I Am.

rest and restoration,
your vessel is grateful
when you do,
fully charge up
dear beautiful Light
and share this unique

Human and soul,
you are This
AND that,
ego stirs the mind,
stillness brings
you back,
set your judgment
to the side
and dear ones –
Be Who You Are.
You need not squash
one or the other,
life is an integrative
tool,
yes in any moment
you can choose,
but as important –
Be Who You Are.
You hear this often –
begin with you,
this inner journey
is where you find
Truth,
immerse your self
with loving-kindness –
honoring and seing
Who You Are.
Allow friction to show
what is hurting,
a loving response is
to sit with This,
you are not broken,
only tenderly human,
We so Love you as
Who You Are.
With a lightness of
Be-ing,
live your life,
some days feel magical,
some days do not,
but you dear ones
are wholly precious,
in your mystical wonder –
Be Who You Are!

strings attached,
like the sun that
warms the green
of earth,
you rise with sun
and take in all
the colors that
come alive as
day unfurls.
The magical beauty
of nature is always
here for you to see,
you need not purchase
a ticket to embrace
its resonance that
soul and body need.
Be Love that is not
on your list,
share This with no
outcome you seek,
Be Love’s Gift like
the morning sun
that greets the sky –
and says come dance
with me!

authenticity,
look within beyond
ego’s blocks,
Here You Are –

accepting Love wholly
Loves you.
Love invites you
to this party,
One with Source,
why not share too,
Be empowered by
your Strength of Heart –
proclaiming You wholly
Love you.
In This Wholeness
are you not Home,
your seeking journey
always ends Here,
Here You Are always
where You belong,
in Oneness –

consistent tuning helps
your engine go,
make it fun,
treat yourself to
whatever you need
to nurture and grow.
The pulse of life is
an ebb and flow,
as human discern
where energy is spent,
as soul you have access
to Love’s wellspring
that is ever-flowing
to top off any tank.
Take care of body,
soothe the ego
mind,
your Light is needed as
life shifts and moves,
rejuvenate from Love’s
eternal Source,
allowing you to remember
the Whole of You!

The world needs color
to help it see,
make contrasts beautiful,
so everyone sees “We,”
be amazed at what

The angels love your
creative flair,
loved ones delight as
you know they
are there,
This Love you sprinkle
throughout the day,
flows from a never-ending
palette of Love!

Grace and ease,

People dash about
distracted,

as an alarm,
share present

together –

you are evolving,
even this you can
slow down,
meet Love Here
as your soul joyfully
shows up

one of teamwork,
relationships are
center to this life,
this is not always
to be smooth sailing,
life loves to set up –
who is wrong or
right.
But as you are
not alone in this
process,
bouncing off another
is a reflective act,
your souls may be
working together,
teammates as guides
do also have your
back.
In this season of reflection,
see your Self wholly,
Be amazed at what you
have been through,
you lift up others as
you have been lifted,
part of Love’s Team is

Sometimes your journeys
through the past
bring to light old patterns
you wish to shed,
might you first sit
with them, with you –
the little one whose
stories you have read.
Lean into the emotion
that still exists,
the body and memory
hold on so long,
might you create beloved
sacred space,
so this tender you
knows where they
belong.
How creative is this
you so fierce,
building up protections
in life to get through,
life’s chaos and egos
that constantly collide
are a lot for anyone’s
“little you.”
Integrate and honor
this Courageous You,
do you not walk a path for
Wholeness to come Home,
release ego’s labels that
no longer serve –
reclaiming the Strength
of what you’ve always
known!

What do you believe in?
Believe in Love,
believe in Peace,
believe in Truth,
believe in You.
Believe in compassion,
kindess, empathy,
include All of This
in All you do.
Believe in Spirit,
believe in humanity,
these are intertwined
in this life.
Believe your heart –
that is oh so needed,
as well as your most
brilliant Light.
Believe in joining,
coming together,
Be an answer to
the question – Who?
Believe in Love,
believe in miracles,
but most of all –
