or need to slow.
In times of shifting

when things are messy
and you wish to plan,
hold a wider Vision of Love
that lets you know when
to lend a hand.
Your open heart is
so very needed,
sense through resonance
what next to do,
Be you active or
in the quiet,
Love is constant and coursing
through All of You!

let it wash all over
you,
as a Collective displays
compassion,
This Joy permeates
through and through.
This is a Love-train
well worth riding,
come aboard and
share your heart,
Be a part of compassionate
doing,

Winds of change may
be a constant,
unfurl your sail
and come along,
add your breath of
Peace and kindness,
in Love’s vast ocean
You All belong!

and family close,
extend your hands
and listening ears,
build your support
and be supportive,
listen to what
another fears.
Fear weaves itself into
belief systems,
it is the fuel power
loves to use,
Be an antidote
to this –
Be Love, compassion
dissolving fear’s ruse.
You are one
and One with
many,
shine your Light –
help another to see,
beyond fear –
Here is Home,
I am You and
You Are Me!

There are many things
in life
that can trigger
emotions felt,
you need not hide
these in a box,
wrapped with a bow –
don’t ask, don’t tell.
In a world with
many voices,
sometimes those screaming
are the ones heard,
listen beyond what
is projected to you,
Truth often exists
beyond all words.
Gather with like-hearted
people,
lift each other up
in times of need,
do not let Love
take a back seat,
All Be-ings are sacred,
asking to be seen.
Speak with One Voice
and share your heart,
may compassion Be
your guiding Light,
link arms and hands –
no one is forgotten,
You Are seen Beloved,
forever in Love’s Sight!

they were made
for you,
you have support
in all you do,
you need not fit into
limited space –
were you not created
to Be expansive,
True?
In Love’s Peace
may you grow
and thrive,
always cradled
in Love’s comforting
womb,
you belong Here as
a cherished Be-ing,
your soul says Beloved –
I believe in you.
Soar in your Truth
precious child of Love,
breathe in with Grace
to know This Peace,
Here You Are –
Home always dear,
knowing This Love
forever sets you free!

is this not part of
a collective Truth,
as All are the fabric
of One Mind,
the experience of another
also flows through
you.
The human mind has
beliefs that filter,
these may be perceived
as right or wrong,
let go of judgments
and comparisons,
at the soul level,
you sing as One.
Be a part of This
cosmic shift,
a sweet return to
flow from the heart,
as you extend Love
beyond all borders,
you open the door
to the Love You Are!

Peel off the layers
one by one,
with Gratitude,
thank every one,
it matters not why
they are there,
look upon them now
with loving care.
What defenses do you
think you need,
protection goes with
the ego’s creed,
release the armor
you built when young,
has it not obscured
your view of You
as One?
Be gentle,
Be kind,
with you my dear,
you need do no-thing –
Love is always Here,
rest and release into
Love’s sweet arms,
dear child,
see You as
the Love You Are!

cast a shadow,
do not fear this
or run away,
life is full of contrasts
beloved,
Love is Here
for you always.
Be a spark to Light
another’s space
that is not dark,
only forgetting Light,
might your spark
be one of remembrance,
does day not dawn
always after night.
See Love’s Light in
All you see,
let it wash and comfort
All in its Truth,
life is full of mirrors
so All may remember –
what shines in Me
forever shines
in You!

Connect with life,
surround yourself
with nature,
walk city streets and
marvel at the sounds,
a quaint town square
now is so familiar,
Be All You Are
anywhere You
are found.
See family, friends and
complete strangers
with fresh eyes that
see to their souls,
their connection with life
may look different
at first,
but their Lights are part
of the Same Whole.
Be Love’s Spark that
helps another to see
how cherished they are
in this challenging life,
Be a ray of kindness
and compassion,
are you not a reflection
of each other’s Light!

to the body here,
it walks you down
every earthly road,
when it asks for help,
listen with your heart,
together soul and body
are one amazing mold.
It is easy to judge bodies
in this life,
it is the first thing
that you compare,
why not delight in
these differences,
One Mind is playing
infinite roles here.
May your compassion
begin with you,
connect with body
so you may in life
share,
every cell and atom
attunes to This Love,
Be kind to Every body
