That is All.
It sounds so
simple,
but in the world
of push and pull,
resist the fix,
the analyzing,
right Here,
right Now,
and with Love,
Be.
In any moment
or situtation,
your I Am presence
is ready Here,
let go of what
you hold or cling to,
draw a breath
and with Love,
Be.
You can go back
to a state of doing,
but are you not now
able to with Peace,
Be This awareness,
empowered,
centered,
a simple release,
as with Love,
Be.

of what is sacred,
it may be seen or
something you do,
your heart opens,
there is wonder,
does it not touch
something deep
in you.
This is You
as your True
Essence,
your human self
finds it hard to
believe,
why would not
sacredness flow
through you,
You Are the tapestry
that Love weaves.
Where Love is –
is All not sacred,
as is every breath
you take,
Love blesses you
so cherished,
dear one,
your sacredness
is what Love
made!

for another,
see with eyes that
let them know,
listen deeply with

follow this connection
soul to soul.
In the human world
belonging is a need
that seems never
met,
dear ones,
you All belong
to Love,
always connected,
you have never left.

with another,
allow Love’s well-spring
to flow through,
do you not All
now remember,
the safety you seek
is Home with You!

the human experience

a way to release,

You need not untangle
every knot,
but as you gaze upon
stories told,
question your own
story that tries to keep

masking what you

Open to see others
in This Light,
separated beings
trying to survive,
with Eyes of Love
may you see through this,
may you glimpse Oneness,
and as Love, unite.

You Are not

may your heart fill
with what is always

forever reassures,
Love sees you
wholly,

to sense Love’s

cherished and Loved

a break.
Reverse harsh judgments
that can build up,
be aware of your
critical eye,
your mind can be
a whirlwind spinning,
give your self
a break.
Reverse direction,
try this out,
when something
comes up don’t
push it down,
surround it all
with Love and
patience,
and give your self
a break.
Does This not create
your flow,
what you give
you do receive,
your energy and
clarity builds when
you give your self
a break.
Hello to This Self
that always is Here
when you step
aside,
trust and believe
This Love that flows,
experience the magic
you create!

Sense the magic
that Love brings,
when loved ones
feel so close
at hand,
their physical presence
is always missed,
but signs remind
Here they are,
again.
Free as the wind,
close as your breath,
unburdened by what may
have been difficult,
do they not now
do all they can
to help, support,
showering Light about.
Eternal bonds are
never broken,
know as constant
as the sun, the air –
your hearts are infinitely
connected,
together, always,
