Whole.

Move forward as 
flow allows,
pause when nudged 
to stay in place,
do not base your 
growth on what 
you see,
you evolve beyond 
time and space.

Love is not a stagnant 
entity,
Love is in Everything 
you see,
look lovingly with 
the Eyes of Love,
This Moment is 
eternity!

But in some experiences,

and there are flows,
as circumstances
may shift and 
change.

Be compassionate 
with your self,
be flexible and 
rearrange.

Temper harsh judgment
of this self,
your human-ness 
is worthy of a 
break.

Shower Love’s blessings 
upon this you,
may compassion Be 
what today you 
take.

does not a smile

face.

be spontaneous,

Be spirit-guided 
as This You Are,
is this not the purpose
of Every One,
give and receive 
in This endeavor –

Is this not holidays
arriving early,
may any moment
Be a Gift,
wrapped in Love

to be released,
trust may be fleeting 
in the world,
but trust that Love 
will set you free.

You have a superpower – 
compassion,
sense how this ignites 
your heart to grow,

If it is fear that 
brings up lack,
sense your abundance 
when This you know – 
embracing compassion
fills you with Love,
and with Love’s Strength

to flow, 
to Be.

as a Miracle of Love,
arise Beloved

life’s ups and downs,
do not let “shoulds”
twist things around,
re-align when thrown
off-center,
your heart, your essence
is always Home.

Find your breath,
Here is your Peace,
your steadiness 
is where to find
ease,
Grace is Here 
as Love fills 
you up,
You Are a miracle
