let go of judgments
and comparisons,

Peel off the layers
one by one,
with Gratitude,
thank every one,
it matters not why
they are there,
look upon them now
with loving care.
What defenses do you
think you need,
protection goes with
the ego’s creed,
release the armor
you built when young,
has it not obscured
your view of You
as One?
Be gentle,
Be kind,
with you my dear,
you need do no-thing –
Love is always Here,
rest and release into
Love’s sweet arms,
dear child,
see You as
the Love You Are!

Sometimes Light can
cast a shadow,
do not fear this
or run away,
life is full of contrasts
beloved,
Love is Here
for you always.
Be a spark to Light
another’s space
that is not dark,
only forgetting Light,
might your spark
be one of remembrance,
does day not dawn
always after night.
See Love’s Light in
All you see,
let it wash and comfort
All in its Truth,
life is full of mirrors
so All may remember –
what shines in Me
forever shines
in You!

Connect with life,
surround yourself
with nature,
walk city streets and
marvel at the sounds,
a quaint town square
now is so familiar,
Be All You Are
anywhere You
are found.
See family, friends and
complete strangers
with fresh eyes that
see to their souls,
their connection with life
may look different
at first,
but their Lights are part
of the Same Whole.
Be Love’s Spark that
helps another to see
how cherished they are
in this challenging life,
Be a ray of kindness
and compassion,
are you not a reflection
of each other’s Light!

Be gentle and kind
to the body here,
it walks you down
every earthly road,
when it asks for help,
listen with your heart,
together soul and body
are one amazing mold.
It is easy to judge bodies
in this life,
it is the first thing
that you compare,
why not delight in
these differences,
One Mind is playing
infinite roles here.
May your compassion
begin with you,
connect with body
so you may in life
share,
every cell and atom
attunes to This Love,
Be kind to Every body
Everywhere!

up in life,
listen closely to
what another says,
your egoic mind
wants to analyze,
but Be a safe haven,
a place to rest.
The sharing of Joy
strengthens Love’s
vast web,
what happens to One
is for All to see,
send blessings of Love
to family, friends and
neighbors,
are you not strengthening
a Whole Community?
Be generous with the
Love that flows with
ease,
it loves to grow,
reaching far and wide,
resist the urge to tell
Love what to do,
Be a vessel for Love –
share and enjoy

All of You are
forever, together,
you know This Truth
within your soul.
Sense the magic that
Love brings you,
a sparkling radiance
that you recognize,
does Love not send a kiss
from an angel,

of a starry sky.
Hope and healing
are here for you
dear one,
though as soul
You are Whole,
complete,
may you sense
Love’s Joy in knowing,
All You Love

You Are the Light.
Streaming through clouds
or rain,
or a beautiful spring day
from beginning to end,
like the sun’s rays that
find a way –
You Are the Light.
You may not know
where your Light goes,
does it not touch
another’s soul,
Be a beacon
also for you –
You Are the Light.
When you are frustrated
with cause and effect,
or events that have not
happened yet,
in this present
You Are Love’s gift –
You Are the Light.
When you are lost
or feel alone,
Love’s Light is
with you – now,
at Home,
as your Light shines,
Love sees you, dear –
You Are the Light.
Your spark is Love’s
eternal Strength,
Courage helps you
to find your way,
see Love’s Light shine
brightly in you –
You Are forever
Love’s shining Light.

it flows through you,
though ego may put
up a fight,
shift your perspective
to You as soul,
illuminate a path
with your brilliant
Light.
Align with Love
as it cares for you,
have an open ear to
what the body knows,
might you balance life
with your True Essence,
tuning in to intuition –
the language of your soul.
See with new eyes
that do not judge,
partner with the body
that carries you
on this ride,
with Loving Care –
give you what you
need,
showering the body with
Love’s healing Light!

Be your purpose,
You Are complete
as You Are whole,
your True Nature flows
through you daily,
it is Here no matter
your role.
This bond of Love
has no condition,
do not babies know
This Truth,
the ego wishes for you
to earn life’s love,
but Love is Here
always in You.
Departed loved ones
hold This sacred space
for you to always
know –
You Are perfect in
the Eyes of Love,
cherished One –
You Are Loved so!
