Keep your eyes
on Love’s spark
of Light,
when ego’s thoughts
are everywhere,
may your breath
circulate Love’s flow,
You Are This and
You Are aware.
A decision to see
another way,
is often hard when
in ego’s throes,
This Light knows
what to do,
reach out and give this
to your soul.
When you need respite
from the noise
of thoughts that
run in circles, dear,
step off and into
Love’s true center,
Peace is with You,
always Here!

Sensing Love,
gently tears
may flow,
and is this not a
return to You –
a drop of water
may think it leaves
its source,
but it always returns
to the ocean blue.
In this release of guilt
are you not wholly
aware of Who You Are,
You Are the vast,
magnificent ocean,
sparkling from the Light
of a million stars!
A drop of water
from the ocean,
may wish to experience
the world on its own,
but it cannot help
but Be as water,
no matter its journey
or its form.
A drop of dew
will always glisten
upon a leaf when
sun says “hi,”
You Are forever
connected to Love,
as in this world,
earth kisses the sky.
When you experience
a teary sweet reunion,
with your ever-present soul,
You Are the drop
returning to the ocean,
One with All
and forever Home!

in your unfolding,
trust the steps
upon your path,
you may not know
your destination,
This Now moment
is where it’s at.
Life has a thousand
ways to walk,
but is there not
truly One,
beyond your senses
is your navigation,
much like earth connecting
with moon and sun.
Be You Love
upon your journey,
walk with Strength
and Courage Here,
your path is right
Where You Are Now,
Love as your purpose,
makes All so clear!

Invite Love in
to your everyday,
when ego thinks
it has center stage,
you know this when
prickly parts come out,
you wish to send
little ego away.
Let Love’s Light in
to lighten you,
ego is so serious
in its task,
Love helps you sense
what is Real and True,
in your dream state,
did you forget to laugh?
Thank ego for reminders
that it brings,
you have a choice
from which eyes to see,
Love is with you Here,
so patient, infinite,
smile with Love now –
Here You Are,
so free!

Sense the Gratitude
your loved ones
send you,
for Love in life
and where they are,
so close there is
no distance between,
Love is as strong
as the Light of stars.
Though your heart
at times feels broken,
and so full of Love
you feel it may burst,
there is no less of Love,
it continues to grow,
as forever Love endures.
Your souls know of
Love’s sweet promise,
This can never,
ever end,
Love walks with you
as you grieve,
your souls rejoice –
forever together,
amen!

with Love.
And though ego
may take this
as a threat,
wishing to cast you
as a villain,
with gentle arms,
embrace the ego,
too.
Sense You in your
Wholeness,
there is no need to
toss out scraps.
You Are Here,
belonging,
knowing,
in Love’s sweet
moment of
Peace.
Here is acceptance,
allowance,
flow,
as you say
Yes to You.
You as a blessed,
eternal Be-ing,
forever belonging
as Love.

watch your self,
on ego’s stage
it is quite a show,
envelop all the
ego’s actors
with a Love so deep
so they will know.
You Are All of
This together,
All are One
and
One is All,
the plot lines may
be different,
but are you not
all searching
for Love’s sweet call.
Expand your heart,
extend your hand,
it matters not where
you begin,
Be You timeless
as your Self,
in This sacred moment,
there is no end.
Soothe and comfort
ego’s roughness,
with no conditions,
with no strings,
Be You tender,
sweet compassion,
in the arms of Grace,
say yes to Peace!

you need not
doubt it,
You Are part of
a greater Whole,
Here Love reassures
support and guidance
are helping All
unfold.
You Are part of
a network,
that extends beyond
your sight,
let you heart,
your soul keep
guiding you
to bring to dark
more Light.
Share this belonging,
Love’s connection,
do not others wish
this true,
as One Family,
reach out your hands
and to another say,
I see you.
May you sense and
trust your Team of
Love,
you are part of
this mix,
what drives you,
what is your passion,
this is your soul saying,
let’s do this!
There is power in
true sharing,
may hearts connect
to what is True,
Love Is Here –
help build this bridge,
so All remember,
I Am You!

flows through your
heart,
does this not make sense
now to do,
in the past you thought
you needed protection,
in This Moment now,
you are safe as You.
As core beliefs build
your identity,
what can you release
to see what is True –
You Are more than
what you think,
answer Love’s invitation
to see the Whole of You.
From this empowered,
peaceful presence,
extend, expand to
see another’s truth,
as you embrace their
soul with yours,
is this not You embracing
you?
Is not relationship
a chance
to meet you and
all of your parts,
how do you follow
Love’s lead, dear,
might you begin within
your beautiful heart.
Here is wholeness,
Here is Love,
it is an experience
beyond your mind,
Love imbues you with
Strength and Courage,
be amazed and open
at what you may find!

You can read and
you may write,
to learn, to know
what is beyond
your sight,
dear one, Be your
blessed Be-ing,
Be the experience
of Love.
Let go of what neatly
fits in a box,
release the world
that is run by clocks,
beyond the brain that
tries to make sense,
Be the experience
of Love.
There is order beyond
a chaotic world,
may you shift to
understand Love’s rule,
even as you navigate
the earth,
Be the experience
of Love.
Let Peace be the wind
beneath your wings,
release the myth that
ego controls things,
in any moment,
find your Self Here –
Be-ing the experience
of Love.
Step back from
expectations, dear,
look through and beyond
worry, doubt or fear,
Here You Are,
as Love flows through,
You Are the experience
of Love!
