behind,
you need not change
another’s thinking,
but Be a model of Hope –
Be compassion,
Be kind.
In a life of doing
and action,
channel what you Know
within your heart,

has a message of Hope –
rise up together to Be
the Love You Are!
